Cancel contact T Mobile Ghislaine Maxwell is now almost certainly going to go silent after being given immunity by Donald Trump' Department of justice for a 10 hour meeting over the course of two days with Donald Trump's DOJ. She's supposed to sit for a deposition with Congress right around August 11, but she's now saying through her lawyer, a guy by the name of David Oscar Marcus, that she's undecided if she's going to show up or speak to them. She may invoke her fifth Amendment rights against self incrimination when it comes to the questions by Congress, even though she spoke to Donald Trump's Department of Justice and specifically the number two at the Department of Justice, Todd Blanche, who is Donald Trump's former criminal defense attorney. I want to break this all down for you, folks. So we know by now. The Wall Street Journal reported Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. Back in May, Donald Trump was briefed by his Attorney General, Pam Bondi, by FBI Director Cash Patel, by Deputy FBI Director Dan Mont Gino, that he was in those files. Donald Trump's plan, call it a hoax, don't release it, blame it on Obama, and then try to get to Ghislaine Maxwell and distract through these other tactics. That's what the Trump regime has been implementing. Now, what they didn't expect is I think, the uproar or they didn't fully appreciate the uproar from the public and also the uproar in the House of Representatives with even some Republicans and saying, what the heck? You said you were going to release these files. Release these files. So Donald Trump has his usual stooges, MAGA Mike Johnson types running interference for him. Right. MAGA Mike Johnson has shut down. Congress, has thrown it into recess. But Democrats figured out a maneuver which allowed them to get the deposition of Delaine Maxwell to force a vote. And Republicans who said they were going to want that deposition, they were put in the public spotlight, so they had to vote for it. And Democrats also did a maneuver where they forced a subpoena to get the Epstein files from the Department of Justice, although the DOJ is most likely going to obstruct that. So the sequence of events is the subpoena gets issued to Ghislaine Maxwell by Congress for right around August 11th or so. And then Donald Trump says, I need my DOJ to go speak to Ghislaine Maxwell right away. So the number two at the DOJ is a guy by the name of Todd Blanche, Donald Trump's former criminal defense attorney. And immediately, when I say immediately, quicker than Donald Trump sent FEMA to Texas to deal with the flash floods, okay? And I'm not being sarcastic. That's a fact. Donald Trump sent his number two at the DOJ to have this meeting in Tallahassee, Florida with Ghislaine Maxwell at the Tallahassee Federal Courthouse. Now, Todd Blanche following the people, Todd Blanche, Donald Trump's number two at the doj, Trump's former criminal defense attorney who lost the felony case where Trump was convicted of 34 felony counts. He met with a guy named David Oscar Marcus and Ghislaine Maxwell. David Oscar Marcus is a close friend of Todd Blanche, someone who was considered potentially to represent Donald Trump. David Oscar Marcus, and he's currently Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer. So there was a meeting on Thursday and a meeting on Friday. Now, we've learned that the Department of Justice made a deal with Ghislaine Maxwell. They gave her immunity, something called use immunity. It's not full immunity. It's called like limited immunity, meaning anything she tells the Department of Justice over the course of her two day meeting is she is immune from prosecution on that. So if she talks about crimes that she was involved in, sex trafficking rings that she was involved in, what she did with Epstein, she gets immunity from that and she can't be prosecuted for that on a later time. Now, if the Feds find independent evidence of these things, before or otherwise, they can still potentially prosecute her. But there's a whole doctrine called the fruit of the poisonous tree, which is if they use something she said to then find independent evidence to prosecute her, they would be barred from that. So basically, even though it's called limited use immunity, they basically gave her full immunity. Now, another name for this is proffer immunity. Have you heard the term proffer or co conspirator? It gives a proffer and they're given immunity. And sometimes it's called king of the day or Queen of the day, meaning you get to say whatever you want and you won't be held accountable. You have absolute immunity. Right. That's a concept of kings and queens. That's why it's called Queen of the day, which unfortunately, the Supreme Court gave Donald Trump basically king of the day immunity every single day. That's what our corrupt Supreme Court did a few years back. Okay, so Ghislaine Maxwell has this meeting. Now, I've done countless videos on Ghislaine Maxwell's connections with Trump and Trump's connections with Epstein. Donald Trump was close friends with Ghislaine and Jeffrey Epstein. Ghislaine was like a girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein was by Epstein's side the whole time. Co conspirator, sex trafficker for Epstein. Ghislaine was convicted of sex trafficking. She was sentenced in 2022 to 20 plus years in prison for sex trafficking. In the sentencing memorandum from the Department of Justice at the time, the lead prosecutor's name was Maureen Comey. The prosecutor said that Ghislaine showed no remorse at all. These were vile crimes of underage girls that she facilitated the sexual abuse of. And the court found Ghislaine's conduct, despicable. And put her in this Tallahassee criminal prison for basically a significant period of time, 20 plus years, which she's been serving that sentence. Now, as we know, Donald Trump's name appears in the Epstein files. On the files that have already been released. Donald Trump's name is all over them. And I don't want to. I don't want my videos to be redundant because I want to focus on Ghislaine's move and how she's not going to likely be speaking with Congress. But just to remind you, Mar A Lago is one of the locations that was used by Galene Maxwell to find underage girls like Virginia Giuffre, who was an underage towel girl. She was homeless, working in the Mar A Lago spa. Ghislaine Maxwell walks over. She lives a block away with Epstein in Palm Beach. Finds Virginia Giuffre working at Mar A Lago. Hey, you're homeless, you need money. Meet Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein, sex traffic sir. Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein bring a 14 year old girl over to Mar A Lago. In the civil case, at least this 14 year old underage girl says that Jeffrey Epstein points at the little girl to Donald Trump. You like this one? Donald Trump threw parties at Mar A Lago, as he called them, where he would just be him and Epstein, they'd have girls of indeterminate age there. According to party planners who were told that it was going to be VIPs from modeling agencies there. Trump says Epstein's a great guy who likes women on the younger side. Donald Trump was in Epstein's plane at least seven times, based on the logs that were released. Donald Trump is named Doe 174 in the civil cases. Donald Trump's in the depositions. Epstein was on Trump's plane. Okay, you get the point. So Trump finds out he's in the files, which is not a shocker. The Congress subpoenas Ghislaine for August 11th or so. Right around that time period, Donald Trump sends his DOJ to meet with Ghislaine Maxwell. They give her what's called use immunity Queen for a day. And you know, a point I want to make there as well is sometimes use immunity is given to coconspirators before trial, before conviction, to flip or to turn against other people. But anybody who tells you that use immunity is something that's given to people who are convicted of sex trafficking, serving their sentence with zero remorse, it doesn't happen at all. One other fact to mention, just so we are very comprehensive as we always love to be here at the Midas Touch Network. Remember I told you about the 2022 sentencing? The lead lawyer was someone named Maureen Comey. The lead prosecutor who, who was fired by Donald Trump in the past two weeks, just randomly fired the lead prosecutor against Ghislaine and Jeffrey Epstein. And then Donald Trump's accusing Maureen Comey's dad, James Comey, of being responsible for what Trump now refers to as the Epstein hoax. So Ghislaine gets this immunity. She speaks 10 hours with Todd Blanche, Trump's criminal defense lawyer, who's really there to protect Trump, let's face it. And then Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer, David Oscar Marcus, comes out and says, well, now she's undecided about whether she's going to speak with Congress. And you may be saying, but whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. Doesn't she have to speak with Congress because she was given the use immunity and she was, you know, spoke with the doj. It's different rules. Congressional immunity is different than DOJ immunity. And even though Congress potentially can hold her in contempt, I guess if they try to force her to speak after giving her a congressional version of immunity, the issue about congressional immunity to witnesses is a little more unsettled than the clear ability of the doj. But then in any event, who has to prosecute contempt of Congress? The doj, Todd Blanche, Pam Bondi would prosecute if she doesn't speak. And what, what do you think the DOJ is going to say? We don't need her to speak. You get what's happening. We don't need her to speak to Congress. She spoke to us already. She spoke to Todd Blanche. Do you see what the plan is here? I know corporate news gives you bits and pieces, but I really want to break down how nefarious this cover up is. And I've been predicting every step of the way what's going to happen because it's pretty obvious what they're doing. And any federal prosecutor or former federal prosecutor will tell you this reeks of COVID up. And it's obvious to federal prosecutors what's happening here. It's sickening. It's sickening stuff. So right after the House issued the subpoena to Ghislaine Maxwell last week, that lawyer for Ghislaine Maxwell, David Oscar Marcus, told CNN, as for the congressional subpoena, Ms. Maxwell is taking this one step at a time. She looks forward to her meeting with the Department of Justice and that discussion will help inform how she proceeds. So she had a productive meeting with the Department of Justice. Donald Trump earlier in the day on Friday was asked about pardoning Elaine Maxwell. And then Donald Trump used the same line that he used when he was previously asked in his first administration about pardoning Flynn, Manafort, and Stone.

So let me just show you what Trump did here. I want to put the pieces together and complete this puzzle for you. Not with hypotheticals, but with the facts. So here's what Donald Trump said when he was asked about pardoning Flynn, Manafort and Stone during his first term Here. Play this clip.
Donald Trump
I don't want to talk about pardons for Michael Flynn.
Podcast Host
Yet you pardon Paul Manafort. I have not even given it a.
Donald Trump
Thought as of this moment.
Advertiser
Elijah Stone. Are you going to pardon him, sir? He's been convicted of felonies, I'm going to pardon you.
Donald Trump
Well, I hadn't thought of it. I think it's very tough what they did to Roger Stone.
Podcast Host
Okay, now you see how Donald Trump says that and how he talks about Ghislaine Maxwell when he was asked, would you consider a pardon or commutation for Ghislaine Maxwell? Let me just play that one more time. Would you consider a pardon or commutation for Ghislaine Maxwell? Here, play this clip. Consider, would you consider a pardon or a commutation for Elaine Maxwell?
Donald Trump
If it's something I haven't thought about, it's really something recommended. It's something I'm allowed to do it, but it's something I have not thought about. You wouldn't rule it out.
Podcast Host
Right. So the message was sent to Ghislaine Maxwell, an attorney, that a pardon is possible here. So Ghislaine Maxwell leaves with her attorney and after her attorney leaves, this is how FOX reports it. And her attorney's basically like, you know, you know, we're, we're, we're angling for a pardon right now and Donald Trump said it. Here, play this clip.
Shopify Representative
What else did Maxwell's attorney say?
Podcast Host
Well, he said a lot.
Advertiser
We wish we could be in and.
Podcast Host
Hear what was said in the actual meeting. This meeting was a lot shorter than it was yesterday, but this was a two day event. The highlight though, it appears that her team wants a pardon. Watch. We're going to take one day at a time. I know that's very cliche, but it's true because things are happening so quickly. We haven't spoken to the president or anybody about a pardon just yet. And listen, the president this morning said he had the power to do so. We hope he exercises that power in the right and just way. Now, where's MAGA Mike Johnson's role in this? All you have to listen to what they say because sometimes they reveal themselves. So MAGA Mike Johnson, when he was asked, why are you recessing Congress right now? And again, fortunately, the Democrats pulled some procedural maneuvers to be able to get the subpoenas to issue before. But MAGA Mike Johnson says we need the administration to have the space to do what it is doing. To have the space to do what it is doing. What is it doing? What I'm telling you what the plan is, the COVID up. Get to Ghislaine Dangle a pardon, give her use immunity, get her to name other names of people other than Donald Trump, get her to say favorable things to Donald Trump. Wink, wink, wink. Maybe you get a part in her commutation at the end of Donald Trump's term, but no one says that publicly. Don't speak to Congress, I think is the message either express or implied or otherwise. That's my opinion. You can judge for yourself. But here's MAGA Mike Johnson saying, we need the administration to have the space to do what it is doing here. Play this clip.
Advertiser
So here's, here's what I would say.
Podcast Host
About the Epstein files.
Advertiser
There is no daylight between the House Republicans, the House and the president on maximum transparency. He has said that he wants all the credible files related to Epstein to be released. He's asked the Attorney General to request the grand jury files of the court. All of that is in process right now.
Podcast Host
My belief is we need the administration.
Advertiser
To have the space to do what it is doing and if further congressional action is necessary or appropriate, and we'll look at that. But I don't think we're at that point right now because we agree with the president.
Podcast Host
Okay, now what else is happening and what else are we learning? This was a Midas Touch exclusive where the Free Ghislaine influencers who are very close to Donald Trump, their VIPs in the Trump White House, people like Jessica Reed Krause, they wear the shirts Free Ghislaine. They've always been on Team Ghislaine and they say she's the real victim. Here you can see Jessica Reed Krause with RFK Jr. And JD Vance and Donald Trump in the White House. She has their ear. Now, she says that she was consulted as well by high level people at the White House about how they should approach Ghislaine and how they should think about her. And so she was obviously advocating for Ghislaine to have a pardon. So, so she has a prominent role in the Free Ghislaine movement working with the White House. Now, the New York Post reports that Ghislaine Maxwell gave the DOJ info about a hundred different people linked to Jeffrey Epstein. The lawyer says, okay, now this aligns with what Donald Trump was asked, where Trump was says, what do you hope that Blanche gets out of Delaine? And repeatedly, Donald Trump's been saying, I hope she gives a list of other names. And Donald Trump said, I can give you a list of other people's names, like Bill Clinton, he says, and Larry Sumner, the former president of Harvard. So you see what Trump and Ghislaine are doing here. So now let's get the other names. Let's push that out and then let's insulate Trump and say Trump's not the big deal. It's all of these other people who come from Ghislaine. So here's Donald Trump answering. What are you hoping Blanche gets out of Ghislaine MAXWELL let's play it. What are you hoping, TODD Blanche interviewing Elaine Maxwell what are you hoping that they get out of that?
Donald Trump
I really have no, really nothing to say about it. She is being talked to by a very smart man, by a very good man. TODD BLANCHE and I don't know anything about the conversation. I haven't really been following it. A lot of people are asking me about your pardons. Obviously this is no time to be talking about pardons, but a lot of people have asked about pardon. This is just not a time to be talking about pardons. Todd will come back with whatever he's got. You make it a very big thing over something that's not a big thing you should be talking about. If you're going to talk about that, talk about Clinton, talk about the former president of Harvard, talk about all of his friends, talk about the hedge fund guys that were with him all the time. Don't talk about Trump. What you should be talking about is the fact that we have the greatest six months in the history of a presidency, according to a lot of people. And we had an amazing six months.
Podcast Host
And here Donald Trump is saying, you should focus on Clinton and this person and that person. And Trump says, I will give you a list. Here's what Trump says, but he's over there now.
Donald Trump
I don't know exactly what's happening, but I certainly can't talk about parts.
Podcast Host
Can you trust, can you trust what she's telling him? She's a convicted trafficker who's eager to.
Donald Trump
Get out of prison. Well, you know, he's a professional lawyer. I think he, he's been through things like this before. But, you know, you should focus on Clinton. You should focus on the president of Harvard, the former president of Harvard. You should focus on some of the hedge fund guys. I'll give you a list. These guys lived with Jeffrey Epstein. I Furious Elden Knight, thank you very much.
Podcast Host
So you heard what Donald Trump says. I will get you a list. So in my view, that's part of the COVID up that's taking place now. What I don't want us to be distracted is none of us, we don't care about this interview with Ghislaine Maxwell. She's a sex trafficker, okay? She's a liar, she's a Criminal. Okay, why is a Donald Trump, Ghislaine Maxwell meeting important at all? It isn't. It is distraction. The same way Trump saying grand jury testimony, they want distraction. What do we want we should hear from? The only people we should hear from are the victims. Number one. What are the victims have to say? Did they see Trump? What happened to the victims? So that's important. Far more important than the sex trafficker. And then we should get the files. The files. We all remember the files. That's what we should want. The files. 300 gigabytes. That's in the DOJ, FBI's custody and control. Give us the freaking files. We're not asking for these other things. Okay, so here, for example, is one of Epstein's victims. Very brave and courageous woman named Maria Farmer. Here's what she says about Ghislaine. Here, play this clip.
Shopify Representative
I've never met a more predatory, terrifying human being in my entire life. And neither had Virginia Jaffrey, and neither has Annie or Anushka or many girls like Shantae Davies. There's hundreds of us that were preyed upon by Ghislaine Maxwell. She's a very dangerous person, and she threatened my life on many occasions. I've had to move and be in hiding because of this predatory child predator and just victim predator. So it's. It's completely unacceptable for anyone to call her a victim. The woman is not a victim. She's a victimizer.
Podcast Host
I think that's what's very significant right now. But the Trump influencers like Greg Kelly are saying this. Let's play it. What is this all about? And she's also been supporting, subpoenaed by the Oversight Committee. I think this is great. I do have a feeling that she has been. She just might be a victim. She just might be. There was a rush to judgment. There was a lot of chaos there for a while. All right, granted, she hung out with Jeffrey Epstein, and I know that's apparently not good, but she's in jail for how long now? 20 years. A 20 year sentence. So what do I predict happens? Ghislaine's gonna go and tell Congress, speak, I don't remember, or invoke the Fifth. And everyone's going to be outraged. And then Congress is going to be like, all right, what should we do? Do we hold her in contaminant? What are our powers? And the DOJ is going to say, nope, we've got what we needed. Final point. I guess I should make Todd Blanche. Why didn't he release the court why aren't the recordings released right now? Is there transcripts with her? What, what's happening right now is the COVID up and it's just so obvious and it's gross and it's the DOJ meeting with a sex trafficker. You know, it's, it's, it's repulsive. And as I've said, this shouldn't be a blue or red or Democrat or Republican issue. This should be a good or evil issue. And Trump and the Republicans are covering up for a pedophile ring. The same thing that they weaponize to attack their political enemies with, knowing that they're, that their names could be on these lists or in these files. They're now covering it up in plain view. That shouldn't be oh, you're a Democrat, you're a lib. You don't know. Just it's good versus evil. Tell me what you think. Hit subscribe let's get to 6 million. Thanks for watching.

The MeidasTouch Podcast: Ghislaine Taunts Congress After Secret Trump Meeting
Release Date: July 27, 2025
In this episode of The MeidasTouch Podcast, hosts Ben, Brett, and Jordy Meiselas delve into the latest developments surrounding Ghislaine Maxwell and her interactions with Congress and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Combining their trademark brotherly banter with in-depth analysis, the Meiselas brothers unpack the complexities of Maxwell's legal maneuvers, Trump's involvement, and the broader implications for American democracy.
The episode kicks off with a significant update: Ghislaine Maxwell is likely to go silent before her scheduled deposition with Congress around August 11. According to her lawyer, David Oscar Marcus, Maxwell is undecided about whether she will cooperate or invoke her Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.
Quote:
Podcast Host [01:48]: "She may invoke her Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination when it comes to the questions by Congress."
The hosts explain that Maxwell recently engaged in a ten-hour meeting spread over two days with Todd Blanche, Trump’s former criminal defense attorney and the current number two at the DOJ. This meeting appears to be part of a strategic move to possibly obtain limited immunity, often referred to as "use immunity," which essentially shields Maxwell from prosecution for any crimes she might admit to during her discussions with the DOJ.
Quote:
Podcast Host [01:48]: "The DOJ gave her immunity from prosecution based on what she tells them during the meeting, effectively preventing them from using her statements as evidence."
The discussion transitions to Donald Trump's entanglements with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The brothers highlight the Trump administration's strategy to manage the fallout from Maxwell's potential testimony, suggesting it serves as a distraction from the more damning implications of the Epstein files that implicate Trump directly.
Quote:
Podcast Host [04:15]: "Donald Trump was a close friend of Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein, frequently appearing together at social events and using Epstein's resources for his own purposes."
They reference the Wall Street Journal report indicating that Trump’s name appears extensively in the Epstein files, detailing connections that Trump and his allies are eager to downplay or divert attention from.
When Congress issued a subpoena for Maxwell’s deposition, some Republicans, including MAGA Mike Johnson, attempted to obstruct by recessing Congress, claiming the need to allow the administration "space to do what it is doing."
Quote:
MAGA Mike Johnson [18:28]: "We need the administration to have the space to do what it is doing."
The hosts argue that this maneuver is part of a larger strategy, dubbed the "COVID up," intended to delay or derail congressional inquiries into the Epstein scandal and protect Trump’s interests. They criticize Johnson and other GOP members for prioritizing administration loyalty over transparent governance.
Quote:
Podcast Host [17:50]: "This is part of the COVID up that's taking place now, a deliberate attempt to distract from the real issues at hand."
"The COVID up" refers to the administration's tactic to shift focus away from the Epstein-Maxwell scandal by focusing on other crises, akin to how misinformation spread during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hosts suggest that by engaging with Maxwell through the DOJ and keeping her out of congressional hearings, the administration aims to minimize public and legislative scrutiny.
Quote:
Podcast Host [18:29]: "What is the administration really doing here? They’re using Ghislaine Maxwell as a pawn to protect Trump and obfuscate the truth."
The episode sheds light on the support Maxwell receives from Trump allies, including influencers like Jessica Reed Krause, who openly advocate for her release and claim she is a victim rather than a perpetrator.
Quote:
Podcast Host [21:08]: "Trump influencers, including Jessica Reed Krause, are actively promoting the narrative that Maxwell is the real victim here, attempting to rewrite the narrative of her involvement."
These allies are portrayed as leveraging their connections within the Trump White House to advocate for Maxwell, further entrenching her position and complicating the legal proceedings.
Amidst the political drama, the hosts emphasize the voices of Epstein's victims, underscoring the need to prioritize their testimonies over political gamesmanship.
Quote:
Maria Farmer [23:43]: "I've never met a more predatory, terrifying human being in my entire life... Ghislaine Maxwell is a very dangerous person and she threatened my life on many occasions."
The podcast highlights the harrowing experiences of victims like Maria Farmer, who condemn Maxwell's actions and reject any attempts to portray her as a victimizer.
In wrapping up, the Meiselas brothers stress the importance of transparency and accountability. They criticize the administration's handling of the Epstein-Maxwell situation as a blatant cover-up to protect Trump and his associates. The hosts call for the release of the Epstein files held by the DOJ and urge listeners to focus on the victims' accounts rather than the manipulative tactics employed by those in power.
Quote:
Podcast Host [24:18]: "This shouldn't be a blue or red issue. It's a matter of good versus evil. We need to demand the release of the Epstein files and listen to the victims, not the perpetrators."
The episode concludes with a passionate plea for the podcast's audience to stay informed, support democratic principles, and hold powerful figures accountable.
Ghislaine Maxwell's Legal Maneuvers: Maxwell may invoke the Fifth Amendment to avoid congressional deposition, following a strategic meeting with DOJ's Todd Blanche.
Trump's Entanglements: Extensive connections between Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell are scrutinized, highlighting potential cover-ups.
Congressional Subpoena Resistance: GOP members like MAGA Mike Johnson seek to block congressional investigations, part of the broader "COVID up" distraction tactic.
Victims' Voices: Emphasis on the testimonies of Epstein's victims, urging the focus to remain on their experiences rather than political maneuvers.
Call for Transparency: The brothers advocate for the release of Epstein's files and greater accountability to uphold democratic values.
The MeidasTouch Podcast presents a compelling analysis of the ongoing Epstein-Maxwell saga, intertwining political critique with a call for justice and transparency. By prioritizing the voices of victims and dissecting the strategies of powerful political figures, the Meiselas brothers provide listeners with a thorough and engaging exploration of one of the most contentious issues in recent American politics.
