Welcome to the Level up podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everybody? Welcome back to Level Up Podcast. I hey, I'm Paul Alex and today we're going to be talking about something that most entrepreneurs overlook. Learning from your competitors. Listen guys, too many people waste time hating on their competition instead of studying them, learning from them and outplaying them. If you want to win in life, you need to stop seeing competition as a threat and actually start using them as fuel. First, competition is a free blueprint. They've already tested the waters. They've made mistakes and figured out what works. Why waste time reinventing the wheel when you can just refine it and make it better? Study their marketing, their offers and their customers experience. Then you want to take what works and put your own spin on it. Second, they expose your weaknesses. If your competition is winning where you're struggling, that's actually a wake up call. Instead of getting bitter, get better. Identify the gaps in your strategy and adjust. Because business isn't about feelings, it's actually about results. And lastly, innovation comes from observation. The best companies didn't create something out of thin air, guys. They actually took what was working and improved it. Apple didn't invent the smartphone guys, they just made it better. Amazon didn't create online shopping. They. They just mastered it. So if you want to dominate, you need to watch, learn and execute at a higher level. Look, what's the bottom line now? Your competitors aren't your enemies, they're actually your teachers. Study them, improve on what they do, and then leave them in the dust. Guys, thanks for tuning in to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex reminding you that watch, learn and as always, guys, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level all podcast.
