I start off this video with what I just shared right there. That's in Zaprezia, Ukraine where there was another night of ballistic missiles and drone strikes on innocent people living in Ukraine. We all remember that Donald Trump promised that on day one he would bring peace to Ukraine. Donald Trump is an utter liar. We also saw strikes against schools and other other buildings throughout Kyiv and throughout other cities in Ukraine. It should also be noted that there were massive strikes throughout Gaza City by Israel. I think the death toll of Palestinians since the ceasefire it's like approaching 100 or so Palestinians 40 plus children dying since the ceasefire, getting killed by bombs by Israel. You have Hamas saying that it's not disarming. You have Benjamin Netanyahu and Smutrich in Israel saying they don't support a two state solution. Smutrich is saying they should build more settlements in the west bank and in Gaza. So I know Donald Trump likes to spike the football, but I want to remind us what's really going on and I know there's a lot of distractions taking place. I want to remind something that happened yesterday as sanctions were lifted on a Putin backed autocrat after lobbying by Trump allies Giuliani Flynn, Laura Loomer and high priced lobbyists. I'm not sure if those are considered the high priced lobbyists got Donald Trump to remove sanctions and remove other restrictions on a Serbian, you can call him politician. I would say Putin bootlicker. Milorad Dodic and interesting timing right here on Octo 28th the foreign minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov met with Dodec and then we saw what happened two days later. While all this is going on, Donald Trump is posting the following South Carrara do do do. This is what he's posting on his social media. And then it's pretty alarming that when Donald Trump's posting South Carara ra and then he posts we're doing nuclear testing again that we are going to be testing nuclear bombs throughout the world. This is what Donald Trump says he post the following late last night. The United States has more nuclear weapons than any other country. This was accomplished including a complete update and renovation of existing weapons. During my first term in office because of the tremendous destructive power. I hated to do it but had no choice. Russia is second and China is a distant third but will be even within five years because of other countries testing programs. I have instructed the Department of War to start testing our nuclear weapons on an equal basis. That process will begin immediately. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Donald J. Trump. As Tom Nichols writes, nothing in here is correct. Russia's stockpile is larger than ours by a small margin. Trump did not create a larger stockpile by updating in his first term no nation except North Korea has tested actual nuclear weapons since the 1990s. John Ridge talks about how a resumption of nuclear testing would be an absolute cataclysmic cell phone. It would enable China to immediately resume testing as well as begin closing the technological gap and nuclear weapons. Russia is also much better postured to remove testing than we are. You know, Donald Trump made that post right before his meeting with Xi Jinping. Xi Jinping looked very uninterested in even seeing Donald Trump. And really the whole point of this meeting right now was Donald Trump having now to beg Xi Jinping to reopen China's markets to American soybean farmers and to also beg China to remove certain price controls and export controls on rare earth materials. And it just should be noted, noted that these were problems that Donald Trump created, and he wants to spike the football. Like, look at the deal that I got. You put us in this position. China was not putting these export controls anywhere near the level it is right now under former President Biden. And our soybean farmers were selling to China under former President Biden. So Trump creates the mess. He creates the problem. And then he's like, I got the rare earths back, back in line. I got the. I got China to agree to open up their markets to our soybean farmers. One, we don't even know if that's true. There's no signed deal. But, dude, you. You created the problem. This wasn't a. This was not a problem under Biden. Like, you created the problem. You're the arsonist, and now you want to pretend to be the firefighter. I mean, that's so very Trumpy. And then they push out with their propaganda network, Fox, they're like, did you see how Donald Trump shook Xi Jinping's hand? That was strong. I mean, Trump looked weak and pathetic. And the dynamic of it was Trump begging Xi Jinping to do something that Xi Jinping did to retaliate against Donald Trump imposing tariffs on China. Like, this didn't happen under Biden. And now Trump's like, look what I did. You created the problem. But here's how they were talking about it on Fox. Play this clip.
Zoe
This is an America first agenda. This is what we voted for. Strong foreign policy. And you even see the way he's shaking his hand. President Trump has control of that room. And I have a lot of confidence in this meeting.
Political Commentator
So the one thing that we know, I guess, that Donald Trump says happened is that Trump says he's cutting the fentanyl tariff on China to 10%. Okay, you're cutting the fentanyl. Did they agree to stop sending fentanyl into the United States? We don't know any about that, but okay, you've cut the fentanyl tariff, Donald. And then Trump says he reached a rare earth deal with Beijing. Okay, well, if you reached a rare earth deal, Trump goes. Rare earth issue has been settled, the President said, adding that it's a one year agreement that will be negotiated every year. Okay, first off, I'm not sure how that benefits the United. How does that benefit the United States? If China has the power every year to turn off and impose export controls on rare earth minerals every year, Trump has to go back and beg. Right. That's the very nature of that. To the extent that's even real about what's about what's happening and what does that mean you settled the rare earths issue? Like, do you even know what the rare earths issue is? I mean, instead, Donald Trump wants to. On a scale of 1 to 10, my meeting with Xi Jinping was a 12. Okay? Just like you got 1600% discounts in health care costs and prescription drug prices. Your meeting was a 12. Why would it be a 12 even if you do everything that you say you did? Okay, I'm going to play this clip in a second. That all you did was return to a status quo that existed under former President Biden before you screwed it up. I mean, at best, that's what you're taking credit for. Here's where he says he got a 12 out of 10. Here, play this clip.
Interviewer
We're going to issue a statement on some of the details. But overall, I guess on the scale from 0 to 10 with 10 being the best, I would say the meeting was a 12. I think it was a 12.
Political Commentator
Now, a reporter asked Donald Trump, did Israel give you a heads up before they bombed Gaza and is it still a ceasefire? Listen to what Trump says. Play this clip.
Zoe
Did Israel give you a heads up.
Senator Elizabeth Warren
Before they bombed bombed Gaza and is it still a ceasefire?
Interviewer
If they're stopping, it is. No, they had a sniper and one of their soldiers were killed and they did retribution. So we'll see. But yeah, it is ceasefire. It's, it's back to seas.
Political Commentator
By the way, even Marjorie Taylor Greene says the following. This is from Marjorie Taylor Green. She goes. Israel's military said Wednesday that the ceasefire was back on in Gaza after it killed 104 people, including 46 children, according to local health officials. 46 children. Are these not war crimes? How are we even calling this a ceasefire? Right, How I'm glad the hostages will return, but how are we calling this a cease fire? But the media called it a historic peace deal. How could you have a peace deal if you don't even address the two state solution factor? In any event, a reporter asked Donald Trump, why are you posting about nuclear testing here?
Trade Nominee
Play this clip about resuming nuclear testing.
Zoe
What prompted you to do that right before the meeting?
Interviewer
It had to do with others. They seem to all be nuclear testing. Russia, we have more nuclear weapons than anybody. We don't do testing and we've halted it years, many years ago. But with others doing testing, I think it's appropriate that we do also. Any details around the testing, sir, like where, when it'll be announced, you know, we have test sites.
Political Commentator
It'll be an is Nicholas Kristoff wrote the following for the New York Times. He goes My new column argues that Trump bungled his trade war with China, leaving Xi Jinping in a significantly stronger position. And I worry that G, sensing our weakness and vulnerability on rare earths, will push the US and others to compromise on Taiwan, human rights and other issues. So Trump may crow about his deal making skills after a summer with G, but it seems he's looking to. It seems like he took a tariff to a knife fight with predictable results. And just think about the dynamic that I told you. Just assume every year they have to go back and beg China to deal with rare earths. He gave up all of the leverage. Oh, and by the way, what happened to the TikTok deal? We don't talk about that anymore. I'll tell you, he doesn't want to talk about what they're doing right now. And I'll leave you with this. The White House ballroom contractors, they're like taking down their websites and social media footprints because people have been issuing negative reviews about them and they're scared. So all of those contractors who destroyed the east wing, and we saw their logos displayed right, they want to hide their involvement. So this one company, EAI Roloff, a Maryland based hauling company, now advises visitors to its homepage that its site is undergoing routine maintenance. When it was up before, you'll recall last week you had that red and charcoal gray truck bearing the EAI logo and that phone number that was there and they're shutting all that down. You also had photographers last week capture that heavy equipment leveling the East Wing. Ececo A seco, a Maryland based demolition company, they've shut their website down when it was up just you know, a few weeks back. And then there's McRear Architects, the lead design firm. They also saying that they're also taking down their website as well. And so you had all of these people involved, now they wanna hide. Well you should have thought about that before frickin destroying the east wing of the White House. Because your companies will forever now be attached to the demolition of the east wing and in my view engaging in heinous, heinous behavior. Let me leave you all with with this. Senator Sanders yesterday articulating how the Trump regime is using starvation to try to pull, you know, what they're trying to do with the shutdown is starve people to death by not extending the SNAP benefits when there's funds right now in the contingency fund. There's enough SNAP funds right now to make sure everybody's fed for a long time, but they refuse to go into that right now. Let me just show you what Bernie Sanders says. Play this clip.
Senator Bernie Sanders
And now what brings us here today in an absolutely unbelievable way, President Trump is refusing to release the $5 billion in emergency funding for SNAP that helps feed 16 million kids. And that is a direct violation of the law. He is prepared to let millions and millions of children and their parents and grandchildren go hungry because he sees maybe there is a political gain in that. Let there be no mistake. And that is what this statement is about. This is on the US Department of Agriculture website. Until very recently, the president is legally obligated to use this emergency fund. And up until last week, last week, his administration was preparing to do that. We are here today to send a very loud and a very clear message to President Trump. Obey the law. I know that's a hard concept for the president, but obey the law. Do what Congress mandated you do. Do not let children in America and their parents and grandchildren go hungry. Do not go down as the first president in history to manufacture a hunger crisis in the richest country on earth. Release these funds.
Political Commentator
Now, I just want you to think about it, right, because you, you have the United States government giving a $40 billion bailout to Argentina and refusing to tap into a $6 billion contingency fund to extend SNAP for 42 million Americans. So I'll leave you with that right, 42 million Americans will starve while Argentina gets $40 billion in a bailout from the United States. Now, similarly, 20 million Americans lose health care while have their health care ripped away while Argentina gets $40 billion. You have Elizabeth Warren asking Trump's trade nominee yesterday point blank, is Argentina bailout a betrayal of US Farmers? Let me leave you with this. This is Senator Elizabeth Warren. Play this clip.
Senator Elizabeth Warren
It's an easy question. I'm asking you if you agree with American soybean farmers themselves, whose interests you are supposed to represent in this job. And they are ringing the alarm about their own economic livelihoods, surging farm bankruptcies, soybean farmers losing access to key markets when we prop up these competitors. So I just don't understand. If you can't acknowledge that there is a problem here, how do you represent American soybean farmers?
Trade Nominee
Thank you, Senator Warren, in my role as the assistant USTR for Agriculture, and if confirmed as the chief agricultural negotiator, I will have the interests of US Farmers and ranchers.
Senator Elizabeth Warren
Can you acknowledge that there is a serious problem right now for those soybean farmers.
Trade Nominee
Our current negotiations are making good on the promise to US Farmers and ranchers to reset our trade relationships.
Senator Elizabeth Warren
So I'm sorry, you can't even acknowledge that our American soybeans farmers are having trouble right now? Is that what you're telling me? You're just going to sit there and say, nope, we're working China.
Trade Nominee
China's weaponization of agriculture has absolutely harmed US Soybean farmers.
Senator Elizabeth Warren
And so farmers, farmers are in trouble because China quit buying from them. Because who is China buying from right now? What's, what's that country China's purchasing? Is China buying soybeans from right now? What's the name of that country?
Trade Nominee
China.
Senator Elizabeth Warren
What is the name of the country China is buying soybeans from right now?
Trade Nominee
China is purchasing Latin American soybeans as of this morning.
Senator Elizabeth Warren
What is the name of the country they are buying soybeans from? If you can't answer that question, I don't see how you can represent American soybean farmers.
