Welcome to the Level up podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everybody? And welcome back to the level podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we're going to be tackling a major problem that keeps entrepreneurs broken. Most business owners don't know their numbers. Listen, if you don't know exactly how much you're making, spending or keeping your flying blind. And guess what? Blind businesses crash, guys. So let's go ahead and talk about how to fix that. First, revenue is not profit. Too many entrepreneurs are flexing online revenue numbers like they mean something. I've seen people brag about making six figures a month, but when you look under the hood, they're barely breaking even. It's not about what you make, it's about what you keep. If you're not tracking expenses, operating costs and profit margins, your business is a time bomb waiting to go off. Second, cash flow is king. I've seen businesses make millions go under because they had no idea when money was coming in versus when it was going out. If you're not monitoring your cash flow, one slow month can wipe you out. Know your burn rate, guys. Track your accounts and don't let your business run on a hope. And and lastly, stop guessing and start tracking the best. Businesses don't make emotional decisions. They actually make data driven ones. If you're not looking at your numbers daily, weekly or monthly, you're playing a very dangerous game. Success isn't about working harder. It's actually about working smarter. It's about making smarter moves based on real numbers. Guys, look, what's the bottom line now? If you don't know your numbers, you don't know your business. You don't know. Track your revenue, cash flow and profits like your success depends on it. Because it does. Look guys, thanks for tuning in to Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex here to remind you that don't be another entrepreneur who gets wiped out by ignorance and flashing revenue numbers online. Know your numbers, make smarter moves and as always, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level up podcast. If you enjoyed today's episode, make sure to share with a family friend and everyone you know who's ready to level up. Leave a five star review on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and wherever you tune in.
