We had a. We won everything. We won all seven swing states. We won the electoral college 312 to 226. We won the popular vote by millions and millions of. So nice to win the popular vote. I won the popular vote all three times, too, but we're not going to get into that. But the first time they said, I didn't win the popular vote, but I won the Electoral College. So they always thought, while he didn't win, this is the way I got introduced every time. While he didn't win the popular vote, he won the Electoral College. You know, so this is the way I was introduced for four years. And guess what? We said, I'm going back and we're going to win. And we won the popular vote by a lot. By a lot. So they can't say that crap anymore.

Then Donald Trump tells the individuals he's speaking with that in reality, we need to go back to 1867. He said that's when America was relatively the strongest country in the world. It's a very odd and obviously completely incorrect understanding of history at 18. Oh, it's 1887. He says that's when we were our strongest. Really?

Historic use of tariffs. There was the tariff that made America strong and powerful in past generations. And then we got off and we went to the income tax system. Great Coen fellas. And I know what happened. Some of these countries got together and they say, hey, convince the United States that it's no good, the tariff system is unfair to us. And so some genius I know who I don't want to get into it, but some genius said, oh, let's go to an income tax system.

Says to the people of Iran, who he promised back on January 2 that he would take military action if the regime there killed protesters. He said help is on the way. Now he goes, we have now issued tariffs against any country that does business with Iran. By the way, no, they didn't. China does business with Iran. United Arab Emirates does business with Iran. A lot of countries that do business with Iran. Still, that Donald Trump, Donald Trump does business with the United Arab Emirates. So he's made up fake tariffs. And the number of Iranian deaths in these protests, murders, killings by the Iranian regime right now may be 12,000. Some say it could be as high as 20,000. On the low end, in the thousands. And Trump promised that he would do, he would bring in military action, and he's not doing that right now. Let's play this clip Then.

We're not paying Minnesota any more money for that, Any of that crap. It's a big scam. It's a giant scam run by an incompetent, crooked governor. He's an incompetent crooked guy. And also we're freezing any and all welfare payments going to illegal immigrants.

And he says that the evidence is overwhelming that tariffs are not being paid by American consumers when we know of course they are. He's saying this in Michigan, an area where tariffs have harmed Michigan businesses. Here, play this clip.

Every prediction the critics made about our tariff policy has failed to materialize. The evidence shows overwhelmingly that the tariffs are not paid by American consumers, that they're paid by foreign nations and middlemen. And Scott went over that with us before and they're paid by middlemen. They raise the thing, countries get involved, they pay them because otherwise they won't have companies, they won't be viable and we're the big beneficiary. Once again, the so called experts were 100% wrong and Trump was right.

Then he claims he got some award in Michigan. I think he claimed it was like the best person of the year award many years ago. He's like, and people claim I didn't get the award. And now no one's apologizing because I did get the award as the man of the year of Michigan. Just makes this stuff up.

It wouldn't matter to me I think they want it I don't really care about it so it might go away. No real advantage to it. It's irrelevant to me Canada would love it Canada wants it. They need it because we don't need Canada product that's the thing you know I want to be a nice person but we don't need I want to build the cars here not in Canada we used to build cars in Canada now the Canada cars the Canadians are moving here to build cars. Same thing with Mexico same thing with Japan. Japan's paid us billions and billions of dollars for the privilege of making cars here and selling.
