Welcome to the Level up podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. Hey everyone and welcome back to the Level up podcast with Paul Alex. Today we're going to be talking about something that goes beyond personal success. How to become a high value man and serve more in your community. Becoming a high value man isn't just about wealth, status or physical appearance. It's about developing the qualities that not only improve your life, but also positively impact those around you. I've been fortunate enough to build successful businesses, but what truly matters to me is how I use that success to give back and serve my community. So the first step to becoming a high value man is mastering self discipline. Without discipline, it's impossible to achieve anything substantial in life. Guys. Whether it was working long hours in law enforcement, starting my first business, or launching merchantautomation.com it's about the ability to do what needs to be done, even when you don't feel like it. When you consistently show up, work hard, stay committed to your goals, you set a powerful example for others, including your children. Next, focus on continuous self improvement. High value men are always looking for ways to grow, learn and improve. So this means investing in your education, developing new skills, and consistently challenging yourself to be better than you were yesterday. I spent countless hours reading, taking courses and learning from my mentors. The more you improve yourself, the more value you can offer to those around you, including your spouse. But being a high value man isn't just about personal achievement. It's about service. One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been giving back to my community. Whether it was mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, donating to kids that were starving in San Diego during Christmas, or simply being there for someone in need, serving others has always been a priority. I grew up in a humble immigrant family and I know firsthand what it's like to struggle. That's why I'm committed to helping others rise up and achieve their own success. To truly serve your community, start by identifying ways you can make a difference. It doesn't have to be something grand or complicated. Sometimes it's the smallest act of kindness and that have the biggest impact. For me, it started with mentoring a few people who were looking to break into the business world. Over time, their desire to help others grew and I'M able to reach and assist thousands of people through my businesses and platforms now. Another key is to lead by example. High value men inspire others not just by their words, but by their actions. Leading by Example when people see you working hard, staying disciplined and giving back, it encourages them to do the same thing. It's not about seeking recognition, it's about making a genuine impact. I've always believed that I can help others succeed. That success will come back to me in unexpected ways. Guys. And finally, stay humble and stay grounded. Don't forget where you came from. No matter how much success you may achieve, remember where you came from, the people who helped you along the way. I never forget my roots. I'm always grateful for the opportunities I've had. Humility is what keeps you connected to your community and reminds you that we're all in it together. So if you want to become a high value man, serve your community. Start by mastering self discipline, committing to continuous self improvement, and finding ways to give back. Lead by example, stay humble. And as always, that true success is about more than just personal gain. It's about lifting each other up.
