month welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level Up Podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're diving into the most underrated tool your entrepreneurial toolkit. Boredom. Because let's be real. If you are filling every single second of your day with podcasts, emails and social media, your brain has zero room to breathe. And if your brain can't breathe, your best ideas suffocate. Let's break down how to use the void to your advantage without feeling lazy. First, understand that constant input destroys original output. Too many people think they need to consume content from the minute they wake up to until their head hits the pillow. They don't. If you're never alone with your own thoughts, you are just recycling everyone else's strategies. Whether it's driving in silence, sitting on a plane without WI fi, or taking a walk without your phone, innovation only strikes when there is empty space for it to land. If you stay stimulated, you kill your creativity. Second, schedule Absolute nothingness. People don't have million dollar breakthroughs while grinding through their inbox. They have them in the shower, on a run, or staring out a window. So instead of packing your calendar back to back, intentionally block out time to just think. Make daydreaming a mandatory part of your business strategy. Lastly, let the answers hunt you down. When you stop desperately chasing solutions and just give your mind a rest, the missing puzzle pieces naturally click into place. Clarity, intuition and massive breakthroughs create an unfair advantage. When you unplug, you actually connect. Bottom line, you can't hear your own genius if the volume of the world is turned all the way up. Create the void. Tolerate the boredom and let your mind do the heavy lifting. Because when you do, you'll innovate faster than ever. Thanks for tuning in to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex, reminding you your best ideas need room to grow?
