So you're saying with Hilton Honors, I can use points for a free night stay anywhere? Anywhere. What about fancy places like the canopy in Paris? Yeah. Hilton Honors, baby. Or relaxing sanctuaries like the Conrad in Tulum? Hilton Honors, baby. Ooh, what about the five star Waldorf Astoria in the Maldives? Are you gonna do this for all 9,000 properties? When you want points that can take you anywhere, anytime? It matters where you stay. Hilton for the stay.

Welcome to the Level up podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now. What's up everyone? Welcome back to the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex and today we are tackling a psychological trap that destroys founders right after a massive win. The arrival Fallacy. Because let's be real. If you think hitting a specific revenue number will magically fix all your problems and make you happy forever, you are going to be deeply disappointed. Let's break down. How to keep pushing when the initial goal is met. First, understand that success is a moving target. Too many people sprint toward their first million dollars thinking it is the finish line. It is not. When you cross that line, you realize the game just got bigger and the problems just got more complex. If you tie your entire identity to one specific metric, you will lose your drive the second you achieve it. Whether it is buying the dream house or selling a company, the high fades incredibly fast. If you stop climbing, you kill your purpose. Second, you have to fall in love with the actual process of building. People do not stay at the top of their industry for decades by resting on past trophies. They stay there because they actually enjoy the daily friction of solving massive problems. So instead of obsessing over the final payout, obsess over your daily operations. Make the execution the actual reward. Lastly, the infinite horizon keeps you young when you realize that there is always another level to unlock, another market to dominate, and another way to provide for your family. The fire never goes out. Relentless curiosity, massive vision and deep gratitude create a legendary career. When you stop looking for the end, you truly begin. Bottom line, there is no finish line in the game of greatness. Celebrate the win for five minutes, reset the board and find the next mountain. Because when you do, you will reach heights higher than ever. Thanks for tuning into the Level up podcast. I'm Paul Alex, reminding you the joy is in the journey, not just the destination. Keep building, stay hungry, and as always, keep leveling up. Thanks for listening up to the Level up podcast.
