Next, here is one of the thousands of operations that ICE is launching at elementary schools because they want to torture children. They specifically want to prey on children in order to cause terror in communities. Here, ICE nearly hit the parents and kids who are by the elementary school to pick up their children during a reckless high speed chase in a school parking lot. And then they attempt to pepper spray the teacher who helping students. They almost hit me and my daughter three separate times, said a witness. Flying cars through school parking lots is not okay. This not only put our staff and our teachers in danger, but our students, explained Caitlin Christine on Instagram. This took place at a high school in Gurney, Illinois. Play this clip.

You have immigration officers trying to spray your teachers and staff and they're flying with cars. Well as their students.

This next clip I'm going to show you, it's at Maynards in a parking lot in Cicero, Illinois. The Maynard's staff or the corporate office told their employees, delete these videos. Delete these videos. But the videos show ICE agents hiding there with their batons and weapons, shattering truck windows, dragging people out, detaining him, putting them in unmarked cars, likely sending them to concentration camps in the United States. Gonna show you involves a story about ICE detaining both father and kids on their way to school. They lock the kids up in a separate detention center to try to inflict extra torture on the children. ICE won't disclose where the two kids are being held after sending the father hundreds of miles away to Texas to further inflict pain and suffering on all of these involved. The local police tried to make a welfare checks, but ICE agents then block the police access.

Video capturing some of the tense moments that unfolded there this afternoon. Fox31's Talia Cunningham has that video for us tonight. Talia?
Protester/Community Member
Yeah, Tens is right, Jeremy. It wasn't just verbal arguments happening down in Durango. Things got physical when protesters formed a human chain blocking federal agents from leaving the building. Now, cell phone video that you see here, it captures protesters, heck, the agents, and the moment an agent knocks over a fire pit in response. Take a look. And the protests all stem from an incident that happened on Monday morning. A father and his two children, ages 15 and 12 years old, were detained by ICE agents on their way to school. The family is from Columbia and according to the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition, the family has strong ties to the Durango community, no criminal history and a pending asylum case. The center also reporting that the children were separated from their father and taken to an undisclosed location. That sparked outrage that we see here from protesters Monday night and into today. As they gathered to demand their release. However, agents clashed with protesters and at some point an officer grabbed a woman by her hair, put their hand around her neck and then shoved her to the ground. This is according to the Durango Herald. They also report that protesters were ordered to disperse and when they did not, pepper spray and rubber bullets were used. The city of Durango releasing information about recent events stating that Durango police tried to facilitate the release of the children to their mother after receiving a report that one of the children may have been in some sort of distress and potentially experiencing abuse. While detained, the city says officers attempted a welfare check and to bring the children food, but federal agents denied them entry into that facility. The police chief, Chief Bryce Current, stated in part, quote, in moments like these, our duty is not only uphold the law, but to preserve our humanity. While we have a sworn responsibility not to interfere with federal operations, our department advocated for the children's well being. Now, I did reach out to ICE tonight. Still waiting to hear back. Colorado State Patrol responding to this scene. They say only to ensure safety and did not participate in any immigration enforcement. CSP also says their role is to try to de escalate situations like these, offer protection and address any unlawful behavior. Troopers also tell me that they did not use any weapons or deploy any pepper spray.
Ron Filipkowski
This next story I'm going to share with you. You'll see ICE shooting an Arizona man during a traffic stop. Rushed to hospital. The video shows two bullet holes in the driver's side window, not the front windshield, where they would be if the car was driving directly at the agent, the agent says, oh, I feared for my life. But this is yet another example, it seems, of ICE recklessly shooting to kill individuals as they continue to torture our cities and communities and towns. Sounds this took place in Phoenix, Arizona. Play this clip.
Stephen Sarabi
They're probably going to be working to see if the use of force was justified in this case. The FBI is currently looking into what led an ICE officer to fire his weapon twice at this SUV in the North Valley. You can see what appears to be bullet holes in the windshield.
Legal Expert/Commentator
What would be very helpful information is whether or not there were any recorded devices like body worn cameras that could have captured the event.
Stephen Sarabi
I spoke with law enforcement practice expert and former DOJ prosecutor Michael Jonacco on the intense incident that shut down part of the i17.
Legal Expert/Commentator
My experience is that has been that when a use of deadly force involves a federal agent or officer that the level of transparency is significantly less than when a Phoenix police officer, for example, would use deadly force.
Stephen Sarabi
According to the Department of Homeland Security, ICE pulled over that SUV around 4 in the morning. They say the driver initially stopped but started to drive away as ICE agents approached his car. Their statement says an ICE agent was in the SUV's path and feared for his life and fired his weapon twice. It goes on to read in part, resisting arrest puts the safety of illegal aliens, law enforcement and the public at risk.
Legal Expert/Commentator
It would be interesting to know what that training or policies exist with regard to shooting into vehicles that are fleeing.
Stephen Sarabi
The suspect, identified as Jose Garcia Sorto from Honduras is here illegally, according to dhs. They say he was injured and taken to a hospital. The ICE agent that fired his weapon was also transported for evaluation. Jonako says body worn cameras are critical for investigations like this to go smoothly.
Legal Expert/Commentator
It would mean that the significant deficit of information would not be available to the FBI or others entrusted to do this investigation and that's that. That deficit I think is significant because instead of having otherwise all you have is relying on you know what the agent said.
Stephen Sarabi
ICE policy shows agents are required to wear body worn cams and activate them at the start of any activity. We do not know at this time if the agent's body camera was activated. Now if you would like to read the full statement from both DHS and the FBI, head on over to our website az family.com we do know that a vigil will be held at the ICE field office in Phoenix later on this evening. We have a crew heading there and we'll bring you the latest when they get there. For now, live in the North Valley, I'm Stephen Sarabi with Arizona's family.
Ron Filipkowski
The next story I'm going to share with you involves a mother of eight who's charged ICE agents with sexually abusing her and sexually abusing people. The very next day, she was deported. Play this clip.
Reporter/Journalist
A Northern California woman who recently filed a civil lawsuit accusing an ICE cock contractor of sexual harassment has now been deported.
Ron Filipkowski
And now her attorneys are questioning the timing. KCRA 3's Andrea Flores is here with what we've learned tonight.
Reporter/Journalist
Her lawyers are telling us her civil case will move forward, and they're hoping to bring her back to the United States. Sylvia Reyna Mendoza is a mother of eight who has lived in the US for nearly 40 years. We spoke with two of her children last week after she filed a civil lawsuit in Sacramento County. Reina Mendoza was in the country illegally. Her status required her to be monitored by BI Incorporated, which contracts with ice. Now, according to the lawsuit, her specialist, Luis Ruiz, sent her sexually explicit text messages and videos. Now, the lawsuit says when she reported that behavior to a supervisor, no action was taken. Our story aired on Thursday night, night. And her lawyer says she was deported by Friday morning.
Ron Filipkowski
It's obviously very, very suspicious because.
Protester/Community Member
All.
Ron Filipkowski
Along, the defendants that we are suing have been working very hard to cover up the sexual harassment. We're still investigating this. We want all the facts to come out, and we want the individuals who have harmed her to be brought to justice.
Reporter/Journalist
Her immigration attorneys believe she was illegally deported, claiming she had an emergency stay on her case. We did reach out to federal immigration officials, and we have not yet heard back. Meantime, the company, BI Incorporated, says it takes all allegations of sexual harassment very seriously and will thoroughly investigate all of those complaints. I guess people may be wondering, though, how this affects the case now that she's been deported. What does that mean for the lawsuit? Yeah, that's a great question. Of course, the attorneys are vowing that this case will continue even if she has to be part of these proceedings virtually since she is not here in the United States. The defendants have not yet filed a response in the case yet, but we will keep following the story while all.
Ron Filipkowski
Of this is taking place. The ringleader, the war criminal Kristi Noem, had the following to say when she was asked if American citizens are being targeted as well and people here legally. Play this clip.
Kristi Noem
There's no American citizens have been arrested or detained. We focus on those that are here illegally. And anything that you would hear or report that would be different than that is simply not true. In false reporting.
Ron Filipkowski
And in response to Illinois Governor Pritzker asking her, please, on Halloween weekend, can you not terrorize our communities just let our kids have a little bit of rest. Kristi Noem, almost the way Putin says that he's trying to denote very similar. You know how Putin says he's trying to denazify Ukraine. That's why they had a kidnapping, kidnapped tens of thousands of Ukrainian children because they were protecting the children, is what Putin said when they were kidnapping, sexually torturing the children. Kristi Noem is saying over here that she's just protecting the children. This is about protection and the kids need to be tortured for their own protection. Kristi Noem says. Here, play this clip Quick final question.
Reporter/Journalist
Following up on Chicago, because I know that there are a lot of Chicagoans talking about this right now because there is a lot of ICE activity obviously in that city. And you are making the case, obviously.
Protester/Community Member
Rightly so, but the governor has asked.
Reporter/Journalist
You specifically to pause immigration enforcement operations in that city.
Kristi Noem
So he says.
Reporter/Journalist
So he says that kids can safely celebrate Halloween. Do you have any plans to alter.
Kristi Noem
Activity tomorrow on that day?
Reporter/Journalist
No.
Kristi Noem
We're going to be out on the street streets in full force and increase our activities to make sure kids are safe. Every day in Chicago, we're arresting murderers, child pedophiles, those who have perpetuated assault and pornography against children. We're going to be out there to make sure that they can be safe, enjoy the holidays, spend some time with their families and their neighbors and their communities. And they don't have to be the victim of a crime because of these illegal aliens that are in our country victimizing them.
Ron Filipkowski
Well, there you have it, folks. We need you to share this with as many people please, when this video and send this to anybody. You know, they need to see what's really happening in the United States of America right now. And these videos are chronicling this time period where Donald Trump has basically turned the United States into a fascist country. And we need to stand, the resistance needs to be strong. This episode, hosted by the Meiselas brothers, delves into a series of disturbing incidents involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents under the Trump administration. The main theme centers on the escalation of aggressive and violent ICE operations across the country over the Halloween holiday, particularly targeting immigrants and even U.S. citizens, as caught on camera and widely shared on social media. The hosts allege that these actions reflect an evolving "war zone" approach akin to fascist regimes, and call for urgent attention and resistance to what they characterize as attacks on democracy and humanity.
"Donald Trump is turning our peaceful cities, communities and towns into absolute, absolute war zones so he can create a pretext to further invade with the United States military, the most despicable and vile individual in the history of the United States."

The tone is urgent, indignant, and at times incendiary, warning listeners of the severity of the ongoing crisis and likening ICE tactics to those of fascist regimes. Throughout the episode, the hosts urge listeners to "share this video with as many people as you can," positioning spreading awareness as an act of resistance against authoritarianism.
"Part of [the resistance] is getting out the info and the data. So please get this out to as many people as you can."
In this charged episode, the MeidasTouch team documents and discusses a rapid intensification of ICE activities across the U.S. over Halloween, presenting graphic and disturbing evidence of family separations, violence, and abuse—much of it caught on camera. The hosts frame these actions as a descent into authoritarian rule, openly accusing Trump and officials like Kristi Noem of using immigration enforcement as a pretext for widespread civil rights abuses. Through eyewitness accounts, footage summaries, and analysis from legal experts, the episode drives home a call to action: share these stories widely to resist the normalization of such government overreach and to protect the fabric of American democracy.
