Thousands of illegal aliens on the voter rolls confirmed. Hundreds of legal aliens voting in elections. This is now confirmed and it's not coming from a red state Governor. It's coming from the ultra blue state of New Jersey. This is scandalous. Pass the Save America act right now or this republic will go down in flames. I'm Josh Hammer and this is the Josh Hammer. So some bombshell revelations on Tuesday from Governor Mikey Sherrill, the Democrat in New Jersey, one of the two big Democrats to win a statewide election for governor this past November. Along with her colleague in the state of Virginia, Mikey Sherrill had some interesting things to say on Tuesday about voting in the state of New Jersey. She came out and just admitted that under her predecessor, Governor Phil Murphy, 6,600 non citizens were accidentally added. Who knows at the end of their accidentally added to voter rolls in New Jersey. And get this, at least 400 cast ballots illegally, illegally in elections in New Jersey. A lot of this is likely attributable to so called motor voter laws. So motor voter laws, which go back a while at this point in this country, at least three decades or more, are laws primarily in blue jurisdictions in blue localities, counties and states that essentially institute and implement that when you go get a driver's license, that's the motor of the motor voter formulation. When you go to get your motor insured, get your driver's license, you also get a voter registration. There is a glaring, glaring problem in this whole way of orchestrating registering to vote, which is not every state requires that you have to be here legally in order to get a driver's license. It's a pretty obvious loophole. Doesn't exactly take a Mensa IQ to figure that one out. So as blue states have gotten ever more creative, ever more diabolical, shall I say when it to trying to get more illegal aliens, get them more driver's license, get them more into the American trucking industry with commercial license, trying to ultimately kick to the side to shunt aside those blue collar Native Americans. Not capital and native but lower end Native Americans who are losing their jobs to illegal aliens. As blue states have gotten more involved in that whole game, they have found a way to register illegal aliens. So Governor Mikey Sherrill saying that this happened under her predecessor, Governor Phil Murphy, that she was now just made aware of it. I. The timing is a little suspicious, would you say? So let's, without further ado, go ahead and listen to this clip of the Democrat governor of New Jersey, Mikey Sherrill, admitting that there were 6,600 non citizens registered to vote in New Jersey. In June of 2023, nearly three years before I became governor, a serious software error in New Jersey's motor vehicle system led to the improper voter registration of what we believe to be roughly 66,600 people in our state. When New Jerseyans applied for a driver's license or identification at the mvc, they were asked if they wanted to register to vote. In the case of this error, some individuals indicated that they weren't citizens and weren't eligible to vote, but the software registered them anyway.

So she's literally admitting that the error is motorboat. Did you catch that? She's literally admitting. Now the whole problem is what I just described, that you have illegal aliens who go in these blue states, try to get the driver's licenses and therefore they end up getting not just a driver's license, but they get a voter registration. So it's kind of a two for one, go for a license, end up getting a license and a voter registration card. One of the obvious questions that comes to mind is why now? You heard it there from the horse's mouth. This came from underlying conduct in June of 2023. So why are we now learning about this for the first time over three years later in July 2026? And, and this is happening in the context, of course, of Donald Trump's big national push to get the Save America act passed. He just devoted a 25 to 30 minute long nationally televised primetime address to the nation on this very front just last week. Mikey Sherrill, trying to get ahead of the political pushback to this posted on X contemporaneously with her pretty scandalous and shocking revelation. She posted, quote, as the Trump administration tries to weaponize elections for political gain, I am ensuring we protect our elections. Oh, sure you are right. Okay. Anyway, excuse my editorialization, but she continues, quote, the difference is simple. When we find a problem, we don't hide it, deny it, or invent conspiracies. We investigate it, we fix it and we tell the public, oh, sure you are. Sure you are. Now, the White House shot back. This is Abigail Jackson, who was a spokesperson for the White House. The White House shot back, quote, as President Trump has said, there is nothing more important than the integrity of our elections. And this latest incident underscores the absolute necessity of the Save America Act. Of course it does. Of course it does. So, again, why now? We'll get into the act in just a second here. But why now? Well, she's telling you why now because she's getting ahead of the game. Clearly, there was some leaker. Maybe there was a whistleblower deep in the bowels of the New Jersey state bureaucracy in Trenton, New Jersey, who saw this, was properly, correctly scandalized by this, and was on the cusp of calling up the rnc, calling up some political operatives in the Republican Party, calling up perhaps some nonpartisan investigative journalists, really just anyone who has a morsel of intellectual honesty, who has an iota of moral clarity and uprightness when it comes to the notion that legal lands cannot be undermined. The franchise. So they probably saw what looked like a leaker or a whistleblower and then tried to get ahead of it by saying, oh, we're doing the right thing. We're getting, we're getting ahead of this there. It's very similar in some ways to the Johnny Come lately nonsense that we just saw from the Democrats in the state of Maine. Similarly, now that we have Graham Platner bow out of the race in Maine, after more scandals than any candidate for high office in modern American political history, Democrats are now trying to claim the moral high ground. They're saying, oh, look at us. When we have someone who's a credibly accused rapist or adulterer or misogynist, whatever, we shunt them aside, never mind Republicans. But obviously Democrats didn't do that. So it's a very similar thing. They don't act correctly and then they take a very, very late action. And then after that, way too late action, they try to claim ridiculous moral high ground. So you should not buy that. It is outrageous. And yes, it absolutely is. Additional grist, additional fodder for President Trump to try to pass the Save America Act. So more on that in just a second. So Donald Trump is making this huge legislative push to get the Safe America act passed. His primetime address last week essentially attended for an audience of one person, which really is John Thune, who is the majority leader, who does indeed have tools at his disposal to get this thing passed. In fact, today actually on the House side of the aisle, House Republicans desperately trying to get to the Senate side, a reconciliation 3.0 bill they're calling it, which would include a skinny version, so to speak, of the Save America Act. So Trump is really trying to push John Thune to get this thing passed through reconciliations that will pass muster with the Senate parliamentarian and all the procedural nuances that that entails. As a brief reminder, the Save America act, what does it actually include? Well, it mandates a valid ID before registering to vote in a federal election and it requires proof of citizenship when you register to vote. And it severely restricts, if not outright abolishes mail in balloting except for legitimate dispensation such as an illness, disability, active duty, military overseas or international travel. These are highly, highly bipartisan things, as the White House says in their press release on the topic. India and Brazil, for instance. Brazil, which currently is under a very, very left wing leader in Lula da Silva. They tie voter ID to a biometric database. The US Just relies on just self attestation. Just say you're a citizen, as Mikey Sheryl showed us. Not exactly how it works. Germany and Canada, yes, that right wing fascist bastion of Canada of course, I digress. Well, they require paper ballots when tabulating votes. The US well, we don't have that either. Even Denmark and Sweden, some of the most liberal countries in the western world, they sensibly limit mail in voting notes to the White House to those unable to vote in person. This is truly, truly common sense stuff. And as I say over and over and over again on this show, a few things are true at once. One is you might not actually think that there is a lot of voter fraud in this country. Although I note that in this case the voter fraud is being unveiled this week is being divulged not from a Republican, not from a red state. It's not coming from Tallahassee, Florida and Governor Santa. It's not coming from Austin, Texas and Greg Abbott. It's coming from Trenton freaking New Jersey. Mikey Sherrill, one of the great Democrat machines of all Democrat political machines, the New Jersey Democratic Party. It's coming from them, New Jersey, which along with Illinois and Louisiana, historically one of the most corrupt states in the union. Think about Bob Menendez. Oh my God, that kind of corruption they are now emitting. Who knew, who would have guessed it, that we have a voter fraud problem. If only, if only there was a bill right before the US Congress that the President perhaps is pushing that would solve all these problems. Perhaps. But even if you are just hand to both eyes, ears, you're blinding yourself, you're deafening, muting yourself. If you're totally blind to what's happening around you, at least consider this. There is now a widespread perception that America's elections are not necessarily the most secure or the most reliable. Who can blame them? When you have California counting votes for about a week afterwards, the Supreme Court upholding mail in ballots that arrived days after election day, who can blame them? The point is that perception becomes reality. Because when Americans start to think that their elections are not secure, regardless of whether they are or are not secure, when they think that, it becomes a self executing spiral, a self executing descent into madness, into anarchy. Why? Because people will stop voting, they will stop caring, they will stop participating in democracy. You only participate in Republican self governance as long as you think the system is fair and is legitimate and all sides have a real chance. When public perception goes the way of the dodo bird, it goes extinct and it dies. Freedom, democracy, self governance, all these things die with it. Those are the stakes. Those are the stakes. And I salute Democrats for finally, finally kindly showing a morsel of interest on this issue. Albeit as we just discussed, for politically self serving reasons. welcome back. So we are delighted to bring back to the Josh Hammer Show a recent guest who is joining us again and that is Dr. John Eastman. So John Eastman is, is a man who formerly wore many caps. These days due to the persecution of him, he is wearing fewer, among them being the fact that he is a senior fellow at the Claremont Institute all round legal scholar. And John Eastman, we welcome you back to the Josh Hammer Show. John, when you, when you were on with us just a couple weeks ago, I believe it was, we were talking primarily about birthright citizenship, a topic that you have written prolifically on over the years. We ran out of time before we got to talk about you and all that you are currently dealing with. I was talking about a little bit on the show yesterday. I've been very outspoken on this over the years on this show and my column and so forth. One, because I happen to like you as individual and as a friend, but most importantly because I think what's happened to you, John, is just utterly abominable and disgraceful and that in many ways you have become the whipping boy, the poster child for a broader assault to destroy the legal profession and the rule of law. So before we dive in too deep, why don't you just update us as to the latest tricks that the left has turned on you, especially when it pertains to the California State Bar, where do you think stand when it comes to your law license? Johnny's been in California.

Well, my, my law license in California. I've now been disbarred by California. And, and what are the most egregious judicial opinions I think I've ever read? Lie after lie. But, you know, it furthers the leftist narrative that the election in 2020 was, was the most secure in our nation's history. And anybody that dared to say otherwise must be lying because, you know, the media have spoken and, and the narrative is, is rock solid. This is Orwellian. It's, you know, double speak. They sent out the Ministry of Truth to rake me over the coals, and when I refused to bend the knee, they disbarred me. Now, we are taking that up to the US Supreme Court, and I'm delighted to say that Jay Sekulow, a very experienced Supreme Court practitioner, and his nonprofit public interest law firm, the American center for Law and justice, have agreed to represent me in that. And we'll be filing our petition asking the court to take the case. It's now due on September 11, oddly. So that'll be fun. And then a lot of people are looking at weighing in with amicus briefs in support of our effort because they understand that the stakes of this case are much bigger than John Eastman's bar license. I mean, heck, I'm a retirement age. I could do without it. But what they're doing here is trying to destroy our legal system, our adversarial system of justice, by excluding one side of every political debate and dispute from the ability to get competent counsel. And you can't run a system like that. And that's what they're trying to do. And I'll tie it back to our discussion last week on birthright citizenship. I mean, as you pointed out, I've been one of the leading advocates for the views that President Trump adopted in his executive order. And all of these actions, the criminal charges against me, 18 different actions I've been dealing with in this lawfare over the last five years. I think they're designed in part to keep me on the sidelines or on my heels on defense rather than playing on offense. And it's working. You know, I mean, it takes an inordinate amount of time as well as money. I mean, I've spent over $2.2 million so far in defending against these various actions. And that's part of their goal, and then worse, to use me as an example to chill other lawyers from taking on controversial clients or causes. And by, by controversial, I mean anything the leftists disagree with. I mean, you know, it's not stuff that is out on the far limb. It's just stuff that is not in line with their radical progressive agenda. And then they try and destroy anybody who would, who would dare to call them out.

You can follow John Eastman on X at Dr. John Eastman. So you mentioned the Supreme Court case, and I put you putting on my, my legal cap. John, I think that we at Article 3 Project are working on an amicus brief actually right now. So we look forward supporting you in our own capacity over at Article 3 Project. Tell us a little bit more about this exact case and the stakes of this case. It's fundamentally a First Amendment argument. It's an argument that I think should resonate with a lot of people who don't necessarily have a Trumpist bone in the fight, so to speak. A Trumpist bone to pick, I think is a very common sense argument. Walk us through this argument and talk about the broader stakes to the court granting this ridiculous. You're already taking the case and ultimately getting it right on the merits of.

Well, the most egregious. I mean, I put the charges against me into three buckets. And the most egregious First Amendment violation bucket was they claimed that statements I made in public, not tied to any representation, not tied to any judicial proceeding, were false and therefore I could be disbarred because I was acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a client. In other words, lawyers in public speaking get less protection in First Amendment than anybody else does in the country. That's a proposition that the Supreme Court has regularly repudiated, including about 15 years ago in a case I was counsel of record for, the NIFLA case out in California. When California ordered pro life pregnancy centers to advertise for abortion on how you could get an abortion. And the contention there was because you were acting in a licensed profession, medical professionals, you got less First Amendment protection. And the court rejected that. And then just this past term, in childs dealing with psychiatric counseling for transgender dysphoria issues, the court also said that professional speech doesn't get less First Amendment protection. So that's core. And just to show you how ridiculous, though the underlying facts are, one of the charges against me was when I spoke on the mall on January 6 and said dead people voted, that was false. And I knew it was false because the Michigan inspector General had already determined that only 1500 dead people voted. In other words, in the very charge against me, they admit that what I said was true. But they said, well, what you really meant by that was more dead people voted in Michigan than affected the outcome of the election. Something that I had never said. So they distort the claim, they draw negative inference from it that are directly refuted by the actual record and then claim that I lied in a public speech which is fully First Amendment protected. So I think that's the most egregious example. But we had other. The other bucket was that they claimed that I lied in federal court filings, even though the federal courts in which I made the filings never issued sanctions, never even called for an order to show cause why I shouldn't be sanctioned. They saw nothing wrong. In fact, I was well within the legal requirements of Rule 11, which is the rule that applies to you can't file frivolous actions in federal court. And because I was complying with Rule 11, I had an ethical obligation to advance factual claims and legal theories for which there was a reasonable basis. And if I hadn't done that, I could have been subject to malpractice or ethical violations for not vigorously representing my client. So the whole thing is distorted and turned during the normal practice of law upside down. And again, if they can distort the facts in such a way to then render a finding that leads to disbarment, the ability of lawyers to practice, if they take on causes that the leftists in charge of these bar disciplinary bodies disagree with, that'll all be gone. And our ability to challenge government actions, our ability to exercise our right to, to petition the government for redress of grievances, our ability to have counsel who will vigorously represent us, all of that goes out the window. And that's why I think the stakes of this case are so important and why so many people are looking at weighing in in support of my effort.

And we taught that on the show yesterday. The word that I was using on the show yesterday is zealous, if I recall. That's what the manual says. That's what the ABA itself has long said. You should zealously represent your client, which is exactly what you were doing when you representing your very high profile client, Donald Trump, in an open constitutional question, a question on which the court actually had not ruled one way or the other ever. When it comes to the role of the Vice president, among other factors, all that was what was unchartered territory. It was well, well within the bounds of what A lawyer should do in his, in his zealous advocacy. John, just about a minute left, so real quick, I want you just to flesh that argument out a little more for all the ACLU lawyers. These, these left wing public interest lawyers. Why should they care about your persecution?

Well, you know, a couple of the leading lawyers that have started to write in my defense on this disagreed with me vehemently about the 2020 election and about the legal theories I espouse. But they're leading civil libertarians and they've held true to their ACLU cause. A lot of ACLU lawyers no longer do that. They play politics. But Nadine Straussen, the former president of aclu, Rebecca Roifi, a very prominent First Amendment legal ethics scholar out of New York Law School, have both come to my defense in public and they recognize the stakes, that if these bar disciplinary things start targeting lawyers for speech that the bar people themselves disagree with, then the First Amendment protections mean nothing. And they recognize the significance of that. And I think their brief in my support is, I think, going to be one of the most important ones that gets.

Welcome back. So I didn't have time during my conversation there with John to fully flesh out a very important point that I wanted to take some time to flesh out. Now, towards the end, what I, what I briefly said was at the time, the underlying conduct here was John Eastman's representation of President Donald Trump as his personal attorney during the 2020 election. Those disputed months up to and culminating in the events that transpired on January 6, 2021. The underlying constitutional argument that John Eastman was offering on behalf of his clients, that he was zealously advocating for, to use the legalese and the nomenclature of the legal profession, the underlying position was that the Vice president, when he decides to certify the votes of electors of the states, is not acting in a purely ceremonial capacity, but actually has some more substantive role to play. That was the argument that John's detractors said was a quote, unquote, insurrectionist argument, that it was sanctionable under Rule 11. It was so preposterous and frivolous so as to be worthy of attorney sanctions. I want to emphasize what I just said to John, which is the Supreme Court has never ruled on that. In fact, to my knowledge, no one has. I'm not aware of a single judicial body that has ever definitively ruled what the role of the Vice President is in the United States Constitution when it comes to presiding over the electors, mostly under the the 11th Amendment and also including some post Civil War Reconstruction era Statutes in the 1870s and 1880s also addressed this question. In other words, John was making an open legal argument. It was a question the Supreme Court had never actually ruled on. Think about the recent birthright citizenship litigation, Trump versus Barbara, same thing. The Supreme Court up until now had never actually definitively ruled as to whether the Constitution and or the underlying statute from the 20th century actually requires birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens. That was an open constitutional question. When you have an open question like that one where there is not clear, controlling binding precedent, it is wealthy within the bounds, well within the bounds of an attorney being able to represent his clients and to advocate in a zealous fashion on behalf of that, you might not like John Eastman, you might not like Donald Trump, you might not even like this argument. I'm telling you, it doesn't matter. It was well within the bounds of legitimacy. Unfortunately, John has paid the price. We barely scratched the surface. He has faced so much more than just losing his borrowed license. But as we got to towards the end of the conversation, the stakes here are so much higher than just Dr. John Eastman. As a lawyer myself, I truly feel this is a do or die proposition for the legal profession. Lawyers must be able to defend their clients, even unpopular ones. As we said in yesterday's show back in the 1950s, 1960s that included the NAACP defending black people in segregationist states, in George Wallace's Alabama, in Orval Faubus, Arkansas and so forth, well, same thing applies today. You might not like which political quote, unquote side is not making the same claim. But morally, institutionally and ethically, it is the exact same claim, just in reverse. So I want to talk a little bit about the situation with Iran as well, because the situation with Iran just continues to escalate. We now have 11 straight nights, it is now 11 straight nights of the United States military engaging in strikes on Iran and Iran striking back as well. Marco Rubio saying that he does not necessarily see a deal in sight. Surprise, surprise. So here is Secretary, here is the Secretary of State Marco Rubio saying that Iran is still not serious about reaching a deal as the US has now, as I just said, continued its 11th consecutive night of strikes against Iran. We remain open to diplomacy. We remain open to working it out in a negotiated way. But right now they don't seem to be serious about, about that. And so we're going to continue to protect shipping. We think other countries should join us in that endeavor. We don't need them to, but they should because they're more impacted by it than we are. And at the same time, we are going to, when the opportunity presents itself, degrade their ability to target global shipping.

I just want to reiterate once again, the United States is always committed to diplomacy. We are open, open minded and always willing to engage negotiated settlements of different differences. And that remains true in the case of Iran. Unfortunately, as of now, despite their direct outreaches and Iran has been reaching out to the United States both directly and indirectly to engage in talks about settling the differences with regards to what's happening in that part of the world. Unfortunately, so far, even though we have reached agreements, they have not kept their commitments. And as the president stated earlier today, I guess, yes, today, Washington time yesterday, our time here now the problem we're having right now is that they're not serious about talks. If they're serious, we're serious. If they're not, then we will do what is necessary to protect that, our interest and also the interest of our allies.

So it seems like Iran is not serious. And I mean, who possibly saw that coming? Well, I think literally everyone who knows anything whatsoever about the region probably saw that coming. Now this is happening in the broader political context that we cannot possibly ignore. There are some warning signs when it comes to the Trump voting base to the Republican Party, to self describing described MAGA when it comes to the handling of the Iran conflict. So Politico, which has probably the most popular political newsletter in all of beltway politics, their lead story today was on the Republican panic when it comes to the midterm elections this November and especially when it comes to the war in Iran. You have a lot of Republicans who are now saying anonymously because they won't put their name to these quotes, but they're saying that the administration, the White House is all over the map when it comes to their messaging on the conflict with Iran, which in the Republican operatives defense is basically true. The administration has been all over the map. They have been at times quite schizophrenic is the word we've used when it comes to what they're trying to do when it comes to Iran. That clarity I think is one of the reasons why we are seeing some decline in support when it comes to MAGA voters with the situation with Iran. So a new poll is out from Politico that shows that from May to July, so just over the past two, two and a half months, if you ask maga, vot the US should continue the fight against Iran even if it increases costs in America. There are now 13% fewer Maga voters who believe that now than they did just two, two and a half months ago. On the flip side of the equation, 8% increase in MAGA voters over the course two months of those who say the US should only continue if it does not increase costs in America and a 7% increase in MAGA voters over the course of the past two two and a half months for those who say the US should not continue regardless of cost. So the long story short of it, it is that the war is losing some esteem, losing some credibility, you might argue, or at minimum losing some popular support in the eyes of many self described MAGA voters. Now the interesting corollary to that, the interesting flip side of that is that you have Trump himself As an individual who still has sky high approval ratings within the party. In fact, this Harry Entin, our friend over at CNN was just reporting. Trump right now now has some of the highest approval ratings of any president at this point in his term within his party. He's defying historical odds. So he's still wildly popular even while simultaneously a lot of his voters are losing support for the war with Iran. But the President seems like he is actually potentially interested only in further escalating. He's been talking a lot about striking Pickaxe Mountain. There was some new Israeli intelligence that was shared with the White House and the Pentagon suggesting that Pickaxe Mountain, which is an Iranian nuke facility, that's where they apparently have ferreted off and stored a lot of their centrifuges after the bombing run last June. Pete Hegseth was on Capitol Hill yesterday to request more supplemental funding for the Iran war. Here's what Hegseth said when asked by Senator Kennedy of Louisiana about pickaxe mounting. whatever is underneath Pickaxe Mountain? A lot of, Senator, a lot of our capabilities are classified. But if anybody in the world can reach anything on this, on God's given, God's green earth, it's the United States military, the most powerful military in the world. It's all about options and trade offs. Okay, so basically we don't know, but we think we can get very close or do a very good job. It's a very, very fair question. It's a totally reasonable question at this point. I don't see any obvious off ramps for the President in this conflict. And that surely is what the White House sees too. So the clearest thing to do, and I realize I sound like a dead horse here, but the clearest thing to do is to say here are our goals, here's how we're going to achieve it, and then achieve it and get the heck out. If there was an active war in Iran in November, I do think that will hurt the Republican Party at the polls. No doubt about that, that. I think the White House recognized that too. It's very hard frankly to disagree with that at this point. But we have a job to do and the job has not been finished yet. But this current kind of namby pamby kind of shoot around, you know, for every time they, they fire, will fire tit for tat. It's not getting us anywhere. What are we doing? Define the goals. Define the operation then work backwards to tailor the means to succeed on those goals. That's the way to do it. Pickaxe Mountain is probably part of that. People like Darieliza Chevalier in New York City, all these lunatics. What is this? What's the name for this when it comes to political ideology, when it comes to political science, you know, some people say wokeism, some said democratic socialism, some said communism, some said Third Worldism. Marco Rubio thinks it's communism. And Marco Rubio is a man who would know a thing or two about communism concerning the fact that his parents literally fled it. They fled Castro's Cuba. Here was Rubio talking about the communist threat to the United States.

And that's what we're seeing. And by the way, one of the leading, you know, culprits of that for many years, the intellectual authors, particularly in our hemisphere, is the Cuban regime, which, which our report on Monday outlined.

You know, I'm probably going to get a lot of crap for saying this, but I'm going to say it anyway. It's probably time for a new Red scare. The United States had two Red scares this past century. The first was during World War I, at the time of the Bolsheviks, the Mensheviks and the Russian Revolution, ultimately which culminated in the Soviet Union and Lenin and all of that misery and totalitarianism. There was a so called Red scare back then in the early 20th century, towards the end of the Woodrow Wilson presidency. And then it happened again in the 1950s led by Senator McCarthy of Wisconsin. And I know this is not a particularly, shall we say, refined or urbane opinion, but I will share with you anyway. It has long been my contention not only that Senator McCarthy did nothing wrong, which he didn't. He did nothing wrong. I will actually go further and make the provocative claim that Senator McCarthy did not go far enough. Communism is absolutely a subversive threat to the United States. Subversive. Think about the oath to the Constitution. You pledge to support it from enemies foreign and domestic. You know, who would know a thing or two about that? Abraham Lincoln, because he fought an insurrection from people who also are trying to subvert and overthrow from within. We are so accustomed, we think about Iran, Russia, China. We are so accustomed to thinking about the threat from without. We fail to think about the threat from within. And I'm not downplaying the threat from around the world, far from it. We discuss on this show all the time the various threats around the world. The Iran issue is a big issue. It's really important. The regime is horrific. There are also horrific forces here on the home front, many of whom we've let in through the wide open front door, some of whom are now engaged in ideological indoctrination and subversion at a more granular grassroots level from within. Call whatever you want, but it's time for maybe a new red scare. It is. It is time to bring back to an extent the McCarthyite era, let's call it, because this stuff does not mix, okay? We just celebrated this country's 250th anniversary. If you actually think that this will sustain for another 250 years. A question on which I'm Somewhat agnostic, to be candid. If you actually think that this experiment will last for another quarter millennium, then you have to gut out these ideologies or send them to the Asheva history once and for all where they truly, utterly belong. Now, I mentioned this free press colloquium. So some folks calling this ideology communism, others are calling it Third Worldism. What is Third Worldism? Well, Third Worldism is the idea, it's downstream of the woke mentality of this neo Marxist worldview of oppressors and press. It's the idea that the first world white European colonialist, European American world, et cetera, is awful and terrible. And that therefore the imperative is to lift the third world brown people and multicolored people. And this is the lens through which these people see the world. It's ludicrous, but that's actually really what they believe. Zor Mamdani is the single leading, the single most prominent Third worldist politician in American public life today. To be clear, he is absolutely also a communist. Dude literally quotes the Communist Manifesto on a social media feed tweet according to the need. He's actually quoting Marx, man, Engels. Many of them are. This lunatic chevalier is seize the means of production. Oh yeah, because that's never ended. Anything other than horrifically breadlines, gulags, body counts as far as the eye can see. And further. Frankly, this Third world's mentality, though ultimately then takes some of the worst populations, the worst peoples, the worst cultures and tries to elevate them out of a sense of Western guilt. Ironically, Memdani was from, well, he's born Uganda actually. So he comes from a third worldist culture and he brought it with him. He is the quintessential immigrant to America who never should have been allowed to come to America. Authorities made a grievous mistake in granting Zormadani a visa in the first place, let alone allowing him to become a citizen. Why? Because he hates this country. He hates it. He hates what we stand for. He hates all of it. The most recent Mamdani controversy, which we've discussed a little bit here on the show, is Mamdani pledged on the campaign trail because Mamdani, among other things, is a Muslim who loves the Palestinian Arabs and utterly despises Israel and, well, if we're just being honest here, despises Jews as well. So he pledged repeatedly on the campaign trail that he would arrest Bibi Netanyahu if the Prime Minister were to come to New York State, which by the way, is a very curious thing to make one of your major campaign stump issues while you're running for the mayor of a city. Like, why you're running for mayor. Like, dude, focus on the buses. Focus on the fact that people are getting thrown in front of subway cars to their desks. Death that stabbings are up and homicides are up. The cost of living. The outrageous taxation in New York City, the blue tape, the regulations, the zoning, I like. That's what mayors do, bro. Mayors don't talk about international heads of state. Nonetheless, he vowed that and he now has come to the conclusion, after much public back and forth colloquy, he has come to the conclusion that he can't actually do it. So Mamdani released this outrageous video on Tuesday evening, a video that I, I hate to say it, but on X, has garnered tens and tens of millions of views, well over a million likes, which is just gross and says a lot, unfortunately, about how the algorithms work over at xhq. So in this video, which is two minutes long, Mamdani concludes by saying that he can't actually arrest Netanyahu. Correct. We explained this on yesterday's show. He does not have the authority for, for at least three or four different reasons to do this. But the title of his video is that Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal, which again is a very weird thing for the mayor of a city, as opposed to like a senator, for instance, to lean in on. Hold aside the morality of it, which he's just egregious on, like utterly egregious. The law egregious. He's not a war criminal at all. Everything Israel's done has complied with Geneva and all the various conventions and treaties that Mamdani thinks that he knows about. He knows nothing about them. The ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, commenting on this Mamdani video, said, quote, it would be easy to say the New York mayor is just an ignorant bigot, but he is not dumb. He's an evil anti Semite who deliberately lies about serious things like genocide to stoke Jew hate. If anyone should be arrested, it's the mayor of New York. For incitement, New York City should be ashamed. And I completely agree with the ambassador and former governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee. I will simply end this. This ties us back to the third Worldist conversation. As always, the Jews here are just the canary in the coalman. The Jews are just a proxy. They are just an avatar in this case, for something much broader. What is the West? What is our civilizational inheritance? It's based on the Bible. It's based on moral objectivity and a rejection of moral relativism and its corollary, idolatry. That means that it is the outflow of the two biblical religions, Judaism and Christianity. That's what he hates. That's what this third worldist Uganda Muslim hates. He hates all of that. The Jews, as they often are, for these people are just the whipping boy. They are the first in the line of fire. It is vile and disgusting that the mayor of the city with the largest Jewish population of Macy in the world is saying these things. It is even more disgusting that the mayor of the most important financial and cultural center in America utterly hates America, hates the civilization and wants to see it all die. All for the sake of third worldism. It is truly, truly horrendous and I wish it nothing but the absolute worst.
