I've always wanted to do a follow up to episode 20 where I met my biological mom and sister. This episode took months to produce and to schedule calls with the entire family from all over the united states and multiple time zones. In the end, I asked co-founder Jesse Dufresne to join me again to help put this episode together. This podcast is my gift to the Quon family and for accepting me and helping me bridge the gap of biology and enriching my life in ways I could only imagine. Enjoy.

I've often heard stories of those who have died and then come back. They have such amazing stories of visions of white light, family members past etc. This is the Journey of my friend Franc. We worked together many years ago and have a very cool connection that hasn't dimmed in the years that have past. Franc flat lines not once but twice in the span of a few hours. I'm so honored and humbled that we got this moment to document his journey back from death.

Katie Moore was named one of the upcoming models to watch in 2016. One of the fast rising new faces of the modeling world. During this seemingly high flying time in her career, her dark battle with Anorexia and Bulimia were slowing consuming her. I'm so honored to hear Katie share her story and listen to her explain her rise from the ashes and embracing her true self and body. I hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as I enjoyed speaking with her about her journey.

Tom McGee: Lays out step by step how he stayed true to his WHY and transitioned his live in person personal training business into an online platform. Tom is a master of making things bite sized and easy to understand. I got a lot out of this episode and I hope you do too.

Imagine being 15 pregnant and alone. You decide to put your child up for adoption. Each and every year on that date, you mourn, wonder and reflect. How technology and 23 & me ended the questions and suffering. With special guest host: Jesse Dufresne

They say it’s a journey of struggle, compassion and determination when fighting/dealing with addiction. When I met Tommy, I didn’t know much about his story. What I learned is his need and passion for helping others, would inspire me. This is his journey…
