back per month welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're diving into the most dangerous place for a proven entrepreneur, the $10,000 a month comfort zone. Because, let's be real. If you've proven your online offer and hit that first big milestone, it's incredibly easy to put your feet up. And if you're getting comfortable, your growth is already dying. Let's break down how to smash through to the hundred K mark without burning your business to the ground first. Realize that what got you to 10,000amonth will absolutely not get you to 100k. Too many people think scaling is just doing the exact same thing, but harder. It isn't. If you're manually handling every lead and delivering the service all by yourself, you are maxed out. Whether it's hiring an operator, rebuilding your funnels, or raising your prices. Scaling only happens when you break your old ceiling. If you cling to the old model, you kill your true potential. Second, stop acting like a highly paid employee in your own company. People don't hit 100,000amonth by doing the grunt work. They hit it by becoming the true CEO. So instead of just grinding out another 12 hour day in the weeds, step back and look at the machine. Make your systems do the heavy lifting so your brain is free to strategize. Lastly, upgrade your financial thermostat. When you start surrounding yourself with people who view a hundred grand a month as the bare minimum, your entire reality shifts. Elite masterminds, ruthless execution and dropping the scarcity mindset create a quantum leap. When you normalize the next level, you reach it. Bottom line, you've already proven you can win the game. Now it's time to own the stadium. Break the old systems, step into the CEO role and demand more from yourself. Because when you do, you'll scale to the 100k mark faster than ever. Thanks for tuning in to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex reminding you good is the enemy of great. Step out of the comfort zone, build the empire, and as always, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level up podcast.
