Rachel Boston
So I hit a moment where I had to decide, am I going to keep doing what I've been doing for 10 years, that I'm dependent on a product, or do I want to go ahead and finding that if I could wake up the mitochondria and it could start giving my cells what it naturally needs, my body will produce what I need for my serotonin and my life has forever been changed.

We all have a brain. We all have that operating system. So the cool thing is when this product is introduced into the body at a healthy way, safe way, with no medications that are going to conflict with it, it's going to help your body become the optimum level.
Jason Tyler
If there was one tip that you could give for success, what would that tip be?
Rachel Boston
I'm a big believer on don't.
Podcast Intro/Outro Voice

Jason Tyler
Welcome back, everybody, to another episode of the Living youg Legacy podcast. I'm your host, Jason Tyler, and today I AM Joined by Ms. Rachel Boston. Hi, Rachel, how are you doing?
Rachel Boston
Hey, Jason. I'm doing great.
Jason Tyler
It's great to have you here. Welcome to the show. And I want to just, you know, we're, we're right before we record your episode for women in power. First of all, how are your nerves? How are the jitters?
Rachel Boston
I'm a little nervous. You know, it's a little out of my wheelhouse.
Jason Tyler
That's totally natural.
Rachel Boston
But I feel like it's growth.
Jason Tyler
Exactly.
Rachel Boston
I'm growing.
Jason Tyler
If you put yourself in situations that you've never been in, then you're guaranteed growth, Right? That's true. I want to give the opportunity for the audience right now, for those of them that don't know you, for those of them that might be just tuning into your story for the first time, give me a little bit of a breakdown of who is Rachel Boston?
Rachel Boston
Well, I am a realtor in North Texas. I live in Frisco. Texas. I have been building my real estate career for over the last 34 years. I know it's hard for you to believe that, but it's true.
Jason Tyler
You don't look a day over 32.
Rachel Boston
And I've been working on my anti aging since I was 24. So we're counting on that. Right.
Jason Tyler
Well, it's working.
Rachel Boston
Thank you.
Jason Tyler
Clearly.
Rachel Boston
And I'm also a single mom and I have a fabulous daughter who you'll get to meet today. And so her name is Lauren. And so she's.
Jason Tyler
Keep an eye out for Lauren. She'll be a part of the episode as well.
Rachel Boston
Yes. And so I would say she's probably my biggest success is having a fabulous daughter.
Jason Tyler
And, you know, coming onto the show and telling your story to the people out there, it's a brave thing to do. So, like, that's why I usually bring up, if we record before your episode, I like to bring up, like, the nerves to let people know, like, hey, it takes bravery to go out there and share your story. Right. And so I want to talk a little bit about, a, you're in real estate, but B, we have some product here in the studio. I want to talk about that first. And then maybe we can just walk it back. We can walk backwards from there.
Rachel Boston
I love that I'm 52. I know it's probably not politically correct to own it, but I am just lying. And so I want to say that I like to be proactive, and I have never been able to find, like, a lifestyle for health and fitness. It seems like the new fad. I try it, I'd be good at it for a couple of months. And so I want to say in the last year and a half, I was really on a search for a lifestyle that I could be consistent about something every single day, that I would see results. It would just help me be living my very best life. That's kind of what my mission was. So In June of 2025, I started seeing Dana White and Mel Gibson and RFK Jr talk about this blue product, and they would drop it in water. And I'm one of those people, I love to study what I want to know about, but I don't want to just learn because I have to do it right. So I went on this deep dive into cellular health. And what I found is a product called methylene blue. And what it does, it goes into your mitochond, and your mitochondria runs 32 trillion cells in your body. It's like your powerhouse with a T. Yes, With a T. And so I'm reading this going, what? What? What? How do I not know about this product? Right? That seems like a big deal.
Jason Tyler
It feels like something that they should be teaching you in school. But I've been to many science classes. They never mentioned methodology.
Rachel Boston
They didn't mention that, did they? So I start going down and researching and listening to videos and from experts, you know, doctors. What I found is that when you wake up your mitochondria, it gives every single cell in your body what it needs. So if you have weak cells, it's going to go in there and it's going to start working to get rid of those, detoxing your body and then waking up the cells that are basically asleep. It's almost like plugging in to the computer outlet to start getting power to your computer. That's what happens when you wake up the mitochondria.
Jason Tyler
You know, that's a funny example, because I was just, you know, I was watching a podcast with a filmmaker that I really like. He just came out with his first horror film this year, and he was talking about this experience of this is his first foray in filmmaking. And he was working with a. He subcontracted a VFX studio, right? And visual effects for anybody out there is very, very CPU intensive. It requires a lot of computing power, it requires a lot of processing power, and it requires a lot of electricity in and of itself. And he said it was more expensive for him to subcontract this VFX company than it was for him to actually buy and create a server farm in his own house so that he could run all of the computational power that he needed to do it himself. Like, it was cheaper for him to do it himself. And. And so it's. There's an interesting analogy there that, like, when you go to a doctor and they give you a prescription for something, that would be the equivalent of, like, going to the subcontractor who's gonna charge you an arm and a leg for this thing. There's all of these different, you know, symptoms that you can get from taking these different prescriptions. Whereas if I just insourced it, got my body right on my own, I'm gonna save a ton of money and I'm gonna save a ton of energy.
Rachel Boston
Right, exactly.
Jason Tyler
And I'm just going to be healthier in general.
Rachel Boston
And that was really the source of what my focus was. I was like, let's get to the root problem. And we all know as we age, you know, we don't produce what we used to in our 20s and 30s and 40s, and I would say almost each decade, it's just falling off fairly at large percentages. Right.
Jason Tyler
I just turned 33, and I'm, like, very afraid of that.
Rachel Boston
Well, good news is I'm going to teach you about methylene blue, and you'll be doing really great.
Jason Tyler
I'll be taking some of this product home with me.
Rachel Boston
Yes, you will. So that's kind of what happened. And I had been on Wellbutrin for 10 years, and it was mostly for anxiety. I run into very high level. Anyone that knows me knows I'm full of energy, and I don't need an upper. I need something that kind of brings me down a bit. I just naturally have that. I have natural energy.
Jason Tyler
I have ADHD brain. So, like, I'm very, like, I'm all over the place until I, like. All right, I create baseline, and then I have to level out to baseline.
Rachel Boston
So the mitochondria is the focal point of your entire body. It's just think of it as your operating system.
Jason Tyler
It's the power powerhouse of the cell, ladies and gentlemen.
Rachel Boston
It is. It is. There is a list of medications you cannot mix with it. And guess what? Wellbutrin was one of the medications that I couldn't mix with it. So I hit a moment where I had to decide, am I gonna keep doing what I've been doing for 10 years, that I'm dependent on a product, or do I wanna go ahead and after my research finding that if I could wake up the mitochondria and it could start giving my cells what it naturally needs, my body will produce what I need for my serotonin.
Podcast Intro/Outro Voice
Mm.
Rachel Boston
So guess What? June of 2025 was the last time I took a Wellbutrin pill. I replaced my Wellbutrin with the methylene blue 1% UPS USP grade. And my life has forever been changed. One of the challenges that I found when I started trying to find a pure product, I found out most of this product comes from industrial China. So we are not really getting a pure premium and effective product. And so I tried three or four different brands that were supposed to be rated as some of the very top on the. And they worked, but I didn't have that safety. I didn't see COAS that they're 99.9% pure. You know what I mean? I didn't know where they were sourced from, what are they mixing for their binders? And so one of the really cool things about our product is glycerin we do not use mineral oil or mineral oxide. Glycerin is the highest form to absorb methylene blue in your body. Isn't that awesome?
Jason Tyler
You're throwing a lot of science terms at me, and I'm trying to keep up, but at the same time, like, I want to touch back for a second. And you mentioned serotonin. So just a little bit of background on me. My dad's a psychologist. He works for the Jamaican Olympic Association. He's worked with Usain Bolt, Shelly Ann Frazier. You name them, he's worked with them. And so I hear a lot of these terms, a lot. Dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine. All of these different chemicals that your brain uses to basically regulate your emotions.
Rachel Boston
Exactly.
Jason Tyler
And so if you have a deficiency in any of them, you'll notice that you're more irritable, you're more prone to depression, depression, suicidal ideations, things of that nature. What you're saying here is that this product is providing a way for your brain to level out those chemicals where
Rachel Boston
I don't need a prescription to do it, because my body is naturally waking up and it's working every cell in my body, so my serotonin is staying level. And that's what I'm after. Even Steven, you know what I mean? Just like a steady even keel every day, all day. I don't want high ups and downs. I don't want a caffeine crash. This is also a way for focus, for energy. So this is like the cleanest form of energy. So this isn't just help.
Podcast Intro/Outro Voice
This is.
Rachel Boston
The list is very long of what this product can do. But what I love about it is everyone has their own operating system. You know, deficiencies in your body are going to be different than deficiencies in my body. But our mitochondrias are the same. We all have a brain, we all have that operating system. So the cool thing is when this product is introduced into the body at a healthy way, safe way, with no medications that are gonna conflict with it, it's going to help your body become the optimum level. I like to make a term, like, I wanna be a Bentley, not a Pinto.
Jason Tyler
Oof.
Rachel Boston
You know, I'm 52. As I'm getting older, like, I wanna make sure that I'm running at that optimum level. I think that it's a misnomer that people are like, oh, that's part of getting older. I'm not embracing that. I'm just not gonna do it.
Jason Tyler
You don't have to I'm not.
Rachel Boston
I wanna look fabulous at every decade of my life. I wanna embrace my 50s, my 60s, my 70s. I wanna be vibrant, I wanna have energy, I wanna be fun. You know what I mean? And so I really felt like once I found this product, you know, obviously safety is very important to us. We have some of the very best attorneys, we have some of the very best insurance to make sure it's all up and up. There's a lot of companies that are popping up all over. You know, biohacking is a very big rage right now.
Jason Tyler
Yeah, I'm actually, I. Yesterday.
Rachel Boston
Yes. I love Peptides. We can talk about that. I've got some favorites. I'm getting ready to start Red, a true Tide next week.
Jason Tyler
So I just started Retta yesterday.
Rachel Boston
I love it. I'm so excited.
Jason Tyler
My. So funny enough, my appetite has been completely curved. Like I usually eat like a pretty hefty breakfast. Make sure I'm protein heavy in the morning. Now I'm able to regulate that. That appetite. And this is only my first day on it, guys. I can't make, you know, glowing reviews for Red Eye, especially because I'm on a low dosage to kind of wean my way in.
Rachel Boston
Right.
Jason Tyler
But I can say that, like, I don't feel the feeling of hunger at any point. And it's what, our time. It's almost one o' clock in the afternoon. I feel no symptoms of hunger, but I don't want to spend too much time on the Peptides. You're one of. You're actually one of very few business owners that come onto this show and that has multiple businesses. You're not just in this product, but you're also in real estate.
Rachel Boston
Yes.
Jason Tyler
And that requires a lot of you talk to me a little bit about how you deal with the stresses of both.
Rachel Boston
I know. Well, one of the reasons I was on Wellbutrin is because of the stress of real estate. You know, that is a very fluctuate business up and down. Talk about that 100% commission, you get a deal under contract and the next thing you know, it falls out a day before closing or the day of very, very high stress.
Jason Tyler
And you've spent months working that deal and now all of that time goes to waste and you're not getting paid for any of it.
Rachel Boston
I'm telling you, it's not. It's not an easy one pill to swallow.
Jason Tyler
It's not.
Rachel Boston
So that was one of the things that kind of helped stabilize me, is I had my dependable Wellbutrin Every morning that would help me maintain whatever I needed, you know, to get through the day. I have a passion for real estate. In college, my interest was law, interior design and broadcast journalism. Those are my three things that were interesting to me. Yes. And so I had my real estate license before I went to college for my first semester. I just don't like to study. I like to study what I want to know about. But when I have to just go take class A, B, C, just so I can check the box, it's just not up my alley.
Jason Tyler
Anyway, not a big fan of wasted effort.
Rachel Boston
No, I like to just. I like to. What I want to know. I'm going to go learn it and I'm going to. I've teased my friends. I'm like a dog with a bone. When I get a new idea or something, I'm going to. And they all learn everything from me. And they said, okay, Rachel, you go get the information, come back and tell us what we all need to do. I'm kind of the little discovery person.
Jason Tyler
Every friend group needs one of those. I'm a firm believer in that as we sort of wrap here because we could go at length talking about, you know, the ins and outs of running a real estate business as well, being a real estate agent as well as running a startup, going into research and development, actually developing the product, worrying about packaging, shipping, all of these different things that fall under the umbrella of creating a product like this. But if there was one tip that you could give for success, what would that tip be?
Rachel Boston
I'm a big believer on don't reinvent the wheel. Find somebody who's already successful in what you want to do and mimic them. I had a wonderful mentor and that's exactly what I did. And that's how I built my real estate business. I knew two people when I moved to Dallas, you know, back in 1999, and that's not very big because, you know, you're taught, you talk about your sphere of influence, that's how you're supposed to build your real estate. So I just mimicked everything that she did and I built a 98% referral based business in real estate.
Jason Tyler
I think mentorship doesn't get talked about enough. If another human being has done it, it's possible for me too.
Rachel Boston
Yes.
Jason Tyler
I believe that if anybody ever has done something, then I can, I can probably do that thing with a degree of difficulty that's going to vary, but firmly believe that if you see somebody out there that's accomplished the thing that you want to accomplish. You should go out and learn exactly what it is that they did to get there. And maybe their situation was a little bit different. And maybe they had help from a person that you don't have help from, but a human being did it. And there's a way to figure it out. And I promise you, you're smart enough to figure it out along the way. Just start taking steps. I think action is what gets that ball rolling.
Rachel Boston
It really does.
Jason Tyler
Yeah.
Rachel Boston
Well, that creates momentum. You got to take that first step. When you take that first step, it's like step after step, you get the momentum, you get into the pace, the vibe of what you're doing.
Jason Tyler
I totally agree. For you guys that are still listening at this point in the podcast, I want to make sure that you go and follow Rachel wherever she is on social media. Where? Where can they follow you?
Rachel Boston
Well, I have my real estate website is rachelboston.com and then I have all my handles listed for Facebook and Instagram.
Jason Tyler
Perfect. So rachelboston.com make sure you guys check that out. And also if you're still here, make sure that you go on Inside Success and check out her episode of Women in Power, which will be dropping shortly after this episode of the podcast drops. Again, I'm your host, Jason Tyler. It has been a pleasure getting to get our. We're about to go into the full interview, so don't worry. We're not leaving just yet.
