The world around us is a reflection of your internal. So once you start to do your healing journey, making awareness, you actually start to connect your mind and your heart, which is your intuition. Those nudges, they were there for a reason.

Kayleen Sali
Tunnel vision is aligning yourself and shifting your mindsets to create your business strategy. Because everything is a reflection of you inside.
R. Guterres
Talk about building your own reality and how folks are stuck in this tunnel vision when they really should be seeing far more than that.
Kayleen Sali
It really stems back to finding your true authenticity. Being your true authentic self is healing your traumas, the ones who are silencing your voice, not allowing you to be yourself to people. Please. This takes away your power.

R. Guterres
Welcome back to another episode of living your legacy podcast, the women in power edition for Inside Success. I am R. Guterres. I play a lot of video games and sometimes I get this terrible thing called tunnel vision. Google it. It's a thing. Somehow I happen to stumble with the most powerful woman that knows everything about tunnel vision. Welcome to the show.
Kayleen Sali
Hello.
R. Guterres
So we caught you off guard, huh?
Kayleen Sali
Yes, yes, yes. Welcome. That's a good opener. Thank you.
R. Guterres
How do you feel? Who are you? Why are you sitting here?
Kayleen Sali
So my name is Kayleen Sali and I'm a founder of Tunnel Vision Coaching. So business for entrepreneurs.
R. Guterres
Wow. So coaching and tunnel vision. You would think these things will never work together because it's almost like an anti productive way of seeing the world. Talk about what is tunnel vision.
Kayleen Sali
So tunnel vision is aligning yourself and shifting your mindsets to create your business strategy because everything is a reflection of. Of you inside.
R. Guterres
Oh, yeah.
Kayleen Sali
So tunnel visions, we've learned to kind of block mass. These are all traumas and that's kind of what I teach on that.
R. Guterres
I'm right with you a thousand percent because especially as entrepreneurs and as CEOs, you're building your tribe and your tribe is A reflection of what's going on here. But most importantly, what's going on here.
Kayleen Sali
Correct.
R. Guterres
Where did your journey begin? Where did your tunnel end or start?
Kayleen Sali
So just recently I went through a divorce. And before that divorce I had a major layoff for the company that I was working for almost 23 years, semiconductor. And during that time I was having some issues with my marriage. Well, when that announcement was made, that's when I realized it was time for me, an opportunity for me to move on.
R. Guterres
Yeah, an opportunity arose, presented itself in the darkness.
Kayleen Sali
Correct. I talk about my using your pain into power so I was able to heal and focus on myself. And when things weren't aligning, that was a key indicator for me that I need a move on a different route.
R. Guterres
Right. On the key indicators. What does that look like to you? Is it visions? Is it voices? Is it always missing the green light? And you're like, why do I always feel stuck? Something ain't right. Why is my reality fighting me?
Kayleen Sali
Right, that's good question. We have these issues because they're all trauma related, people pleasing, limited beliefs. All of that stems from trauma, traumas that we need to heal. The world around us is a reflection of your internal. So once you start to do your healing journey, making awareness, going into solitude. This could be journaling, meditating, isolation, breath work, isolation, going into self. You actually start to connect your mind and your heart, which is your intuition. Those nudges that were there for a reason. Everything is a reflection of that, a lesson for you to recognize and learn from. If you don't, you just repeat it again.
R. Guterres
I come from the music in gaming industry. When I, when I worked with a lot of signed artists that it doesn't hold as much weight today because everyone's a content creator. But back in the day when you were signed to a label, you were assigned to a tribe and you had a leader of that tribe. And they, they spoke about these philosophies like this is how the world works. And they sit you in the room and like you're signed. All right Britney Spears, all right Lady Gaga, here's how it really works. And they roll you out the massive scroll of how energy and money and music and isolation and how an artist has a rise and a fall. It's all there in marketing meetings. And then you go, wait a minute, this is the kind of stuff I hear at churches that I hear in stories. Talk about building your own reality and you're going, well my reality is building me or am I building my reality? Talk about that and how folks are stuck in this tunnel vision when they really should be seeing far more than that.
Kayleen Sali
Right. So again, awareness. Once you made awareness of the issues you have, this is your start of your healing journey. We talk, we hear this a lot more common these days in social media about healing and what that means. It really stems back to finding your true authenticity.
R. Guterres
Correct.
Kayleen Sali
This is what I teach and talk about my speaking. And it also links to the tunnel vision. Coaching is being your true authentic self, is healing your traumas, that ones who are silencing your voice, not allowing you to be yourself to people. Please. This takes away your power.
R. Guterres
Oh yeah.
Kayleen Sali
You're giving it to that person and you're masking. So we wear so many masks. It's something that has been ingrained through us, through generations. And you know, Mira talks about this a lot.
R. Guterres
Oh yeah.
Kayleen Sali
It's to keep us stuck. And I said this, and I even said this in the interview earlier. If you're uncomfortable and you're stabled in your situation, your job, there's no growth. Growth comes with being uncomfortable. Recognizing issues that will shake up the emotions.
R. Guterres
Oh yeah.
Kayleen Sali
And we want that because those are trauma stored in our body.
R. Guterres
Correct.
Kayleen Sali
And order for you to release that is to get shaken up.
R. Guterres
Yeah. It's funny because I just came up with this realization that even though my profession, the day to day is trauma based, I'm always. There's the B teams, the A teams and then there's the S teams. I worked at PlayStation. I was called Samurai because I'm like, yeah, that's great. There's 24 hours in a day. We need sleep. I'm so addicted to this. I'm so addicted to the energy to go away is constantly creating. There was no tunnel vision. But then the darkness creeped in, the depression creeped in and I saw myself slowing down the desire. And then I became a recluse. But I found that energy to be sobering, like it was required. What folks call it, you know, your hamster ball where you need to isolate, you need to regroup before you unleash the artist's journey. You know, hide, breathe and then ascend and action. Where are you in your. In your. In your journey at this very moment?
Kayleen Sali
So my journey is again, this is not a coincidence. I started my journey several years ago and I had many awakenings before this. But it took this catalyst experience to kind of wake me up and realize that the connection that I was in, the stressful environment that I was in, that I was stable, seek comfort in for almost 23 years didn't serve me. And when I dived in and really went into solitude, even throughout the start of the divorce and taking the severance package, opportunities came up, of course, and immediately a shift happened. And several months later, legacy was another opportunity.
R. Guterres
Right on.
Kayleen Sali
When you're in true alignment, when you really start working on your, Your shadows, your. Your traumas, things start to shift. People start to shift. And that's how. That's confirmation that you're in the true path.
R. Guterres
Who. Who. When you speak to me, I fully embrace the shadow, the alter ego, that avatar that I've created. It's really mostly my shield, small percentage of it of it reveals itself in this podcast because I've sort of compartmentalized myself in different ways. It's really just protection, masking, if you will. You speak of, of, of, of. Of. Of the shadow. Who is your common client? Are they folks like me that are like, I've embraced the darkness, I've been able to will the power of the darkness. There is light, but there is a whole dichotomy of men and women and everything in between that don't understand that loneliness is powerful and that you don't need the children, the man and the marriage. What has been told that you need, that you can still ascend alone, right? Talk about your common client and how you coach them through the process that we call life.
Kayleen Sali
So my common client, or the ideal client that I, when I open up, tunnel vision coaching will just be your everyday people. Tunnel vision is focused on business or entrepreneurs because I'm helping shift their mindsets and their healing because it's a reflection to their business and how to scale their business. That's that niche. The framework underneath that is, which I have trademarked, is to help individuals find themselves and work on their healing.
R. Guterres
For folks that are listening before they get in contact with you or watch your episode or listen to this podcast, what are some simple ways, low hanging fruit, if you will, that folks can exercise, put into their work, into their daily routine, if you say to begin that process of mind shifting.
Kayleen Sali
So there's three essentials that I like to talk about. Awareness, solitude, journaling, breathwork, meditation, and then self reflection. This really allows you to dive inside, deep down and really see where your trauma comes from and why do you respond. So if you have a situation where your connection or work and you know there's stress, ask why do you feel a certain way for that situation and dive deep into that because it will lead to a starting point in your childhood or you know, it could be from your parents. I would like to also say that trauma goes not only to your parents or from your parents or your caretaker goes down your lineage, your ancestors.
R. Guterres
Oh, yeah.
Kayleen Sali
So it's been scientifically proven that it's passed down through your DNA.
R. Guterres
Yeah, yeah, I, I can say that. I'm a folks that sit in this podcast. We talk about generational trauma all the time and the, the constant battle or the constant education of what it is. Where can folks find you? How can folks follow your journey and what's the best way to reach you?
Kayleen Sali
So the best way to reach me is 10 of vision coaching, tunnel vision coaching.com or my Instagram at Kayleen Sali.
R. Guterres
And yeah, before people reach out to you, what what's something. What's a good tip that should they should have prepared? Should they have a list of things that they want to fix things of problems? What's a good starter primer before the email you and reach out to you that they should have ready before they get on a call with you?
Kayleen Sali
If they're reaching out to me, it's because they've made awareness and that's the key thing. I go live on TikTok.
R. Guterres
Right on.
Kayleen Sali
And I create a safe space where I talk about the uncomfortable topics and we dive into topics of connections, relationships to business and have a little group of followers in there. But it's good because it makes it more intimate and people are allowed to be vulnerable and pour out some stuff. So I'm grateful for that. Then I received the DMs and how it just shifts. And again, I say this in TikTok in my lives, that I'm just here to engage, shift the perspective and plant a seed.
R. Guterres
Amazing. All right, well, I guess that concludes another episode of the Living youg Legacy podcast, the Women in Power edition. My tunnel vision is clear now. I'm just teasing. We enjoy having fun here. It's a great name, great message. I'm eager to watch your episode. And with that Tunnel Vision coaching, fantastic journey. Thanks again and have a good night.
