I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. Day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everybody? And welcome back to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're going to be diving into one of the most overlooked skills in sales, the follow up. Listen guys, if you're not following up, you're leaving money on the table. Most people don't buy on the first call. It's not that they're not interested. It's that they need more trust, more value and more urgency. Especially in 2025, guys. So the real money is actually made in the follow up. So let's go ahead and break it down, guys. First, stop assuming silence means no. A prospect not answering doesn't mean they're not interested. It just means that they're busy, distracted or not convinced yet. Your job is to stay on top of the mind without being annoying, guys. So follow up with value, not just checking in. Give them another reason to say yes. Number two, use multiple touch points. People don't need to see and hear from you multiple times before they make a decision. That means that calls, texts, emails, social media. If you're only reaching out once and expecting a sale, you're losing to the person who follows up five, six, seven times. Guys, you have to be persistent in the game. You got to be professional and be present. Lastly, you got to create urgency the right way. A great follow up doesn't just remind them about the offer, guys. It actually reminds them about the cost of waiting. So if your product or service solves a problem, remind them what happens if they don't act on it. People move when they realize the pain of staying the same is greater than the risk to change. So what's the bottom line? Sales aren't lost on the first call. They're actually lost in the follow up. Guys. If you master this and you'll close More deals than 90% of your competition, I can guarantee it. Guys, thanks for tuning in to Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex reminding you that you have to follow up like a pro. You gotta close strong and as always, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level up podcast.
