I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everybody? Welcome back to the Level podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today's Truth Bomb. The best way to beat your competitors is to make them irrelevant. When I launched my first business, I studied absolutely every competitor out there. What they charged, how they marketed, what they posted. It kept me actually small. Then I realized real winners don't compete. They actually create. I stopped chasing the market and started shaping it. If you're clocking in every day worried about what your coworkers are doing, you are wasting energy that could be building your own lane. Focus on creating more value, giving better service and telling a better story. When you innovate, you don't need to compete. You redefine the game. The secret isn't being the loudest in the industry. It's about being the most authentic. No one can copy you. So ask yourself this one question. Where am I still trying to compete when I could be creating and what I want you to do? I want you to do one thing this week that's original. Your idea, your voice, your way. And guys, so no matter where you're at in your journey, you gotta remember, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level up podcast.
