I had five near death experiences in a two year period. My whole life came crumbling down at that point. You know, I wasn't as connected with my friends at the time. So obviously by the fifth one, I got the point that I was being called for something.
B
Wow.
A
I started to awaken all this stuff. I'm like, what the hell is going on? So I thought, like, is something wrong with me? You know, I got obsessed with getting into my body because I just want to be who I really am.
B
Sure.
A
You know, and I really just want to be here on earth to give all glory to God and just bring hope to people. I really, that's all I really care about.

A
All I could do was like stretch and like be present to the pain and constantly adjust and ache, but just constantly work with the pain. Right. And I also had this passion for the body. So I learned a lot about the anatomy and I was stretched. Everything I didn't realize at the time, but what I was doing is regulating my nervous system and I was resetting it. And as I was resetting or recalibrating my nervous system, it started to unlock. There is a great majority of people who really don't have that self love relationship. Right. And instead it's actually a very not very safe place. And awareness can actually, you know, awareness is the first step too.

We are literally moments before filming your episode with Lauren for Women in power. How do you feel?
A
I feel, you know, pretty relaxed. I'm excited. I. I feel like I share my story a lot, so it's just cool to do it, you know, behind cameras.
B
Sure.
A
It feels really natural. So I'm excited.
B
I. I kind of took a peek at your show because sometimes I like to prepare for podcasts. Apparently you've died five times in two years. And I know that, I know you said you didn't want to open with that, but I don't get a lot of guests.
A
Yeah.
B
That have died more than two. But you went for the record for five, right?
A
Yeah, I mean, I had. I had five near death experiences in a two year period. So obviously by the fifth one, I got the point that I was being called for something.
B
Wow.
A
Yeah.
B
Where do you want to start? Your.
A
That's why I stopped having near death experiences, because I got the point.
B
Got it Right.
A
I learned the lesson.
B
So what are you having now? Near lesson experiences?
A
No, I mean, I'm still the same person. So I'm, you know, if you are around me a lot, if you're around me a lot, you could see that I'm accident prone, so. But it doesn't happen anymore because I learned the lesson.
B
Yeah. Okay, honey, where do you want to start your story?
A
You know, it's a bit. Yeah, of course. So, I mean, where I want to start with my story is first of all, sharing the fact that before the car accident, you know, I was an athlete. I played on a. I trained at a national level, and I went to school at Central Michigan University on a full ride for soccer.
B
Right on.
A
So I was a soccer player. And so, you know, I was a straight A student and I, you know, just overachieved in everything that I did. And I did it gracefully and pretty easily. You know, I was really. I really enjoyed school. You know, you can do it. You can do well in anything that you really enjoy. So I really enjoyed school. I really enjoyed soccer. But I started to lose interest in soccer when it got really competitive. But during that time, my parents weren't. The marriage wasn't doing very well. It wasn't. I was a very dysfunctional upbringing. Lots of love, like, grew up. My brothers and I knowing that we were loved, like my parents really loved us, and it's very, like, service oriented. I'm from an Italian upbringing.
B
I was just gonna say. There's the word.
A
Yeah. So my parents are fresh off the boat from Italy. But it was dysfunctional nonetheless. As I grew up and realized, you know, what was functional and what wasn't. And so, you know, my mom ended up filing bankruptcy, my parents divorced, and we didn't have the funds for me to go to school. So it was around the time that I started to not like soccer as much that I also got a full scholarship to soccer. So I went to school more so because I felt like that was how it was going to fund my education. And so when I went there, you know, I was. Around that time, I was like. I remember feeling, like, depressed, missing my friends, not really wanting to go. I even quit a year after my coach drove back to Canada with my assistant coach and, like, talked me into coming back. You know, I was a starter, and I. You know, I ended up winning three. Three years in a row, the first team all conference award. And so, you know, I did very well, but I wasn't. It wasn't where I wanted to be. And internally, I wasn't doing well. But instead of turning to drugs and everything, I just became an overachiever, right? And I actually got into, like, chronic running. Like, I ran chronically. Even though I was a Division 1 athlete, we trained a lot. I would also exercise a lot and run a lot. I would control, like, my calories. I later discovered I had an eating disorder from doing it. I didn't know it was that, but it was a form of control. Okay, so this was all. Everything leading up to it. And then I decided to skip class. Even though I was a straight A student, I was like, oh, I did my nails, they were still wet. And I'm just like, well, I guess I gotta skip class. So I skipped class. And then when they were dry, I'm like, I'm gonna go for a jog. So I went for a jog and I told my roommate, don't lock the door. I'm just gonna be 20 minutes. And if you have to go out, you know, just wait 20 minutes. But I'm not taking the key. Cause I didn't wanna hold the key.
B
Sure, sure.
A
So I went for the jog. I came back, and as I'm walking to my apartment, I saw my roommate across the street. I'm like, where are you going? And she'd go, I just wanted to quickly run to the bank. And I'm just like, oh, like, okay, I need the key. So as I'm coming, I'm walking to the intersection. I went to a cross. That's when I got hit by a car. And then. Funny, right?
B
Sorry, just the way you said that. And then that's when I got Hit. Because I've been hit by a car as well.
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, you did? Yeah, go ahead. I want to see your thunder.
A
Acceleration. Like I flew in the air and then like landed.
B
Me too. No, I kind of stood up and go, I'm okay. And then I dropped unconscious. But I. Yeah, I was like tiny. I was like 10 or 9.
A
Oh, my God.
B
Yeah, go ahead. I don't want to take your thunder.
A
Jesus.
B
Please tell me how you got hit by a car.
A
So I have a metal plate in my arm now.
B
Oh, I got like a bump in my leg. Like a thing, like a dent. That's it. That's it. Sorry.
A
You're a bionic woman now.
B
Hell yeah.
A
So. And that's kind of when like the trajectory of my life shifted it completely. And so, yes, before that it was.
B
It was.
A
That was my fifth. That was the one that did me in. You know, I had to, you know, get the surgery and all that stuff. But I could talk about the other near death experiences if you want.
B
Do you want to montage it? Just give me like the 1, 2, 3.
A
Like. Okay. So one of them was I threw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend at the time.
B
Pause, let that register continue.
A
Yeah, I pull an all nighter. Okay.
B
And then I'm still waiting for. How did you almost die?
A
No, no. Well, basically I fell asleep behind the wheel.
B
Oh, there it is.
A
Got it. Yes, I fell asleep behind the wheel and I woke up in a ditch. And so that was one of them. And that was a. Yeah, two in the morning. Another one was I went to the beach, I was living in California and I got sucked in by one of those, what do you call it, typhoon
B
thingy in the water. Oh, I've always been afraid of those.
A
Oh, they're scary.
B
The same.
A
Yeah. And I didn't know those existed. So I didn't know what you're supposed do to do. You're supposed to apparently like go with. Yeah, I was like swimming. I'm like.
B
So it's like quicksand. You resist it.
A
So I got saved by a lifeguard. And where I was.
B
You should have said like a dolphin. I would have believed you.
A
Nobody was there. Nobody was there. This random lifeguard. Just dolphin to be there.
B
Yeah, random dolphin.
A
And then another one was, I was in California again and I was rollerblading on the sidewalk and someone was coming out of a commercial space. You know how you can come out of like a commercial area? Then there's sidewalk. And then a little bit more before you get on the street. Stop so they came, coming. They didn't see me rollerblading. Boom. They hit me. I. I flew.
B
Got it.
A
I flew into the street. And then there was oncoming traffic.
B
No, you were one of those.
A
Yeah, so. And it's funny, I remember being like. They're like, oh, my God, are you okay? And, like, I got up. I'm like, you broke my podcast. And I was pissed because I had the eating disorder at that time. And I'm just like, now I'm like, great. Like, I need my music to work out. Because I hated. I hated working out. I was doing it because I was. You know. And then what was the other one? There was a fourth one. Oh, my gosh. I'm gonna forget that.
B
How did you forget the fourth one?
A
Give me a second. I'm gonna remember. I'm gonna remember at some point in the podcast. So the Almost Drowning two. Oh, I forget.
B
No, I love how you forgot the fourth one.
A
Oh, my God. Anyways, I'm 40. This happened 18 years ago. 18, 20 years ago.
B
No more dying. No more. No more.
A
No, no, no, no more. The one. The one where I actually basically got, you know, the metal plate and I had to have surgery. Basically. What happened was at first, the first two years, I was just, like, obsessed. It was vanity. It was just like, I'm going to gain weight. And I was just stressed about things that didn't actually really matter. It wasn't what I was really upset about, but I didn't know it at the time. Yeah, right. So I was just really upset about I was going to get fat, basically. That was it. Like, you know, I was just really upset, and it got me depressed. And then, you know, I just. My parents were getting divorced. I found out they're getting divorced while I was at the hospital. So, you know, my whole life came crumbling down at that point. You know, I wasn't as connected with my friends at the time, you know. Cause I came back, I'd been gone for five years, and just life really sucked around that time. And no matter when I went to go work out, my body was just. Kept hurting me. It kept killing me. It wasn't feeling the same as when I used to train as an athlete. And so I just didn't enjoy it altogether. And so all I could do was, like, stretch and, like, be present to the pain and just constantly adjust and ache, but just constantly work with the pain. Right. And I also had this passion for the body, so I learned a lot about the anatomy, and I would stretch and everything. And long story, Short, basically in doing that, I started to do that and then all of a sudden I what I realized, I didn't realize at the time, but what I was doing is regulating my nervous system and I was resetting it. And as, and as I was resetting or recalibrating my nervous system, it started to unlock incomplete emotions I had in my body that I didn't even know I had. Right? Like things from when I was 4 or 12, I was like, what the hell? Why did I just have that experience? Right? Because my mentally I'm a strong person. So I moved on, right? And we can move on mentally, but my body cellularly had a lot of memory of trauma that I didn't even realize it in process because we're not given those when we're young, right? And so I started to awaken all this stuff. I'm like, what the hell's going on? So I thought like, is something wrong with me? You know? But once the emotions passed, I felt like 10 times better and lighter. And then everything about life felt better and I was just like, what's going on? It was almost like my body was coming back into alignment with where I was here. And ultimately I just felt more in alignment with who I actually really was. And when I started to make the connection of like, holy, like this is what's happening. I got obsessed with getting into my body. Like, I'm like, I'm going to heal everything, I'm going to get it all out of me. Because I just want to be who I really am.
B
Sure.
A
You know, And I just consciously went on this journey and it's what I do and it's, it's a never ending, ending, never ending thing. Because every day you're experiencing life, you're taking in thing you're exchanging. Yeah, it's like a soul shower, right? You constantly need to move things forward. So once you heal things from the past, you're constantly need to move things, you know, over and over again. So that's kind of the gist of the journey. Now there is a parallel journey where I also became a personal trainer a year after I got hit by a car. And I noticed as I started to learn and master my body and my mind and my soul and really, you know, align myself through training, but a different approach. It wasn't like hardcore training like an athlete anymore. It was like really mindful. And I progressed back to where I was as an athlete, but I really built the foundations. As I started to do that, I noticed my approach with my clients would Start to evolve where I started to really teach them the same thing. And what was interesting is, you know, I thought, great, like we'll open up their body, they'll release and they'll feel great. Right. They'll feel as awesome as I did. But I started to notice is when I started to work with my clients, some of them, when the emotions would come out, they would relive it and it was like traumatic to them. I'm like, no, now that, you know, you can like move on. And there was a component of once it comes up, you have to now respond with love to it. Because love is what actually allows it to move all the way through.
B
Yes.
A
And I didn't know that because that's something that I just naturally did. Right. And I didn't give the credit to that. I give the credit to the fact that I released the emotions. That's why I felt better. But I actually felt better because I was a safe space for my own releases. And when I started to, you know, my clients would, you know, give, they were gifted me with their vulnerability and share these things. I was able to play that role for them. And that's when it really hit me that, you know, there is a great majority of people who really don't have that self love relationship with themselves. Oh yeah, right. And instead it's actually a very, not very safe place. And awareness can actually, you know, awareness is the first step to, you know, bigger things. Right. And to have that breakthrough, you first need to be aware. But awareness, you know, when, when someone becomes aware, if self love is not present, it could be a reason why, you know, people really hate themselves or, you know, could kind of go back into that cycle. So there's a component there that, you know, self love needs to be there. And that, that's how I evolved my training into then teaching self love workshops and integrating a full self love journey while training. Because I also started to learn and realize that when you physically train and you lock up your body, it also does the same thing, does the opposite. It affects your mind in a negative way. And when you train your body while keeping it open, it actually strengthens. So it's like your mind and your body can't be trained separately.
B
Correct.
A
So it's a whole evolution. I mean, I wrote a book about it, you know, and I just, it's just everything that I do from morning to night, I'm in the car, I'm like stretching, like I'm always in my body. I'm obsessed.
B
There's so many questions that, That I was kind of listing out of my. In my universal head here. What's. How do you operate as a normal human being when you're kind of like in this mindset?
A
I don't.
B
Well, I was just gonna say it's a little. It's very centric. It's like there's a. There's a. There's an aura around you of folks like that operate like you and I and even folks in our staff and Rudy himself. What challenges do you kind of face trying to. Not trying to educate everyone all the same, all the time. You know what I mean?
A
Like, to be honest, so. Because I'm in a setting right now where I'm being asked about and I'm very open, but if I were to go out to like, say, a random party, and I don't party, but if I were to go out publicly, I'm actually kind of introverted. I don't talk much, and unless I found a connection with someone, I'll talk. But I don't do superficial talk. I don't know much about anything other than the mind, body and soul and things that really matter on a fundamental level. I just need to know, I'll know it. The rest is just. I like to just, you know, be present. But, you know, I, I.
B
You're not very scripted. You're kind of, just kind of like,
A
yeah, I'm just kind of like whatever is there in this, you know, and because I've unlocked so much, it's just always what's possible and just what. But it's just amazing. It's just what's there is. It's free. You know, Where I feel like I get misunderstood a lot is like, it does not mean my life is easy.
B
Oh, sure.
A
I mean, two days ago, I went through something really, really traumatic, as you know. And four years ago, my fiance passed away in a tragic car accident. And a month after that, one of my best friends died in a car accident. And so, you know, my parents went through divorce, went through a very, very tough upbringing. You know, there's life in general. You meet people and it just. You get screwed with things. Like life is hard. It's not. It's not easy when you.
B
Especially when you're very close to the source and you kind of understand the divine energy that's transpiring in your life. And every day you're closer to the source, which means the attacks, your attacks, your full bruntal. You're the first. The first layer of protection. You're going to. You're going to face the worst. I've. I've myself gone through that same personal experience with my spouse. And yeah, you can understand when you're connected to the Lord, that you're going to be tested in ways that, oh, yeah, the return in that gift is 10 times is greater that there is that light at the end of that tunnel.
A
It's no different than the story of Christ, right, where he was the light and for that he was crucified for it. So it's nothing that I really need to do or say. But sometimes just being yourself, when your light is too bright, sometimes it literally blinds people and it triggers them and
B
so they start whacking at you and
A
you just like, yeah, you're just like, I get it, you know? And to be honest, I really love my solitude. I love to. I'm kind of a loner and an introvert and I really just want to be here on earth to give all glory to God and just bring hope to people. I really. That's all I really care about. Because for how much I struggle, I notice that I'm always living a duality. It's like there's so much struggle, but then there's me, like, enjoying my life. Right. And like, how I'm responding. And people are like, I don't get it. You're so strong. I'm like, I'm really not. I really honor the human experience. Like, I was just crying in the corner there.
B
Yes.
A
But I process like. Like a sponge, I squeeze it out and I move forward because I'm just present to the truth.
B
Right.
A
And so. And it's like. And I've hit a point in a threshold where I realize that, you know, I feel blessed because of that. And I know it's accessible to every single person on this earth. We just need to open someone's eyes or at the very least give them an experience. So all I want to do is, you know, I want to touch any, any as many people as possible in this world and help them to see what's possible and. And help them to see, you know. You know, just bring more hope. Because when you're living life and you're hopeless, you know, it could be a pretty dark experience, you know, And I'm a humanitarian, so I feel that. I deeply feel that. And I grieve for people, you know, I've gone beyond the sadness of my own human sadness. I've healed that. And you don't become any happier or any. You don't become free from sadness now. You become the Sadness that you experience as the sadness of the world. You know, you see people suffering, you're just sad for it. So it makes you want to just keep being that possibility.
B
Yeah. The first time I ever felt the. The echolocation of that sadness was when I was living in San Francisco in Tenderloin. And I would have these very divine experiences. I can just feel the city in pain. I can almost feel like the. Like, I would just be overcome with emotion. I can almost just hear, like, a hundred voices. And I could just hear, like, not it wasn't voices, but frequencies of pain.
A
Yeah.
B
It's almost like listening to that somber note in a song.
A
Yeah.
B
Where it's like, oh, this song's gonna make me cry because it's at a specific note and it's a different frequency. So that was one of my first early experiences. But I got to ask someone that's familiar with someone that's come bounce back and forth quite literally with. With the afterlife or the after divine or the divine. What do you do with. Like, this morning I woke up with a lot of noise, a lot of scenes playing out of my head. Things that I've lived in my life. Negativity. It was just like scenes in my head playing negativity. And I would find myself talking to myself in the shower as if I were in that scene. How do I navigate these moments that are just like, oh, I woke up, and I'm just like. I've got 10 scenes in my head that are all negative.
A
Yeah.
B
How do I cleanse that and just go forward?
A
Everything is the body. Right. The body is the temple. And the experience is happening in the body, not in our minds. Right?
B
Right.
A
The mind is just creating the pictures, but they process, and then you experience in the body. So I detach from the actual context of the story. I right away see where it's affecting my body. And I move like the Holy Spirit through it. I breathe. And just by breathing through it, the emotions, you transcend them. And then you. You become something greater than the circumstance, and it doesn't even matter, and it resolves itself.
B
I love how you're like.
A
And it's there, but you become greater than it. But rather than being in my head with it and trying to move around or trying to control it. And some people do that, but they will become really dark when they do that. And they constantly need to achieve something external. Look outwards to the point where they're numb to it. Right. In fact, extremely. I don't want to say successful, because I wouldn't define success this way. But people who, you know, really make lots of money, their goal is really, well, I just got to make more money. I just got to get more things. It's more. And it's like. Or you could just go in your body and really process the emotions that you convince yourself that you don't. You're just, you know, we tell ourselves, well, I'm just not an emotional person. Or, yeah, like, I don't feel these things. Or I'm stronger than that. It's like. But you're actually not. You're not stronger than that. You know, it's part of who you are, and it's something that we need to rise, like, above.
B
For sure. For sure. Yeah.
A
I'm face it.
B
Yeah, you mentioned 40. I'm. I just turned 42. Like, I'm still very much like, folks have watched us. I've always talked about, like, I'm still very much evolving in my. My spiritual journey, but more as in my emotional frequency, my emotional maturity, where it's like, stop reacting. Just kind of like, be a little more Jedi less sometimes because it's. It's really taking. Depleting some of your life energy when you're focusing so much much on the negative when you're not in the right now.
A
Totally. And there's actually two points I want to make sure. So the first one is to tell just a quick story about why it's so important that we go into our bodies and process as things happen. Is because you want to always be in a place where you're, let's say, emptied out. You're emptied out of the external noise, right? Because as a vessel, when you're completely emptied out now you don't have anything covering your lens, anything that's clogging your ears. Because then what happens once you hit that stillness? Then you actually hear a different type of noise, right? And that is not actually noise. It's actually guidance. You actually start to tap into your intuition. And, you know, some people, they might say, oh, you just breathe through it. And then they're passive with the things like, no, what if you're being. Yeah, so when you get that guidance with, like, what you said, you're in the shower and all these things come up, you go into the body, and maybe what might happen is. Yeah, like I said, it just resolves itself. But sometimes a word or something comes to you, or maybe on that moment, later on you're driving and clarity comes to you, and it's because you kept that channel open, because you committed to that. And it's saying you urgently need to make the. And you, you still have to act with urgency. You can't be too laxed in life, right?
B
Yeah.
A
Because you're being guided and there's spiritual warfare, right?
B
Yep.
A
And so that's number one. And another thing is, you know, I've had experiences and constantly being in my body, I've realized that, you know, it's like the spirit world is like way in, it is way advanced.
B
Oh yeah.
A
And so like I told you, that traumatic experience I had two days ago, I actually processed it. My body processed it a month ago. Right. I don't know what it was. It's luckily, you know, I'm glad that I am aware of this gift that I have because I would probably tell myself that I'm bipolar or I would probably label it something like something's wrong with me. Right. When I'm emotional, I'm like, I'm feeling something just because I don't know what it is yet. I'm trusting this. Right. Because I've fine tuned that connection. Right. And it's a vessel, it's how I communicate. And so I felt that. And I've been able to go through it or when my fiance passed away in a car accident, it was like, unfortunately, when he passed away, there was some turmoil in our relationship. And when you're in a relationship with someone, there's turmoil. You feel it in your body. Right. It's on your mind because you become integrated with that person. And I remember I was in a call with a friend on Zoom and out of Nowhere, it was 12pm out of nowhere, just peace came over and I'm just like, like, whoa. I just felt all this peace come over me. That's so weird. Like, really? And I'm like, yeah. And I've been going through a lot for about a month or so because things had been really tough in the relationship and. And I'm like, just out of nowhere, like everything I've been going through for the last like month or two is just like gone. That's so weird. And that was it. But I acknowledged it and I was able to notice it because I'm tuned into my body. I communicate with it every day.
B
Yes.
A
And it wasn't till like 4 hours later that I got a call that he had passed away at a head on collision. And it was like instant that he passed away. And then when I found out what time it was exactly that time. And I called that friend, I'm like bawling my eyes. I'M like, oh, my God. It's like my body felt it, right? And it's really been a great gift for me in my ability to grieve, whether it's identities, whether it's the death of a loved one. You know, I just put my. My dog down. She was almost 17 years old. You know, she was like, me and dog, dog, dog, dog version. And it's just like the grieving, like, I'm able just to move through it so gracefully. And I don't allow myself to get to a point where I'm sabotaging my life. Like, I feel really good about what I do every day and how I spend my time. I don't have to suffer from sabotage feeling like I'm sabotaging. I feel like I'm doing exactly what I need to do while having the human experience. And it's like, if I could teach everybody how to do that. And when I notice, when I do teach my clients this, because I integrate it in my personal training experience, I help them to master themselves in this way. They start to see how much what they've created is literally because of how they've reacted to the things. Has nothing to do with what they went through, but just because how they reacted, because their process, how they process things led them in the wrong direction, you know, so it's very humbling. And I just want so many people to learn this.
B
So it's funny because you lean on Christianity in the way I was operated as well, because I was saved at nine. And I, I, you know, I go to a lot of festivals. I'm like, I see a lot of retreats and a lot of conventions, masterminds. And I'm like, it's all very similar. It's a congregation of folks. Everyone's energy, everyone's frequency together on a single hymn. And I'm like, you see it in church, you see it in concerts. It's still very much a spiritual experience. And folks are looking around, they're not quite understanding why everyone's reacting at the end, exact same time when that one thing is being said. Maybe I'm getting chills thinking about it. So it's fun to kind of see now that folks like yourself are. Are tuning into it. And I wouldn't say calling it making it a business, but you're essentially coaching now. And there is a lot of coaches, and it's not because maybe, yes, there is folks that aren't doing it for genuine realities, but they are. There is essentially a sonar. Yeah, there's something happening in the planet.
A
It's funny you say there's a spiritual war. Yeah, it's funny you said that because when I was choosing, I was an actuarial science, I was a personal trainer. Like, that's when I was choosing. When I stopped choosing, I was placed in a position to constantly teach this. Right? And so what happened was literally I was a personal trainer at the gym, just being me, being the light that I am. And as I'm evolving, you're getting more of that. And as I'm training the body, what happened is because I became more in tune with my body, I started to see emotions in someone's body. I was like, oh, I could see. I could intuitively see what's going on and I would just help correct it. And obviously they would, you know, it would have releases. And also too naturally, you, when you do personal training, people are seeing you three, four times a week.
B
Oh, yeah.
A
You don't even see your. As you get older, you don't even see your friends three or four times. You see them once a month. If you're like, okay. And so you get to know these people and they share so much of their story that eventually you just naturally find yourself offering perspective, right? Because they never came to you for coaching, they came for training. And you just, in conversation, you offer perspective. And all of a sudden I started to get. So I trained at Good Life Fitness for five years. It's kind of like the LA Fitness in the U.S. okay, so in Canada, it's a Good Life Fitness. And in two years, I started making six figures as a personal trainer. Very well. Yeah, I did very well. And it's not about the money, but I do believe income is impact, right? I grew very rapidly.
B
Energy.
A
I got, got ranked top 5 out of 2800 trainers in all of Canada.
B
Amazing stats.
A
And what was the joke of it was, you know, I would generate like $20,000 a month for the company. And the joke of it was every time I would be the number one seller of the month. So you have to go to, you know, in our team teams, they okay, Rosa, how'd you do it? And the manager would be like, rosa, don't tell people how you actually do it. Because what would happen is I started to become the trainer that didn't really train people. I would put people on the mat. I would do things that was less training based. And I started to get a wait list because I would get referrals and people would call me like, hi, I heard you can help me with my anxiety. And I'm just like. Well, I'm actually a personal trainer and I help with, like, I help teach you, you know, self love. And it helps. If it helps with anxiety, then great. Right? And then I had people come to me for their marriages. I've helped save six marriages, which is.
B
Those are great.
A
Yeah. Yeah. Well, I mean, I'm not. I don't. That's not what I go out and promote.
B
Guys, you really kind of should. Like, I've never made that correlation.
A
I'm gonna. That's the first time I've heard that I'm gonna. But usually the pattern is save your marriage.
B
Sex is gonna be better. The enemies are gonna be better.
A
Everything's gonna be.
B
Vulnerability is gonna be better.
A
Oh, for sure.
B
If you're sweating and hustling in the same room together, you're looking gross. Like, yeah, dude. Like, grow together.
A
Yeah. So it's. Whether it's like, helping people to find themselves in God again or helping them to find God in their relationship, it's all the same one thing, Right. You know, I've. I've also helped people with, you know, know even starting their own business and entrepreneurs and all that stuff. But anyways, so basically I started to get referrals for marriages and this. And I'm like, at Good Life training, people would come for this. And I got to the point where Good Life had a process and how you receive clients and all that stuff. Like, you have to be a member at the gym. And I had people be like, listen, Rosa, when you run your own gym, I'll come because I don't need a membership. So literally, I expanded beyond Good Life. Like, I felt I had to go with the calling. So I moved and started my own. My own gym where I had a studio and a huge 3,500 square foot and a small studio for, like, treatment. Right. 95 of the business ended up being in the treatment room. So I rented out the big place to, like, a kickboxer guy who kept doing kickboxing with people. And most of my treatments, like, I kept having all these people who were struggling who came for the treatment.
B
Yeah.
A
And again, I was just. And I kept telling myself, like, I am a trainer. Like, I love training, but, like, everybody, you know? And so I kept responding to the problems at hand. I create every solution. I created for every problem that I had became another system in my business. Right? So I'm like, I'm having monthly self love workshops, and from there, and then next thing you know, I'm like, oh. And then I start Learning about funnels, I'm like, that's what I'm doing thing.
B
Yes.
A
But it organically grew that way. It's what they needed. Like, first you need to learn this. Yes. Then once you learn this, you need to exercise the discovery process. Then I would do, like, group training twice a week so they can go into it and all that stuff. And then it was like, they need this. And I keep, you know, getting these channels of, like, all of my clients struggles, and then I would create the problem through a system. And I was just doing everything I can to serve the people who would come find me. Literally. You know what I mean?
B
Yeah.
A
And the cool thing is, like, I swear, like, this is, like, consistent. Every client that comes to me, they always say, I literally prayed for this, you know, So I just find it really cool because I, in my prayer, I always do say, you know, please, God, you know, help. Help me to serve your mission, your purpose. Use me as a vessel and use me as a channel of your peace and your plan. And help those who are praying for me, help them to find me. If they. Those who are. Whose prayers are to be answered, who you're trying to answer their prayers through me, help them to find me, you know, and then that is all that I do, and I move forward as a personal trainer at a gym because that's what I'm passionate about.
B
But it's your personal ministry.
A
Yeah.
B
To worship God and be in his light. You don't have to go to church,
A
and I'll still let you do what you love doing through your passion. The vehicle is training, but really it's so much more than that, you know, and so, yeah. And I just absolutely love it when
B
it comes to so much more than that. What will we learn about you in your episode that you're filming right after this podcast? Podcast.
A
I mean, what you will learn about me is that I really just, you know, I say this to my clients all the time because what I don't want is to be positioned as the savior or as someone separate from someone, you know, I give all glory to God, and I really just want to be seen as a reflection of what's possible. Like, I am you. Right, sure. And when you fully, truly embody and experience and feel that, you know, I may not be in their life in. At the same capacity. Right. And so I'm not here, you know, if I can do all this and nobody knew anything about who I was, I would. If I can impact millions and nobody had a clue of who I was, you Know, I'm just like a normal regular person who's passionate about this and consistently see lives changing in front of my eyes with the, with what's coming through me. And it's like, I feel like it's the selfless thing to do to just continue continually, you know, serve that.
B
I love how you're in this dimension, on this reality, you are a normal person, but probably in a different dimension, different reality. You are very much a divine energy that is basically creating quite an impact as a spiritual frequency. Is that our naked eyes and our 10 brains can't really feel.
A
Yeah, yeah. And you know, I'm not gonna lie. Like, I've had experiences where, you know, you. When you do this innocently, you're like, oh my God. Like, I experienced something. Oh my God. World peace. We're cause world peace. I'm gonna help, you know. You just want to help everyone.
B
Yeah, sure.
A
You know, and you. I didn't do it with like a mentor who taught me this. You know, I just, I would read books. I think it validated what I was experiencing. Right. And what I would say there. I had a pretty brutal, like, you know, lesson learned where I wasn't. Because of the dysfunction of my family, I didn't really learn about, you know, I'm Italian, right. So like, there's a lot of yelling and throwing stuff. So I had to learn like proper communication.
B
Same.
A
Okay. I had functions. I had to learn about boundaries and what they were. Right. And so in. Because before I knew that, you know, what I would have is it was almost like I can totally imagine what a celebrity must feel like when someone's like, they're not actually coming to you because they want to be healed. Anything. They want to come to you because they want that energy. Right. And you're a source for them. And it's. It's a different feeling from someone coming to say, hey, listen, policies are important.
B
Having your. Your tribe.
A
Oh, for sure.
B
Force field. It's very important.
A
Yeah. And so it's crazy because I was running my studio where my house was. I bought a live work and basically there was just so many events that had happened where that had happened. And I started to have suicidal thoughts.
B
Oh, yeah.
A
Which wasn't a line. And then I remember messaging my friend at three in the morning like, hey, there's something wrong with me. Like, I'm actually having these thoughts. I remember Googling how to kill yourself. Right. And Google said, here are five ways, but this is what happens if you fail. And I was like, all right, God, that's funny, right? And I don't mean to make that topic light, but, like, that's how dark I got. But I was very separate from the thoughts. But I just. I knew I wouldn't follow through with it. But I'm like, this is what it's like. Like, I can feel how intrusive they
B
are, and it's quite amazing once. I'm sorry to interrupt. It's quite amazing once they use you as a. As a transfusion or a transfer.
A
Yeah.
B
You start to name them and brand them. I'm like, I want it. Every time I'm in this alter ego, I can speak and look differently. I can monetize it. Because this person is necessary.
A
Yeah.
B
For whoever have to speak to.
A
Yeah.
B
So I kind of just, like, puppeteer. So I've got. I've got it. I've got two or three now.
A
Yeah.
B
I'm in. This is one version, which is on camera and doing the Daily Hustle, but when I get into this, different artist modes, and I'm, like, transmitting an energy, it's something else becomes me.
A
Yeah. Yeah.
B
So that's why. That's why we're clearly running over time with this podcast.
A
Okay. Yeah.
B
No, no. I wanted you to leave some for the podcast. I mean, for the interview.
A
Canceled my whole memberships. Canceled everything. And the reason I did that. But as soon as I canceled everyone, I just kicked all the energy out. I just stopped my business. I immediately was back to me, and all the thoughts were gone. I'm like, like, what the hell was that? Like, I can't make that up. You know what I mean? So. And that's when I started to learn, like, okay, you know, so it.
B
That kind of happened to me sitting in traffic the other day, where I'm like, I get to work angry. Like, Miami traffic is terrible. I mean, it's bad. But if you kind of change your mindset, be like, of course it's bad. Of course. I feel like, because I'm driving through everyone else's noise, their. Their shortcomings, their faults, their problems, their crap. There's this and that. They're cutting in front of me. They're this and that. It's all this energy. It's like all these extra characters in my mainline story called My Life that now I have to, like, succumb to. I'm like, it's not my fault that you're late, and now you got to do this. And, like, now I got to be a part of this energy. I'm like, you know what? I'M going to leave maybe an hour earlier so the streets are nice and clear and I can just drive through this clear serene energy as opposed to this dirty air that I have to like get hit with. Because you didn't achieve whatever you didn't achieve. And I'm in my merry way, in my life fight is telling me I gotta get to here because I have an interview with Rosa.
A
Yeah.
B
So don't delay me. You were late today.
A
Yeah.
B
Because some schmuck that is having a terrible day got in your way. You know what I mean? That's where I'm like, you know what schmucks? My.
A
My one year old is not a schmuck.
B
Oh, okay. I take it back that I'm so sorry. Well, in that case you should have been an hour late.
A
So I feel bad I didn't leave breastfeeding her, you know.
B
I'm so sorry. An Italian princess. I am so sorry.
A
Yeah.
B
How dare I?
A
Yeah, I actually wanted to know if I could bring her and my mom here, but I didn't know if I have to force him to be outside. I didn't know what it was like.
B
Oh gosh, a one year old. I would have been babysitting. So.
A
But anyways.
B
Yeah, with that, my love, how can people find you? How can people learn more about you?
A
Yeah, I honestly just follow me on. I am, you know. Should I look at the camera?
B
Yes, please.
A
Yeah, for sure. So you. Whatever you want, follow me at. I am Rosa Rago. You know, that is me transparently living my whole life and everything that I stand for. And from there you can find, you know the sort. It's a way to find the sources of like my. My book. Whether it's, you know, if you're in the area in Michigan and you come to my. My gym or you want to check out my. My programs online, you know. That's awesome.
B
Well, Rosa, I'm so eager for you and Lauren to connect and collaborate. She is also from Michigan. Sir, you're in for a treat. Okay with that. This concludes yet another amazing episode of the Living youg Legacy podcast. The Women in Power edition for Inside Success. I'm Ray and this is Rosa.
A
Thank you.
