Welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're diving into a mental trap that catches experienced folks founders the curse of Knowledge. Because let's be real. If you forget what it feels like to start from zero, you will alienate the exact people you are trying to lead. And if you lose your empathy, you lose your influence. Let's break down how to lead from the front without leaving your people behind. First, remember the terror of day one. Too many people reach the top of the mountain and get frustrated when the rookies don't know how to climb. That's bad leadership. And if you are consulting and helping beginners build their own new American dream, you need to speak their language. Whether it's launching their first online offer or making their first sale. Teaching only works if it comes with patience. If you expect them to know everything, you kill their confidence. Second, simplify the complex. People don't take action when they are overwhelmed. They take action when the next step is crystal clear. So instead of hitting a beginner with advanced 10 step funnels, you can give them one simple action to execute today. Make the process digestible so the progress is inevitable. Lastly, celebrate the foundational wins. When you cheer for a client's very first lead as hard as you cheer for your own six figure month, you build extreme loyalty, empathy, clear guidance and meeting people where they are create lifelong advocates. When you build them up, you build your legacy. Bottom line, you are only as good as the success of the people you are pulling up behind you. Keep your patience, simplify the vision and guide them through the fire. Because when you do, you'll change more lives than ever. Thanks for tuning in to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex reminding you never forget what it took to get started. Pull the next person up, lead with patience, and as always, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level podcast.
