Welcome back to Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex, and today we're going to hit a nerve. Most entrepreneurs have no clue how to delegate. Yeah, I said it. So what, you're trying to do everything yourself, wearing every hat in the business, and then you wonder why you're stuck? Well, let me tell you something. If you're doing everything, you're going nowhere. You want to grow, you want to scale, then you need to learn how to let go and trust the team. So let's get into it. First, you got to stop being a control freak. I've been there, all right? When I was building my businesses, I thought, nobody can do the job like me. I was scared to let go. But you know what? I realized? I was the bottleneck here. If you're holding onto every single task, every decision, you're slowing your business down. You think you're protecting it, but you're actually choking it. Trust me, if you don't start delegating, you'll burn out and your business will stall. Second, a lot of you are too cheap. Yeah, I said it. You're too cheap to hire and train the right people. I invest into people because if you're too scared to invest into your team, you're not serious about growing anything. You're not a true entrepreneur. I built teams of soldiers, killers, over 100 employees because I knew that I couldn't do it all myself. I couldn't build an empire. I couldn't build an eight figure business without them. Delegating isn't just about freeing up your time. It's about multiplying your efforts. You want to stay small, keep pinching pennies. You want to scale? Start investing on people. And here's the real talk, guys, okay? Delegation without systems is a disaster. You don't just throw tasks at people and hope for the best, okay? You need systems. You need clear expectations, and you need accountability. If you don't have that, delegation fails, and then you blame the team when really it's on you. Okay, there's no such thing as bad employees. There's only bad leaders. Stop being lazy. I said it. Stop being lazy. Build the damn systems. Set your team up for success. Bottom line, if you're not delegating, you're not leading. You're babysitting your business instead of building it. Trust your team, invest in your success and put systems in place that allows you to scale like a beast.
