This one's a little bit more uplifting because while I'm going to show Donald Trump's Gestapo caught on camera doing heinous and despicable things, and it's going to be hard to watch, I'm going to start this video by showing the uprising of we the People. I want to show you how people in Washington, D.C. are responding against the Trump regime. I want to show you how people at Alligator Alcatraz are responding to the Trump regime's torture of human beings in concentration camps, mocking them as they say, oh, they should be thrown to alligators to have their bodies ripped apart. I want to show you people like nurses who have come together, standing outside of hospitals to say, we stand with migrants. We stand with our community. How dare you Trump regime engage in this conduct? So let's go through some of the videos. The first video I want to show you is the large crowd chasing law enforcement out of Columbia Heights, a neighborhood in Washington, D.C. ice, go home. People chanted. Watch what happened here. Now, dozens of healthcare workers rallied outside a federal plaza to demand ICE out of medical facilities. Take a look right here. As these medical professionals said, stop using our hospitals. Every detention center around the country. We know that conditions are inhumane. We know that people are literally dying. We know that people are being harmed. We know that medications are being withheld. And so we are demanding that healthcare providers independent of dhs, be allowed access to assess and provide care and referral as needed, since we know repeatedly that DHS just lie. All our patients. All our patients. So I wanted to start with that, but now I want to share with you some videos. Again, do not look away. I need you to share these videos and let people know, for example, what took place here. This is in Santa Clarita, California, very close to where I'm from, ICE snatching a teenager or off his bike in broad daylight. They just leave the bike where it fell on the sidewalk. His mom walked by 20 minutes later to see it lying there. That's the only way she found out that her son had been disappeared. Witnesses said he was casually pedaling when masked agents forced him to the ground, handcuffed him and took him away in an unmarked car. Now, no information has yet been released about where he's currently being detained or why he was arrested in the first place, other than he had brown skin. The incident took place in a suburban neighborhood within Santa Clarita, California. Play this clip now in the next clip I'm about to share with you. ICE detained a six year old girl separated from her teenage brother who they locked up thousands of miles away. Agents grabbed the little girl along with her mother and teenage brother at a routine check in at immigration court. She appears to be the youngest student detained by ICE thus far in New York City, but ICE is looking to attack younger and younger girls. That's what Donald Trump wants him to do. Um, Dyra, a student at the Jose Peralta School of Dreamers in Queens, and her mother are in a detention facility now nearly 2,000 miles away in Texas. Her older brother was separated and taken to a detention facility in New Jersey. Folks, this is entirely unacceptable. This is fascism. This is what the Nazis did and we're seeing it happen in the United States. Let's play it.

Detained earlier this week, after the mother appeared for what was supposed to be a routine immigration hearing in lower Manhattan, Adi Guajardo spoke with the girl's brother, who says it's been a painful experience. A pink glitter sign reading mom and a play kitchen with toys are a reminder of the three family members who left for an immigration court hearing and never returned home.

The violence that they have experienced in Ecuador. Mariposa Benitez, a founder of mitlali, a grassroots organization working with migrants, says on Tuesday, ICE agents detained Martha and her two children at 26 Federal Plaza. One of Martha's sons, who lives in Queens and requested we not share his image or name out of fear, says he felt destroyed when he found out his mom, his 6 year old sister Dyra, and his 19 year old brother Manuel were detained. He says he really misses his mom. Benitez says Martha and Dyra are now at an ICE detention center in Dilly, Texas. Emmanuel was transferred to the Delaney Hall Detention Facility in Newark, New Jersey. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and the impact of family separation on their mental health is something that they will not be able to recover from in many years to come. The Department of Homeland Security released a statement writing in part, martha and her children entered the US illegally in December of 2022 and wrote, quote, they have all received final orders of removal from an immigration judge. Martha's boyfriend says he spoke with her recently and says she's afraid of being deported and of the gangs in danger back home. Dyrah is believed to be among the youngest students detained by ICE in New York City. Martha's son says he feels helpless and the most painful part is not knowing when he'll be reun reunited with the rest of his family again. Martha's loved ones are calling for the family's reunion and release. I'm Addie Guajardo, CBS News, New York.

It's the third time this same exact car wash has been targeted. The US citizen said. I remember I thought I was going to die. Agents shot tear gas at him, tackled him to the ground. You can hear him yelling out, I can't breathe. I can't breathe. As they pinned him to the ground and beat him, try to beat him to death. He insists he did not salt anyone and video approves it. Isaac Dominguez explained that he clearly pump fake throwing a water bottle, but he didn't actually do it. This is the third time the car wash has been targeted. Let's play this clip. And tonight he's calling out those federal agents for violating civil rights. Tonight, the man ICE agents are seen arresting at an Anaheim car wash in this video, speaking out after walking free just hours later. I remember, I remember thinking I was gonna die. 33 year old Isaac Dominguez admitting he did fake throw a bottle at federal agents while they were conducting their operation Saturday, which he believes made him a target. I did pump fake the bottle and the agent then pointed me out, out of the whole crowd, right? And chased me. This video shows several federal agents trying to detain Dominguez and shooting off tear gas. In it, you can hear Dominguez calling for air. Dominguez maintains he was not attacking the agents. They were saying that I assaulted a federal agent, but after going over the video, I hadn't assaulted anybody.

This is the third time federal agents have descended on the Euclid hand car wash in anaheim. The first two times, on July 3 and July 8, management says ICE agents took a total of six of its employees. But this time, management says they didn't detain any. Only Dominguez, who does not work at the car wash and is an American citizen.

I just, I had to do something about it. Once in custody, Dominguez says he was taken to a holding point in Santa Ana, then released after about six hours with no paperwork, no court date, and no word on potential charges filed. But Dominguez says he did walk away with a new perspective. I knew the risk even in being there. I'm never going to Blame anyone else. That's why I don't have an extravagant story for you. I believe that I was put in that position. I put myself in that position.

Now, we have been reaching out to DHS over the last two days to find out more about this Anaheim car wash ICE raid and to get clarity on why Dominguez was taken into custody. We have not yet heard back. Now, you may have seen this next clip before. We've highlighted it in another video. But here's. There's another angle of Ricardo Chavez, who's legally allowed to be here. He has a legal work permit. ICE smashed the windshield of a Connecticut man, Ricardo Chavez, who had a legal work permit. They chased him, they tased him and shoved him, bleeding, into an unmarked car. As he was bleeding out, despite demanding a warrant and explaining his daughters were right there. They just had to bring his papers. They took him anyway. They left his wrecked truck in the street for his daughter to deal with. More than a dozen dozen ICE agents had set up at a local police station until they were kicked out by the local police chief. Take a look right here of what happened to Ricardo Chavez.
