I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. Let's be real. Self doubt doesn't whisper. It actually screams, who do you think you are? You're not ready. You'll embarrass yourself. We've all heard all of that, especially when I left a secure detective career to start over in business. Guys, what's up everybody? This is Paul Alex. I built my companies from pure grit, discipline and belief. But that belief didn't come naturally. It was built one uncomfortable day at a time. So today we're breaking down three ways to silence doubt and build real confidence. As an entrepreneur. Doubt grows in silence. Speak your goals out loud. When I first shared my business dreams with my coworkers, they laughed. Said I was chasing a fantasy. And that hurt. But it also lit a fire inside of me. Guys, once I said my dream out loud, it actually became real. If you're scared to tell your people what you want, that fear actually owns you. Say it anyways. Put your vision into the world. It forces accountability. Look, you have to keep promises to yourself. You want confidence? Keep the small commitments no one sees. When I was still working cases at night, I'd wake up at 4am to work on my business before my shift. No applause, no audience, just me versus my own excuses. Confidence comes from knowing you can trust yourself. Every time you follow through, you build evidence that you're capable. And you got to turn doubt into data. See, most people quit things that don't work. The first time I failed launches, lost money, and made mistakes that hurt, guys. But every l taught me something that I couldn't have learned otherwise. When doubt creeps in, reframe it. What's this trying to teach me? Your mind shifts from fear to focus. So what's the key takeaway here, guys? Confidence isn't a personality trait. It's a habit. You earn it daily by keeping promises, taking action, refusing to let fear be the loudest voice in the room. So what's one thing you said you do, but you haven't? I challenge you to do it today. Not perfectly. You just gotta do it. Taking perfect action. That's how you flip doubt into confidence. By showing up when nobody else is watching. Guys, you don't need permission. Remember, you just need momentum. Keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level up podcast.
