CW: In today’s episode we talk about themes of domestic violence and abuse. If these themes and conversations are triggering to you, please bypass this episode. As an adult who grew up in a home where it was more normal to put your hands on another person than to tell them that you love them, learning what safe love is was a hard lesson to learn. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the norm for me to feel safe in the home I lived in and in the relationships I had. In today’s episode, I share with you how I learned about safe love and what safe love even is. You, my beautiful friend, deserve safe love. A love that is safe, caring, and makes you comfortable. I hope this episode inspires you to make that happen if you don’t already have it. Click here to get information on how to get out of an abusive relationship. Need help?
