Welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're diving into the mental tax of being visible Hit handling the critics because let's be real. If you let the opinions of people who aren't in the arena dictate your moves, you are giving away your power. And if you're trying to please everyone, you're inspiring no one. Let's break down how to become Bulletproof without turning cold. First, understand that criticism is just the toll you pay on the bridge to success. Too many people think getting hate means they are doing something wrong. It it usually means they are doing something right. If you are making moves, disrupting the market and speaking your truth, you are going to trigger the people who are standing still. Whether it's a negative comment, a jealous peer, or a family member who doubts you, friction only means you have momentum. If you let it slow you down, you kill your trajectory. Second, filter the feedback through the source. People don't lose sleep over the opinions of mentors who have actually built and empires. They lose sleep over the opinions of strangers hiding behind keyboards. So instead of agonizing over a troll, ask yourself if you would trade bank accounts or lifestyles with them. Make their lack of execution the reason you ignore their opinion. Lastly, use their doubt as jet fuel. When you flip the script and let the haters become your motivation, they accidentally work for you. Relentless execution, undeniable results, and a thick skin create absolute dominance. When you outwork the noise, you become untouchable. Bottom line, you can't be a disruptor. If you're terrified of ruffling feathers, put your armor on, ignore the cheap seats and let your success be the only response. Because when you do, you'll shine brighter than ever. Thanks for tuning in to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex reminding you Lions, don't lose sleep or over the opinions of sheep. Keep your focus sharp, ignore the static, and as always, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level of Podcast.
