Her journey began as a radio news anchor and assistant news director in Ann Arbor, and as an assistant manager at Ann Arbor’s Community Television Network, where she worked tirelessly for three decades while continuing her work in radio. Lance’s radio career even includes filing network reports for NBC and Mutual Radio News. Her mentors, including the late Ted Heusel and “Fat” Bob Taylor, shaped her commitment to community engagement. Beyond the mic, Lucy Ann Lance champions local charities as a volunteer emcee.
