So the Trump regime is now claiming that the Epstein list does not exist. On Sunday night, Axios got their hands on a DOJ memo which claims there was never Epstein list, that Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex trafficker, did not keep a list that he used to blackmail powerful rich men. And they also claim in this DOJ memo that there is no evidence that Jeffrey Epstein was murdered or that anything happened to Jeffrey Epstein other than he died by suicide. And we all know that the DOJ and the FBI are made up of people who had been saying for years that this Epstein list was going to expose everything. But of course, it seems that they are covering up for Donald Trump, who would be all over the Epstein files. So here's the headline from Axios Exclusive DOJ FBI conclude Epstein had no client list, committed suicide, died by suicide. But what about from February 21, 2025, when Attorney General Pam Bond says the Epstein client list was, quote, sitting on my desk right now, which he was reviewing along with the JFK and MLK file. So the Epstein list went from sitting on Pam Bondi's desk right now in February to, quote, there's no list in just a few months. The official White house account Rapid Response 47 back on February 21, 2025, posted this fox the DOJ may releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen? PAM bondi, it's sitting on my desk right now to review that's been a directive by President Trump. That's from the official rapid response account of the White House. Here was Pam Bondi in February saying that the client list was on her desk. So you can hear it and see for yourself. The DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen?
Pam Bondi
It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president from all of these agencies.

So, so have you seen anything that you said? Oh my gosh, not yet. Okay, well, we'll check back with you. Now we have the Midas Touch network were able to get the first interview with with Alex Eisenstadt, the reporter from Axios who got this incredible exclusive. Here's what Alex told us. Let's play this clip.
Alex Eisenstadt
Hello, Alex Eisenstadt from Axios here tonight at Axios, we have an exclusive report. The DOJ says it has no evidence to suggest that disgraced financier, convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein kept a client list, blackmailed any of his clients or that he was murdered. We have obtained a memo that was written by the DOJ and the FBI explaining these findings. Further, the FBI and the DOJ are releasing video footage from out that it says is from outside Jeffrey Epstein's jail cell cell the night he was killed. The FBI and the DOJ have released this footage in two different versions. One is in raw footage version, the other is in sort of enhanced version. They say that this footage and it can be viewed yourself, that it shows that there was no one that murdered Jeffrey Epstein when he was killed in 2019. So that's the reporting that we have tonight up on Axios. This is a really interesting thing for a couple of different reasons. One, the FBI is led by Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, and before they were at the FBI, both of them were really important conservative influencers, MAGA type influencers, activists and people who were very aggressive in terms of promoting the idea that there was some broader Epstein related conspiracy. Now that they're in government, they've tamped down a lot of how they speak when it comes to Epstein. They're now throwing cold water on the idea that there was ever such a conspiracy. Another reason why this is interesting is because a lot of the people who have propagated this idea that there was a conspiracy are actually in Trump's orbit beyond just Bongino and Patel. A lot of the conspiracy theories have emanated from sort of the more right leaning part of the Internet. And now you have the Trump administration kind of pushing back on that and saying, no, there's no evidence of a conspiracy.
Host
Now do you all remember back in, was it February where the MAGA influencers all went to the White House and they were holding up the binders that said the Epstein files, phase one. Remember that there were going to be multiple phases and they all said, here's the list, we've got the list. And it wasn't the list, it was just a call list of Epstein. By the way, which Donald Trump's name was on. We shouldn't forget what Elon Musk said in the past few weeks. Remember what Elon Musk wrote? Time to drop the really big bomb. Real Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day. Djt. Mark this post for the future. The truth will come out. Well, here we are right now in the future and the Trump regime seems to be suppressing these files. And as I've said before, we know that Donald Trump is on all of the files that have been released to date. He's on Epstein's flight log at least seven times. Trump is in the depositions of Epstein sex trafficking victims. For example, there's a deposition where a victim says that she was with Epstein on the plane and Epstein said, let's go to Atlantic City. And then Epstein called Donald Trump in her presence. Also we know that Donald Trump is identified as DOE 174 in the Epstein civil cases, in other cases. And so if we wanted to get the Epstein files with Trump's information, we would say produce the records relating to Doe 174, who's Donald Trump. Also at the Ghislaine Maxwell criminal trial, she was the sex trafficker for Epstein. There was a woman, someone who's now a woman at the time was a girl, 14 years old, and said that Ghislaine and Epstein introduced her to Donald Trump when she was 14 years old and a girl. We also know that Virginia Giuffre, who died by suicide, was trafficked from Mar A Lago. She was homeless, she got a job in Mar A Lago when she was underage. And then Ghislaine found her at Mar a Lago, brought her to Epstein to give Epstein a massage. And then that, that led to the sex trafficking of Virginia Jewelry Frey. After that, after then she was sexually assaulted and then she was sex trafficked by Epstein, but she was found at Mar a Lago. And of course, Donald Trump said Epstein's a great guy who likes women on the younger side. I mean, here we have this video of Donald Trump partying with Epstein. So you can just see for yourself. I mean, here, this speaks volumes. Let's play it. We're gonna get great ratings in your show.
Donald Trump
Trump is surrounded by women as music blares in the background. After a while, meanwhile, Trump goes to greet three new guests. Among them the financier Jeffrey Epstein, more than a decade before his guilty plea on state prostitution charges. Later in the footage, Trump is seen talking to Epstein and another man as women are dancing in front of them. Trump alternates between dancing and pointing out women to Epstein and the other man and telling Epstein about the camera.
Host
Though.
Donald Trump
Exactly what they say is difficult to understand. As they discuss the women and their appearances, Trump gestures to one and appears to say to Epstein, look at her back there, she's hot. And then Trump says something else into Epstein's ear that makes him double over with laughter. But as the president and says now he never liked Epstein.
Host
Okay, then. You may remember what Cash Patel said a little bit longer than a month ago regarding the Epstein files. He said the reason that it's being delayed is that they need to get it out in the right format. Remember this? Let's play this clip. The other thing on the Internet is the Epstein files.
Odoo Representative
What's the answer to that? The answer to that is the same as everything else. I'm not going to withhold information from the American public ever. But I'm also not going to rush to get it out there in a format in which they can't rely on it. So on the Epstein matter, any other matters, we are diligently working on that. And it takes time to go through years of investigations, years of political maneuvering and years of COVID up to get the American people what they deserve. And that's what I'm going to give them on everything.
Host
Yeah. Now, do you remember when Donald Trump was still campaigning and he was asked by Fox if he would release the Epstein list? Remember how terrified he looked? Let's play this clip.
Narrator
Would you declassify the 911 files?
Host
Yeah.
Donald Trump
Would you declassified JFK files?
Host
Yeah, I did. I did a lot of it.
Donald Trump
Would you declassify the Epstein files?
Host
Yeah, yeah, I would. Yes, I would. I think that looks less so because, you know, you don't know. You don't want to affect people's lives if it's phony stuff in there. Because there's a lot of phony stuff with that whole world. But I think I would. Now, let's also not forget a few weeks back, what Pam Bondi said about the Epstein client list. This was about two or three months ago. Here's what she said. Play this clip.
Pam Bondi
I was briefed on that yesterday. I can't talk about that publicly, but, you know, President Trump is given a very strong directive, and that's gonna be followed.
Odoo Representative
Wow.
Host
Okay.
Pam Bondi
So a lot of documents.
Host
Yeah. Okay. All right.
Odoo Representative
So people can expect actual movement on this. It's not just empty promises.
Pam Bondi
Oh, Donald Trump doesn't make empty promises. I think. Promises made, promises kept.
Host
Now, you'll also recall that I exclusively interviewed Democratic Congressmember Dan Goldman in mid May, where he was calling out Pam Bondi for stonewalling the release of the Epstein files. Here's what he told me. Play this clip.
Dan Goldman
And so there was a mad dash and a big rush to release everything, and everyone was talking about it. And now there's radio silence. And the begs the question, why has the Attorney General gone dark on this? Why has Congresswoman Luna and others stopped calling for it? What is it that's in the Epstein files that they were so eager to have that now are just not being released according to the Attorney General's promises of transparency, but are still there, and there's no explanation? And the concern I have, of course, is we know Donald Trump had a friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. We know Jeffrey Epstein had numerous numbers for Donald Trump. And the question then is, was this some sort of directive from Donald Trump or someone on his staff or an agent of his, to the Attorney General to kill this? And that would be yet another pretty egregious act of corruption, using his position as President for his own personal benefit. It is incumbent upon the Republicans currently in the majority to do their damn job, do their job, and conduct oversight over the President of the United States. Stop sucking up to him so much.
Host
And then, of course, back on March 4, 2025, Bondi said that there was a truckload of evidence relating to the Epstein case. And then we should also not forget that was it a few months ago as well. Bondi then tried to blame the sdny, Southern District of New York prosecutors and DOJ and FBI there for not turning over the files. Here's what she had to say. I want to get into this Epstein thing a little bit. I think the American people are very curious about who's on this list or these lists. You have been doggedly trying to get all the information and now we learn, thanks to you, that you've been stonewalled.
Alex Eisenstadt
By people in New York.
Host
Do you want to explain that?
Pam Bondi
Yes, Mark. So, as you know, we released about 120 pages of documents. And I started asking for these documents right when I came into office and before Kash Patel was in there. So I ended up getting about 120 pages. We carefully redacted them, of course, to be sure that 254 young girls, women who are victims of sex crimes and sex trafficking, their personal information was redacted and out of there to protect them. So I'm going through it and I kept saying, there has to be more. There has to be more. I'm assured that's it. Cash ask the same questions, assured there's no more. Last I found out, you know, this week that a source told me, New York, sdny, they're sitting on thousands of pages of documents regarding Epstein. Thousands, thousands. And of course, you've seen the very strong letter. We will get everything. We will have it in our possession. We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury information and confidential witnesses. But the American people have a right to know. And Donald Trump is the most transparent president in our nation's history. So not only will America get the full Epstein files, they will get jfk, they will get Martin Luther King.
Host
So, folks, a lot of information right there to process. But the Trump regime and the DOJ saying the Epstein files do not exist, never existed. Epstein never blackmailed powerful men who were also involved in the sex trafficking ring. That's what they're going with right now after saying they were going to release the files. Summary of "Trump DOJ Makes Shock Claim About Trump’s Dark Past" Episode of The MeidasTouch Podcast
Release Date: July 7, 2025
In this gripping episode of The MeidasTouch Podcast, hosted by the MeidasTouch Network's trio—Ben, Brett, and Jordy Meiselas—the brothers delve into a contentious and explosive topic: the Trump Department of Justice's (DOJ) recent claim regarding former President Donald Trump's alleged connections to Jeffrey Epstein's shadowy past.
The episode kicks off with the host addressing a bombshell revelation from the DOJ. According to a memo obtained by Axios, the DOJ asserts that there was no "Epstein list"—a supposed compilation of Jeffrey Epstein's high-profile acquaintances used for blackmailing powerful men. Additionally, the DOJ contends that Epstein's death was a suicide, dismissing theories of foul play.
Host [03:58]: "The Trump regime is now claiming that the Epstein list does not exist... they are covering up for Donald Trump, who would be all over the Epstein files."
This statement sets the tone for the episode, highlighting the tension between previous assertions and the DOJ's latest stance.
A pivotal moment in the episode is the exclusive interview with Alex Eisenstadt, an Axios reporter who broke the story. Eisenstadt provides an in-depth analysis of the DOJ and FBI's memo, shedding light on their findings and the implications for ongoing conspiracy theories.
Alex Eisenstadt [06:45]: "The DOJ says it has no evidence to suggest that Jeffrey Epstein kept a client list, blackmailed any of his clients, or that he was murdered."
Eisenstadt further explores the shift in tone from key figures like Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, former conservative influencers now holding significant positions within the FBI and DOJ. Their transition from promoting Epstein-related conspiracy theories to refuting them adds complexity to the narrative.
Alex Eisenstadt [06:45]: "The FBI is led by Cash Patel, Dan Bongino... they are now throwing cold water on the idea that there was ever such a conspiracy."
The discussion intensifies as the podcast revisits Donald Trump's documented interactions with Jeffrey Epstein. The hosts reference multiple instances where Trump and Epstein were seen together, emphasizing Trump's involvement in Epstein's social circles.
Host [09:13]: "Donald Trump is on all of the files that have been released to date. He's on Epstein's flight log at least seven times."
The episode features a clip of Trump at a party with Epstein, highlighting their camaraderie and Trump's remarks about Epstein's affinity for younger women.
Donald Trump [11:56]: (In a party setting) "Look at her back there, she's hot." (laughs)
Former Attorney General Pam Bondi is scrutinized for her contradictory statements regarding the Epstein files. Initially, Bondi claimed that the client list was under review at her desk, but recent memos from the DOJ suggest otherwise.
Pam Bondi [06:09]: "It's sitting on my desk right now to review... that's been a directive by President Trump."
However, Bondi later downplays the existence of extensive documents, attributing delays to the need for proper formatting and redactions to protect sensitive information.
Pam Bondi [13:14]: "We released about 120 pages of documents... there's a truckload of evidence relating to the Epstein case."
The podcast features an exclusive interview with Democratic Congressmember Dan Goldman, who criticizes Bondi for allegedly stonewalling the release of the Epstein files. Goldman accuses the Attorney General of succumbing to pressure from the Trump administration.
Dan Goldman [15:05]: "Was this some sort of directive from Donald Trump... to kill this? That would be yet another pretty egregious act of corruption."
Goldman calls on Republican leaders to uphold oversight responsibilities, emphasizing the need for transparency and accountability.
The episode also touches upon public figures like Elon Musk, who previously hinted at Trump's involvement in the Epstein files, and the broader societal implications of the DOJ's claims. The hosts discuss how these revelations are reshaping narratives around Trump and Epstein.
Wrapping up the episode, the hosts encourage listeners to engage with the content, share their thoughts, and support the MeidasTouch Network by subscribing. They hint at the ongoing investigation and the potential for more revelations as the story unfolds.
Host [18:35]: "But the Trump regime and the DOJ saying the Epstein files do not exist... Tell me what you think. Hit subscribe."
DOJ's Stance: The DOJ claims there is no evidence of an Epstein client list or foul play in Epstein's death, contradicting previous statements and fueling speculation about a cover-up.
Trump's Connections: Historical ties between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein are underscored, with multiple instances of their interactions suggesting a close relationship.
Pam Bondi's Role: Former Attorney General Pam Bondi's conflicting statements about the Epstein files raise questions about transparency and possible interference from higher authorities.
Political Accountability: Democratic figures like Dan Goldman are urging Republican leaders to conduct thorough oversight to prevent potential corruption and ensure the integrity of governmental processes.
Public Engagement: The podcast emphasizes the importance of public awareness and encourages listeners to stay informed and involved in the ongoing discourse surrounding the Epstein investigation.
