First, define the outcome that you want. In life. Most people get stuck because they don't know where they're headed. Guys, When I Transitioned from working 80 hours a week in law enforcement to building multiple businesses to become financially free, I didn't have time to second guess every choice. I got clear on my goals. Freedom, financial independence, and lastly, impact. When you know what you're aiming for, decisions become a lot easier. Second, embrace the 8020 rule. Not every decision needs to be perfect. Focus on the 20% of choices that drives 80% of your results. When I was scaling my businesses, I put priority to what mattered the most. Building systems and finding the right team. The small stuff that doesn't matter, it could wait. Speed matters. A good decision made quickly beats perfect decision made too late. And lastly, you gotta trust your instincts, guys. That gut feeling, look, you're going to mess up sometimes, that's. That's part of the process. But the more you trust yourself and take action, the sharper your decision making becomes. Every mistake is a lesson that makes you stronger. Action breeds clarity. And clarity leads to smarter decisions over time. So what's the bottom line, guys? Faster smart decisions come from clarity, focus and action.
