What's up everybody? And welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're going to be getting into something that is close to my heart. How to create a business that aligns with your core values. Listen guys, building a business isn't just about making money. It's actually about building something that feels authentic, meaningful, and true to who you are. So let's talk about how you do that. Okay? First, you gotta get clear on your values before you even think about what kind of business you want to build. I want you to ask yourself this. What matters most to you? For me, it was freedom, integrity, and helping others succeed, guys. So when I started with the ATM business and credit card processing industries, I didn't just want to create income. I actually wanted to create opportunities for other people to achieve financial freedom. That's what it was about. Giving back. So when your business aligns with your values, it's not just about work. It's actually about purpose. Second, say no to opportunities that don't fit with your core values. Okay, so one of the biggest mistakes that entrepreneurs and even my friends and even myself have have made in past is chasing every opportunity, even if it doesn't align with who I am or who my friends were. I've had offers and partnerships that look great on paper, but didn't align with my vision, guys. So saying no wasn't easy. Right? But it kept me focused on building something that I could be proud of. Stick to your values, even when it's tempting to compromise. And lastly, build a team and a culture that reflects your value. Your business isn't just about you. It's about the people you bring along for the ride. Guys, I've always put priority hiring the right people who share the right vision and the right values because that's how you create a strong foundation in your business. When your team believes in what you stand for, your business becomes unstoppable. I speak from experience, guys. Just listen. The bottom line guys, a business that aligns with your core values is isn't just fulfilling, it's actually sustainable. This is how I've been able to be in business for the past six years now. Define what matters, stay true to that and build with intention. That's how you create something that stands for the test of time. Guys, thanks for tuning in to Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex and reminding you that your business is a reflection of your core values. Make it count. And as always guys, keep leveling up.
