I'm excited. I'm bubbly. I. It was such a wild experience. It was so fun.

Wild experience. What. What exactly happened in the. In the session with Jason?

No, it stays in the studio. Stays in the. What happens in the studio? Just the. The evolution of, you know, discovery. What's. What's the whole journey been like? You know, looking at it in a consolidated form has been very epiphanic for me.

I gotta ask Shay, like, where. Where. Where does the. The intergalactic journey for you start? Like, you just. Just don't wake up a star child. When did the.

When did reality unclick and click for you again?

[A]

Well, I think my heart's always been for people that struggle. And if I can offer an answer to something for them to alleviate that struggle and to give them some clarity so they have the freedom to make choices, that's very exciting for me. Awesome.

Where does your struggle begin? Where you were able to essentially exercise what you practiced today.

[A]

In my upbringing, I was adopted. And in that dynamic, parents weren't parenting. There was no guidance. And so I found I had to figure things out on my own. And I sought other adults, teachers. My Girl Scout leader was absolutely nuts, and I loved that. I realized that I couldn't get all my information from one source, so. So I started talking and researching and learning on my own. The driving force was I didn't like to be confused. I didn't like to fear the unknown. And I realized the only way to get over fearing the unknown was to know what it was you were afraid of. So I've always been one of those types of people that just hit something head on. And that way you eliminate anything that might stop you.

[B]

Well, I gotta ask, what did you learn? What are you afraid of?

[A]

Just, you know, not being prepared maybe for a circumstance. My situation was where I was signed up for things that I don't remember signing up for. I was put into dance, I was put into softball. And they were experiences. But I was never asked, what would you like to do? You know, who are you really? And I find there's a lot of that goes on and people get, you know, stuck in confusion, you know, not knowing who they are, what they really want to do. I like to take people back to their authenticity. You know, what excites them? What are they strong in? What do they have an interest in? And to build on that, when you

say adopted, were you adopted by complete strangers or friends of the family?

[A]

Well, I didn't know them before I was adopted by them, so they were strangers, but it wasn't a family connection. I was the child that went through the process, you know, going to the agency and I guess being handpicked. I can say that they matched me very well with my family that I grew up in. I was often mistaken for my older cousins by name, so I felt included, but then also always aware that I was a little different.

Yeah, I was also adopted, but I was adopted by my grandmother on my father's side, the Cuban side. And I always felt like I was kind of masking. I Didn't quite feel like I have a mother or a parental figure. It was just kind of like I'm going to buy my grandson a bunch of things to make sure he doesn't realize that he is quite sad. So I felt that. I wouldn't say negative energy because it's just energy I felt. That story began very early on in my life where I didn't speak until I was five and I kind of just. I was just kind of like, this doesn't feel right. Grandma's acting a little funny and why do these folks have parents? And I just felt a little different. How did you turn your difference into a positive, into a superpower like, like I have now, years later?

[A]

That's a very loaded question. I was made very. I was made aware at a very young age. I was about 3 right on having conversations with God. And I heard him tell me, I have you in this family for my reasons. Just be patient. There were some beautiful connections. My grandparents were my best friends. They were my protectors. I never really bonded with my mother, should I say she never really bonded with me. So I didn't have that guidance. My father was a doer and I learned a lot from watching him being involved with things that he did. But I never felt like I had that maternal guidance that I really wanted. I can understand what you're saying. It was a little confusing because things are not in the normal order that they would be. And then you wonder, who am I and why is this happening to me? I just felt. I found solace in recognizing that God made me. And regardless of what family that I'm in, I'm here for a reason. So my focus was always on why am I here, who can I help, what can I learn about myself and then share with other people? So I've always been, you know, a doer. I've always been a problem solver and I've never been bored.

[B]

When you say always, what, what, what, what timestamp are you speaking of this current reality or how, how many realities do you feel like you've been in? How many loops have you done? Would you say you have a fresh soul? A aged soul?

[A]

I probably have been around the block a bunch of times because I think knowing things beyond rationale, beyond experience, it tells to that. But I also see that as getting information from my higher power who sees everything, made me, created me for success. And so since he is the bird's eye view, I'm getting guided that way. I don't really delve too much into like Past circumstance. It's enough to handle what I'm going through right now, this life, and just making an impact, you know, just being a positive influence to people. So to me, it's just. It's exciting to be able to share like a testimony. Everyone has struggles, and then we have breakthrough. And if I can help someone get there more efficiently, that's what excites me. I love seeing that aha moment turn into a haha moment where they recognize they have control, they can make the choices to direct their life.

What are some things that you do to kind of not just motivate, but really start turning on the lighthouse in folks's heart and soul? What are some things that you do? Is it scripture? Is it poetry? Frequency music?

[A]

Well, for me and mine to ground me, I actually do read the Bible, and I find it's the handbook of life. There's a lot of profound information there. When I'm working with someone, sometimes they can't handle a lot of information. It's about them. The struggle's real. They can't take in anything else. So I immediately go into cleanup mode. Is okay, what's blocking you? What's bogging you down? What's causing you to be distracted from who you truly are? And it's very easy for me to see, to speak to what is causing them. Pain, fear, anger. What I call the joy sabotagers.

Joy sabotagers.

[A]

Awesome. That's what tells. That's what causes someone to say no to an opportunity. They are afraid of it because they don't know what it is. They have had pain and they can't see past that. They think that's going to hurt them too, because they don't know what it is. And when you have repeated pain and fear in your life, anger comes up as a protection mechanism.

[B]

Oh, yeah.

[A]

And what ends up happening is people use that as. It's almost like an addictive property.

[B]

Oh, yeah.

[A]

They perceive everything is gonna hurt them. Especially when in childhood, the main players in your life haven't been there. And so everything is an opportunity to hurt me more or to cause more confusion. And anger comes up and they start using that with everyone and everything. So what I help them understand, reframe what you went through was meant to teach you a lesson. It's meant to educate you. You're here to succeed. So if you're allowing that to get in your way, you're missing out. What were you supposed to learn in that circumstance or reframe it? What happened for you instead of what happened to you?

It Takes a lot of spiritual maturity and spiritual education to reach that level of clarity and almost a smidge of clairvoyance. How do you. How do you set someone on the right path? How do you recognize someone needs your help, your service?

[A]

God has a funny way of orchestrating these things. He puts people in my path. He puts people in. You know, I might be in a store. This has happened more times than I can tell you. I paint murals. I'm an artist. I'm award winning, gifted master. And I might have just finished a mural. So I obviously don't have the apron and the name tag, but if I'm in a store, someone comes up to me and says, hey, can you help me find someone, Something in the store? I'm looking around like, you mean, yeah, well, I think it's over there, because that makes sense. And then the next thing I know, they're talking to me about things that are personal.

They start opening up to you.

[A]

Life story. And I get a hint of something to share with them. Sometimes I'm like, no, I don't want to go in that direction. You know, it's information that's personal. I'm often encouraged to share it. I almost don't have a choice. And when I do, and you see that person's eyes light up and they're like, oh, my gosh, I can't believe what, you know, what you just shared with me. It's. It just. It keeps me in that mode. I'm very humble about what's happened. I'm very humble about, you know, what's going on. And to be used in a way that can help somebody gain clarity, you know, is quite. Is quite fun to watch, you know, but getting to the. The thing that's in the way I think is. Is what I'm really good at and reducing it down to its lowest cost, common denominator, and saying, this is not a mountain. It's a speed bump. Let's get rid of that. And then they're able to move forward. They understand I'm in their corner, and it just opens up, you know, the understanding that someone wants to see them. They have a cheerleader, Someone wants to see them succeed. And I think it relaxes them.

Oh, absolutely.

[A]

You know, allows them to, like, let loose on other things that are causing, you know, blockages. I believe everyone's here for amazing. An amazing mission. And I can often see what someone's strengths and talents are that they might not see themselves, or no one has juiced them in and said, hey, you know, you might want to, you know, hone in on that. You know, we're often bombarded with a lot of garbage, distractions. Yeah, yeah. You know, it's like I was told I couldn't be an artist.

[B]

Look at you.

[A]

Well, that's what I said. I said, just watch.

[B]

Yeah.

[A]

I said, tell me I can't do something and watch it happen.

[B]

Yeah, for sure.

[A]

I've been a career artist, and, you know, that's where my passion has been is, you know, this is a gift that's given to me. But I believe other people have gifts that they don't recognize. And so bringing that forth has been like a mission of mine.

[B]

How do you prevent folks from being skeptical or thinking it's too fufu? And I always bring this up because I play a little bit of devil's advocate when I host these, but it's the year 2025. There's clearly an energy out there. It ain't 1995. Huge difference. We're being very receptive to this. There's. There's more billionaires by capita. We're going to have our first trillionaire in our. In our lifetime. And I'm pretty sure it's going to be AI folks that are listening and watching and they're gravitating towards your energy and go, gosh, she reminds me of so and so. Or I remember speaking to someone like her. Who do you speak to? Who. Who does the therapist use to be therapized? Like, who is your clairvoyance? Who is your greater power besides the Almighty? But who do you speak to that is very much human? Like, that guides you?

[A]

Specific people, you mean?

[B]

Yeah. Like, who's your coach? Like, who do you speak to?

[A]

Honestly, that's an interesting question, because I don't tend to focus on any one person. I learn so much from everyone that I just follow someone who is successful. If someone is having an impact in their world with their audience, I want to know what they're doing. Sure, sure. So I'll study different people and spend time. My current coach, though, is Kelly Roach.

[B]

Right on.

[A]

She is absolutely amazing. She is breaking barriers.

[B]

Very cool.

[A]

She is simplifying things, and that's what I love, simplifying things. The whole process has been to complicate things. And I find this in the medical realm and the legal realm is if you confuse people, then they need you for clarity.

[B]

Yes.

[A]

I'm a simple person. I want someone to have their own power, motivation. They see themselves walking through all the steps it takes to achieve what they want. Their service and to get to that sweet spot, that joy spot. Kelly Roach also does that. She breaks things down to a simplistic format, A couple steps to achieve something, and then you build on that. So she's someone that I. I revere as. Like, she's broken through the confusion facade.

[B]

The confusion facade. What is the confusion facade for folks that are listening? Because I'm sure I have vibed my interpretation of it. What would be your interpretation of this confusion facade?

[A]

It's thinking something is harder than it is. It takes 20 steps to get from here to there when it's maybe only three. I think a lot of people use deception as a ploy to feel important and to amplify themselves in that particular realm. It's like, well, you need me, you know? And I think, you know, my thing is the opposite, is that you don't need anyone. You need. You already have your marching orders. You're already downloaded with what you need. It's just paying attention. So if I can offer that by removing the veil, removing the fog and the confusion, and let someone see their authentic self, they recognize their power, they recognize their strength, their resilience, and then take that. Those are tools, they're intellectual tools. And then use those to create more resources, create more keys for doors and connection with people.

Do you think it's just part of our human psyche that we just gradually unlock as we progress through life and we just don't know it yet because it hasn't scientifically been proven? Like, yes, this thing called depression is part of your life cycle. You're supposed to have this moment of clarity. You're supposed to ascend. You're supposed to be, quote, unquote, the godlike. You're supposed to have that breakthrough. Do you think people should really start thinking about energy as a way of growth like it's inevitably supposed to happen? Or are the blockages always going to be there until we die?

[A]

Well, spiritually speaking, I believe everybody's made to succeed. Everyone has a mission to accomplish. And my guilt motivation is if you don't do it, it's not going to get done.

[B]

Sure.

[A]

Right. I. I think the way the world, the way it's set up is purposely to sabotage us achieving our goals. So there's a lot of distractions and deceptions that are out there, even planting things in society through music. You know, everybody's depressed in this generation, or they're breaking up the relationships in that generation and causing discord and disperse of people not feeling fulfilled because their family isn't together.

For sure.

[A]

So I believe there's forces that are working against people all the time. Know, in the physical. I think that enlightenment is the. Is the goal. It's at a. At a wavelength they've measured now, 800 hertz. They can actually, actually have science.

[B]

There you go.

[A]

That applies itself to, you know, to energy and output. Just to give you an example, Jesus was enlightened. He was an 800. Love and Peace and Joy are about 700 to 750 hertz.

[B]

That's insane.

[A]

So, like, when you walk into a room and someone's just, like, lit up and all excited, they're putting out a high level of energy. The same thing as you get drained with someone who's angry or they're feeling guilty or ashamed of something. Those levels are like about knee height. So, like, they're banging into stuff. You know, they're not happy. They don't have freedom. So I think we need to learn to evolve and recognize we're here for a greater purpose. And we should align ourselves with other people who have that same mindset, but that are also going to motivate us to be our best selves. Be real with us about weaknesses, but say, hey, you know, you're onto something. Keep doing that. And I think we really need to start, like, a tsunami of encouragement.

Tsunami of encouragement, absolutely. I completely agree. It's funny you mention the negative energy, how your space around you turns negative, bumping into things. Or when I can tell that I'm frustrated with something, things will start falling or dropping around me, things that are even near me. And I kind of take that sign as in, like, no, your frequency has changed and the room is reacting to you. It sounds so Jedi Sith like. But when you really open up your eyes and your. And your spirit to this other energy and frequency, you start ascending rather quickly. Like, as a Christian, they call it the Holy Spirit. As a. As an energy wheeler, you. You know, you've been alchemized. It's really just the divine path, the golden path that you're walking. And once you reach the end, I always like to say, well, reality is. Life is really just love. At moving at light speed, our brain is just filtering it, and it's called life. We're actually moving quite, really fast at this moment, but we don't see it because we're just human and we speed. Time to us is much slower, but we don't know it, but we're actually living the moment right before we die. We're doing it right now. We're dying. Right now at this moment, and we're gonna fast forward and go, oh, I'm about to die. And then you transcend to the other spot. That is my true belief. Even this moment, feeling that silence, I'm like, there it is. There's that. The dichena sais quoi of life. What are your thoughts to folks? What are your thoughts when you meet folks like me or someone like you? When you're like, we really should be running our own coven and have a clubhouse because we're gonna start saving some folks? Like what? What are your thoughts?

[A]

Well, going back to what you just said, it's absolutely true that the energy you put out is what you attract.

[B]

Oh, yeah, right.

[A]

So when you're feeling kind of negative or things are kind of off, and you allow that to take you over, you're inviting more. And it's all based on a choice. We have the choice every day. Free will. Right. We have the ability to choose love. Positivity can do, you know, Nothing's gonna stop me. So when you're in that mode and you start seeing things happening, it encourages you. It juices you to continue doing that. And I think the whole thing is to be that. Is not choose it, just be that.

Yes.

[A]

And then you start seeing things fall into place. You know, miracles happen to me all the time. And it just wows me. I'm so humbled by it and so excited by it at the same time is like, why is this happening for me? Well, I'm trying to be obedient and follow and just love everybody in a way that he's now given me a construct for. And, you know, I never anticipated this. I was always one to be happy just painting. You know, I was a mom, three kids, and just, you know, being at home with them, sure, you know, that was my joy. And then he said, I got something else for you.

Isn't that crazy that you're kind of like, on your third or fourth life cycle, but you're still very much you, but not like you just mentioned, Mom. That's an entire reality. That's entire life. Now you're pursuing painting. You're here on this podcast. We did a Women in Power episode of you. And to me, I'm 42, and I just feel like I'm 2. Like, I'm 12. It's just like, I'm doing this again. Here goes another 42 years. Like, that's kind of like what I feel like, reinvigorated. But what do you tell folks that you discover and go, well, it's time for you to, like, take a moment and hide and incubate. I've just come back from an incubation phase. Seven years of just hiding off of social media to heal. What do you. Do you recommend that to folks that just hide and incubate as opposed to go all in, lead with fire. Do you think there is a time for peace and silence?

[A]

Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. I call it an introspective study. I think that you need to take time and evaluate what's important to you. Who are you? Are you living that truth, and if not, get rid of it? You know, I have a program, Deal breakers and Boundaries is my program. And it's about recognizing, you know, almost like manifesting. You see a vision of who you are, what you want in your life. You know, you want the house, you want the partner, you want the picket fence, you want, you know, 2.3 kids. Then you focus on that, but not obsessively so, like, that's there for you. If there are things that you don't want in your life, you have to look at that too. And that's, I think, what a lot of people forget. They don't look at. I don't want the angry person, or I don't want someone who's, you know, I don't know, invigorated by certain lifestyle, that sort of thing. I don't want to be in this certain occupation, so I'm definitely not gonna take a job. Certain things they might acknowledge, but as an overall, like, what is it that's basically the opposite of what you want, but acknowledge it. And a lot of times what happens is someone will come in and there's a curiosity there. They don't ask the question, you know, are you for me or against me?

And so by the time they figure it out, there's an emotional bond there. So I think people need to really recognize, you know, their. Their do's and their don'ts. And that way it's easier to say no when it first shows up. So there's a lot of energy, I guess, exchange or waste, that happens in that too. But I think if you know yourself, to thy known self, thine own self be true. That was a tongue twister. To thine own self be true. I think it's really our job to understand ourselves, how we were made, what we're made for, and society just, you know, get a job, do this thing, you know, just be. Make money. You'll be happy. If you look at. Most people nowadays are not happy because they're not true to themselves. They're not doing those introspective studies, taking time out, and you should do it like you were talking about your life cycles. We're going to go through patterns, but you're supposed to evolve.

Yes.

Right. So you're going to go through some of the same things and say, okay, I've been here before. A lot of people, I think, stunt their growth when they don't want to go back to high school. The high school part of learning something. Right. So they get afraid to start something new. Isn't that exciting? Like, most people get tired of being stagnant, going through the same thing, and then when they ask for something different, they're afraid to take it on. It's like, you have to be ready to say yes.

Yeah, the grass is always greener, but.

[A]

Yeah, right. But, you know, be ready to be vulnerable. Be ready to say, I don't know how to do this. Can you teach me? You know, and then receive that. And then all of a sudden, what? The unknown disappears and you've learned something new, something you can add to your repertoire of triumphs and challenges. And, you know, then you can share that with someone else. I think that's the whole thing, is not keep it to yourself. Once you learn a lesson, offer it to other people so they're not stuck. And it's kind of like a geometric domino effect, you know, it continues to go on. I kind of look at it like this. If you have a bag of Skittles and you give out all your Skittles, eventually, you have none. But if you have information, you have love, you have wisdom, and you keep giving it out, it breathes a life of his own, and it continues to gather more.

I have a couple of new platforms on Instagram, I'm on Facebook, and I'm on YouTube under my name, Shea Reagan, followed by Health, Health Burst. I'm going to be developing those more and creating a forum, you know, a couple different groups to offer people different outlets of health recipes. I'm going to be developing a recipe book. I have a fruit smoothie program. And we have fun developing different, you know, forms of fruit smoothies. I have fun names from like Mango Tango or, you know, silly, silly stuff. Banana Sunrise.
