First, deliver results so damn good that people can't shut up about you. Here's the deal. Nobody's going to refer you if you're mediocre. When I was scaling my businesses, I didn't just hit the mark, I crushed it. I made sure my clients got the results that blew their expectations out the water. So if you want referrals, be so good that your clients feel it's a crime not to tell others about you. Average work won't cut it. You gotta dominate. Second, don't sit around waiting for referrals to come to you. You gotta ask for them. So what does that mean? Stop being shy. You think your clients are just going to magically think of sending business your way? Wrong. You got to be proactive.
