Welcome to the Level up podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. All right, guys, so today we're going to be tackling an issue that is so important in your life. Many of us face this at one point or another. It's laziness, okay? So more importantly, we're going to talk about how to overcome it. Why you should never quit on yourself. So let's dive into the mindset and habits that help you push past laziness and keep moving forward. So let's be real here, guys. Laziness hits us all. Whether it's the temptation to binge, watch tv, procrastinate on that important task, or just avoid what we know that needs to be done, it's something that we all deal with. Even myself, guys, so here's the truth. Laziness is temporary, but you have the power to push through it. The key is understanding that discipline, not motivation. Once again, that discipline, not motivation is what gets you through these tough moments when you rather do anything but work. Okay? One of the most important things I've learned in my journey is to set small, achievable goals every single day. You don't need to tackle everything at once, guys. Don't get overwhelmed with this shit. But you do need to take consistent action, start with small steps and build momentum. Success is not about having consistent motivation. It's about showing the fuck up. Okay? Even on your days when you don't feel like it, over time, those small wins add up and you'll see yourself making progression. Even when you thought lately laziness was winning. Okay, so now let's talk about not quitting on yourself. One of the biggest mistakes I've ever done is giving up when things get hard or when I felt stuck in a rut. The truth is you're always going to face moments of doubt, fatigue, frustration. But these moments don't define you, okay? Realize that they don't define you. What defines you is the ability to keep pushing, to push through when everything inside of you is saying quit. When you feel like quitting, remind yourself why you started this shit. Think about the goals you set, the dreams you were working towards in the future you're building. Guys, it's about your why, about your family. For me, my why has always been my mother. She's raised me. She's done everything for me, guys. So I can't quit on her. Quitting on yourself means you're giving up on those possibilities. And I promise you, it's worth fighting through the tough times to see what's on the other side. So the message here is very simple. Don't let laziness take control and never quit on yourself. Take small steps, stay consistent, and remember that progression happens when you keep pushing. You gotta keep pushing and even when you don't feel like it. So guys, thank you for tuning up to the Level up podcast with Paul Alex reminding you that success is about discipline and perseverance.
