Welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everybody? And welcome back to Level Podcast. I'm Paul Alex. Today let's flip the script. Your weakness your might be your greatest weapon. When I started out, I hated that I wasn't a tech guy. Everyone around me seemed more qualified. But that forced me to actually get good at communication and leadership skills that built multiple companies. See, your weakness is only a weakness when you stop learning from it. If you're currently a 9 to 5er who doubts your background, I want you to understand this. What makes you different isn't what makes you valuable. Maybe you overthink. That could become a strategy thinker. Maybe you're shy. That can become great listening. Every weakness when trained becomes a strength. You don't have to hide your flaws, turn them into your features. Here's one challenge I want you to do. I want you to write down one weakness you've been ashamed of. Then ask how could this actually help me win if I mastered it? Your biggest advantage is probably hiding inside of that answer. Guys. That's how you shift from from doubt to drive one move at a time. So no matter where you're at in your journey, remember, guys, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level up podcast.
