Welcome to the Level up podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're tackling the unspoken reality of leading an empire. The sheer weight of the armor you have to wear. Because let's be real, if you want to survive the absolute worst the market has to throw at you, you have to get used to carrying heavy responsibilities. And if you complain about the weight, you're going to get crushed on the battlefield. Let's break down how to carry the load without collapsing. First, understand that your armor is going to get battle worn. Too many people think building a seven figure business means you get to sit in a pristine castle completely untouched. It doesn't. If you are leading from the front, taking the hits for your team and navigating massive risks, you are going to take damage. Whether it's a failed launch, a lawsuit, or a trusted partner walking away. The armor only protects you if you are willing to wear it every single day. If you take it off to get comfortable, you kill your defenses. Second, the heavier the responsibility, the stronger you must become. People don't survive decades in business because the problems got lighter. They survive because their shoulders got broader. So instead of wishing that your team would stop bringing you massive problems, build the stamina to solve them. Make your capacity for stress your ultimate competitive advantage. Lastly, the scars prove your authority. When your clients and your team see that you have survived the fire and are still standing, their trust in you becomes absolute resilience. Battle tested systems and leading by example create an unshakable culture. When you endure the hits, you earn the crown. Bottom line, you can't ask to be the king and then complain that the crown is heavy. Put the armor on, take the hits and keep moving forward. Because when you do, you'll lead stronger than ever. Thanks for tuning in to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex reminding you true leaders are forged in the fight. Wear the armor, protect your people, and as always, keep leveling up.
