A want to share my story Just for the simple fact that it is a story of coming from nothing and work myself up to where I am today. The people that you surround yourself with, you become like them, they become like you. You can become good at anything. Oh yeah, if you want to. But the expectations that we have as human is that we were put here to enjoy life. Number one most amazing thing I have ever done in my life is to be a mom. And, and I think that's the legacy I want to leave with them.
Rig Gutierrez
How do you empower other women? What do you say to them? Is it a Bible verse? Is it a quote? How do you get them to switch on?
Rose Albino
I was able to switch on with
Podcast Producer/Assistant
it.
Rig Gutierrez
Spans the globe like a super high cold Internet Elvis. Today Apple is going to reinvent the phone.
Podcast Producer/Assistant
It's not over until I win.
Rig Gutierrez

Rose Albino
It's super exciting.
Rig Gutierrez
Right on.
Rose Albino
I am very excited, a little nervous but I think it's gonna be wonderful.
Rig Gutierrez
Right on Rose. So what brings it to what brings you down to Miami to our south beach studios? What are we gonna learn about you?
Rose Albino
You are going to learn some things about where I came from, my background and what I'm currently doing and how I got here.
Narrator/Host Introduction
Right on.
Rig Gutierrez
Give us a preview. What what doing and let's work backwards. What is your story your North Star today?
Rose Albino
Long story, but right currently I am the administrator of family care homes. I also invest in real estate. Also a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and in North Carolina.
Rig Gutierrez
Right on. How, how is the world of real estate?
Rose Albino
It is very versatile. The real estate world is not of course, not easy. It's not hard. It can be whatever it is you want to make it to be. But it's very fun. I guess that would be the only word that I can think of.
Rig Gutierrez
I was going to say exciting is another word. Exciting.
Rose Albino
Yes.
Rig Gutierrez
I always like to think that a lot like finances and the stock and then like real estate is a very way, a good way of like testing the temperament of what's happening in society or what's happening in culture, how folks are spending their money or spending their investments. Have you seen patterns in the last five years that are alarming or positive? What are you seeing in the science?
Rose Albino
I'm not a scientist, but the science
Rig Gutierrez
of real estate, let's put it that way.
Rose Albino
I have seen several different changes that happen. And I think what kind of helped me to continue to invest in real estate is the fact that for the past decades, years, maybe even as far as a hundred years ago, real estate investing has been the core investing in United States, I would say. And I think it is timeless. And so, like, for me, it's pretty safe regardless of the fluctuations that happen during the, the different times, you know, based on the economy or things that are happening around us, you know, interest rates fluctuating. But nevertheless, it just is one of those things that is like, you know, you just get it and you have it.
Rig Gutierrez
Oh, for sure. What are you doing today? Are you coaching? Are you, are you, are you hustling the homes? Like, what is your philosophy today? Because I have a follow up question to that.
Rose Albino
My philosophy is very simple and very personal. I am a mother of four children. Wow. My focus is mainly my children. The reason why I do what I do is because I want a better life for my children than I had. I don't do coaching. I'm not coaching. I'm not selling, you know, books or podcasts and stuff like that. But I want to share my story just for the simple fact that it is a story of coming from nothing and work myself up to where I am today. And I think if I can help two people in the world, that would be great.
Rig Gutierrez
It's amazing to hear that you say that. Cause a lot of folks don't quite understand what that means. If I can help that one person, because that one person can lead to, to helping a thousand others dive deeper into that philosophy of helping that one person rise as you did.
Rose Albino
To me, it just, it's almost like, you know, energy, right? The people that you surround yourself with, you become like them. They become like you. Me speaking up about my life and the obstacles that I've faced and then how I got to where I'm at today. I think if one person is able to see themselves in me now or me back then, and take something to help them become better for themselves, I feel like it will extend to their families and also even friends and even children. So that's. That's my goal.
Rig Gutierrez
What do you tell people that are afraid to pick up the phone and call someone like you because they're expecting to be oversold or sold a terrible home, or they don't quite understand that real estate folks are here to help you ascend? What do you tell folks that are very skeptical of speaking to someone like you?
Rose Albino
Well, real estate, I know it's. It's a profession that a lot of people think, you know, and they think of real estate agents or realtors or real estate investors. They think a lot of money is going to go out for whatever it is they get in return. However, if you have a toothache, you should call your dentist. Yes. So if you have experts, I feel like experts are good for the things that they know. I've been an investor since 2019. I do know a few things. And so, yes, I say, please, I'm always willing to help people to go through the things that I went through. And that way they're not struggling with trying to figure it out on their own.
Rig Gutierrez
I find it interesting that you don't have a podcast or a book or you're not selling our hustling or coaching program because you're very good at it. How do you reserve that energy and go, well, no, I'm going to pick a different route. I don't have to, you know, tell the world that I'm this fantastic person. Podcast and books and. No, you're taking a different route. How has that worked out for you? And do you feel like you might evolve into the spotlight or is it not necessary?
Rose Albino
You know, I feel like I'm not looking forward to trying to make. Make things happen. I am. I take the concept of just relaxing and allowing the universe to draw me to wherever it is that I need it the most. And so if. Should it be a future podcast or a future book or whatever that might be, I'm not against it. However, it's not like something that I'm trying to kind of force to happen. And so even just conversating with you today, just the way that all this came together was a very easy and everything worked out. And to me, I feel like that's the most Positive way for me to pursue my future.
Rig Gutierrez
Amazing. It's awesome that you recognize that divine path. It takes a lot of folks to kind of change your frequency. Almost like putting on the. The 2020 vision goggles. Go. Wow. I can truly see now. How do you. How do you inspire people to go, hey, there's a whole frequency of energy you're not quite familiar with. My way of exploring that with you is real estate. It's like, huh? Like, well, yeah. Did you. Did you know there's this one cool guy named Jesus and he had a tax collector. Why? Yeah, like, talk about building that village and speaking your truths.
Rose Albino
For me, it's again, more of the energy and connecting with people. There's. There's not much I can do if someone does not have the desire to want to do, you know, real estate.
Rig Gutierrez
It was the transmitter and the reception.
Rose Albino
Exactly, exactly. And so I can try to beat it on somebody's head all day long. You know, like what they say, take the horse to water, but you can't make them drink. And so at the end of the day, the person is going to want to. Want to do it. And so learning what it is that you want to do. Correct. You can become good at anything.
Rig Gutierrez
Oh, yeah.
Rose Albino
If you want to. Correct. And so the desire for the person to want to do it, to me, I think it's. It's the most important part of it.
Rig Gutierrez
So let's talk about your. Your power as a woman, as a mother. What's it like being a mompreneur and having your energy and four, four unique human bodies that are ascending your legacy? What's that like for you?
Rose Albino
It is probably the absolute, number one most amazing thing I have ever done in my life is to be a mom. I say it like that because my four children are the central of my life. I want them to grow up knowing that their mom, regardless of whatever obstacles that the world or the time or, you know, whatever throws them away, that you can always rise above that. And I think that's the legacy I want to leave with them. Not necessarily millions of dollars or, you know, material inheritance. It's more so of. I want them to know that you can be and do whatever you decide to do. And you just. Just have to be that determined and focused.
Rig Gutierrez
Yep. It's crazy. You just gotta believe and it's. It's insane that we've listened to the same story, this mythology, this. This rule or lesson in music and movies and everything. How did you recognize your callings?
Rose Albino
I think a lot of things happen when we are put under pressure, things start to happen where you say, where am I going from here?
Rig Gutierrez
Oh, yeah.
Rose Albino
So my back was against the wall. I needed to figure out something to be able to grow as a person. And so learning myself, the way that I was raised and the background that I came from, there was a lot of negative thinking about behind it. Oh, yeah. And so beliefs that are very, very deep rooted, that are negative, that are not very positive. You know, like being a woman, being a black woman, being a single mother, being an African.
Rig Gutierrez
Stacked on you.
Rose Albino
Yeah. It's just one after the next, just
Rig Gutierrez
for fun, just make it harder for you.
Rose Albino
All of that kind of can take a big toe. To rise above those things is to me the most just interesting how as human we are able to, within a drop of a hat, we can change our trajectory. When I learn that I can be unstoppable. Yeah. So just kind of living my life that way every single day and showing up for my children, them seeing this version of myself. Correct. It's absolutely the most important thing in my life.
Rig Gutierrez
Who is the perfect client, who is a perfect person that can use you
Rose Albino
learning to upgrade yourself as a person. Everyone can use that. Everyone can perhaps see some. Some sort of similarities.
Rig Gutierrez
Correct.
Rose Albino
Between my life and theirs. And so I choose to break down the barriers. So it's not just for women, it's not just for Africans, it's not just for blacks, it's not just for single mothers and all those negative connotations that have been put on all these group of people. It's not about that. It's about being a human.
Rig Gutierrez
What do you tell the folks that are listening to this? I was born 83, so I survived. I enjoyed the 90s, survived the 2000s. I always came from a positive place of lights and color and love and music and war and everything. All of the colors of the rainbow. Today it's a little difficult to do that, but at the same time, it's also amplified. Like as a person, as an individual, as a human being that has had everything stacked against you. How do you kind of respond to the world today? I feel like today everyone's so quick to go well but me. You know, when you say you rose above, it takes a lot of confidence, it takes a lot of perseverance to be able to rise above that noise. How do you help folks? Put on the right headphones now.
Rose Albino
So I think it all starts within, inside.
Rig Gutierrez
Oh, yeah.
Rose Albino
Again, you were born in this country, you saw things differently. I was born in Sudan. Things were totally different 83. When I was born, you were born 83. It's two different worlds.
Rig Gutierrez
Oh, yeah.
Rose Albino
And I think I'm grateful to say that regardless of the backgrounds, regardless of what you've been taught and what you've seen, there is beauty and there is the dark side of life. You can't choose one without having the other. And so they both coexist. As you grow as a person, you learn to accept, as you're working in your inner person, your subconsciousness to change all those things that society have put on us. You will learn to become one with the universe. The most important thing to understand as a human is that we're not fighting against anything.
Rig Gutierrez
I know exactly what you mean. Like, I've had folks that sit here and their passion is dogs. They just love dogs. And I go, well, dogs are beautiful because they're mystical creatures that don't speak to us, but they just look at us. And you can just feel this ancient soul and this dog looking at us, going, look at these dumb humans. They can make decisions and they can feel bad or good. I'm just pleasantly a dog full of energy and wise. And I've done this a thousand times for these silly humans that have done this for millennia. Gosh, how silly it is to be a human, isn't it?
Podcast Producer/Assistant
Right?
Rose Albino
Yes, absolutely.
Rig Gutierrez
So to teach that that life should always be in play, how do you motivate folks? How do you empower other women? What do you say to them? Is it a Bible verse? Is it a quote? How do you get them to switch on?
Rose Albino
I was able to switch on with making the decision that I am not what people say, what the world around me says, what my beliefs that were. That were deeply rooted inside my heart. Right. And so changing that from inside out helped me to become the person I am today. The growth is still happening day to day, but at the same time, when you know what an outcome could be, you are more likely to go through whatever that experience is. And so I motivate people by saying, hey, find your inner self. Just let life be life, you know, and enjoy it. Life is beautiful. It's very fragile. You can't plan it right. So tomorrow, anything can happen. But the expectations that we have as human is that we were put here to enjoy life. We were put here to be able to love each other and to have the best experiences of our lives that we can. Making those type of decisions day by day and not allowing the negativity to kind of overtake us, but to focus on the positive side of the things if we did that we'll have better peace in our lives. Absolutely.
Rig Gutierrez
And it's beautiful because here we are in the same room staring around at each other and there's just like layers upon layers of history, generational history, our legacies. And you come from your. Your planet, I come from my planet. And here we are in the middle of south beach with two microphones just talking about it.
Rose Albino
Beautiful, isn't it?
Narrator/Host Introduction
Beautiful.
Rig Gutierrez
And this is just your podcast. You still haven't done your interview. How can people. People find out more about you? Is there a website or is there a social media handle? How can people find out more about you?
Rose Albino
So with the family care homes, which are residential care facilities, are located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Rig Gutierrez
Right on.
Rose Albino
And you can find. My website is myamata.com.
Podcast Producer/Assistant
great.
Rig Gutierrez
I love it.
Rose Albino
Look in there. You'll have my information in there. My phone number, email.
Rig Gutierrez
Awesome.
Rose Albino
Yeah.
Rig Gutierrez
For anyone that's watching that is a fan of yours. Do you want to shout out to anyone that's watching right now?
Rose Albino
You know what? I want to shout out to my mom.
Rig Gutierrez
There you go.
Rose Albino
Right on. She's been a strong woman. She have really helped me become the person that I am today. Shout out to my father too. He did pass away, unfortunately, but he was the lighthouse of my life and so I'm very grateful to have them as parents.
Rig Gutierrez
Well, Rose, thank you so much for your time and energy. Such a great, beautiful name, Rose. Albino. Where's Albino from? From the last name.
Rose Albino
Well, it's Italian. Italian. Not Italian.
Podcast Producer/Assistant
I love it.
Rose Albino
But my dad took on Albino because he was baptized in the Catholic church. Beautiful.
Podcast Producer/Assistant
Yeah.
Rose Albino
And he took on that name, so that's how I ended up with it.
Rig Gutierrez
I hope our questions reveal more of this amazing legacy. So, Rosalbina, I'm Ray Gutierrez and we are inside Success.
