Trump is having a disastrous Friday morning. He is panicking in public. He is posting things like this. It would be 1929 all over again. A great Depression. He puts it all in caps. If they were going to rule against wealth, strength and the power of America, they should have done it a long time ago. Donald Trump right now is threatening the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, which is going to be ruling shortly on whether or not Donald Trump's tariffs against the world are unlawful. And Donald Trump is saying, if the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals rules against me, the United States is going to face a massive Great depression worse than 1929. It's going to be horrible. I was going to make everybody so rich. But it's that Federal Circuit Court of Appeals that's going to screw over America, everybody. I mean, this is what he's posting in all caps this morning. Donald Trump realizes that it's more likely than not the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals will rule against him because his tariffs against the world without congressional approval is patently unlawful. And Donald Trump is looking to scapegoat anyone, any source other than himself, for the horrific economic conditions that are now taking place. So you have that occurring, and then you also have Donald Trump's Treasury Secretary and Commerce Secretary and others saying, hey, everybody, now that we're tanking the economy, maybe interest rates can drop. Won't that be great for billionaires? I can't make this stuff up. And as Donald Trump continues to panic in the morning, he's announced an open investigation, criminal investigation, into New York Attorney General Letitia James. Before, they were exploring whether or not an investigation would take place or threaten one. But now an investigation is open. And the reason for the investigation, I mean, is that Donald Trump is a complete and utter maniac who is only seeking retribution for his own crimes, for his own fraud, for his own past behavior. But what the DOJ is saying is that she opened up these cases against Donald Trump and they were so unfair. So we're going to criminally investigate her. Donald Trump lost the civil fraud case and owes what, $500 million or so, over $300 million for you know what, for making up numbers on his properties over the years for fraudulent financial valuations. You know how now he goes, oh, Japan's going to give us $550 billion. The MIDD. The Middle east gave us $17 trillion. The EU, they paid me a signing bonus already of $750 billion. Yeah, that's what Donald Trump did with his businesses. Mar A Lago is worth $2 billion, but I've reported that it was only worth $26 million, so I didn't have to pay taxes. And my other Trump property, it's actually worth a billion dollars, but I've only said it was worth $50 million, so I didn't have to pay taxes and stuff like that. Also, as Donald Trump continues to panic this morning, one of the things he goes, he's losing a lot of his supporters. Tariff rebate checks. I'm gonna make you so rich. Cause we're making so much money off of tariffs, taxing ourselves, passing it on to the consumer. I'm gonna give you tariff rebates, everybody. Hey, Donald, where are those Doge dividend checks that you promised? Oh, we've moved on to the next part of the Ponzi scheme from Doge dividend checks. Look the other way. I've got tariff rebate checks. You just go back and you watch Donald Trump over the years, you, he would come up with schemes like I give you money.com and just most of Donald Trump's businesses went bankrupt. I just want you to think about that. Bankruptcy after bankruptcy regarding casinos. On his SEC disclosure, he has to list all of his bankruptcies and failed businesses. If the Guinness Book of World Records kept a award for who's the worst business person? I think Donald Trump would be at the top. But he is a pernicious con man who has defrauded people his entire life. So here's the message as he's panicking and talking about Great Depressions. By the way, can you just imagine if former President Biden or Obama were posting in all caps if the court rules against me? Great depression for the country. Here's what Donald Trump is emailing to his supporters. Subject line. They really hope you don't open this, Ben. They really hope you don't want to read this email. The DC elites are fighting tooth and nail to stop any potential tariff bonus Revenue rebates. They want to spend it on their liberal pet projects. No wonder they don't want you having it. But they'll never see this coming. If we can get 1 million responses and donations to this email, there's absolutely no way the swampy establishment can drown us out. First off, Donald, you control the executive branch and you control Congress, okay? And the right wing Supreme Court has given you mostly all that you wanted by staying district court orders. Um, so now you're saying that it's these DC elites, they're the ones who are stopping the tariff rebate bonuses that you want to get out. But if you can get a million donations from your supporters, then maybe the swamp will never see it coming. Everybody, like, do we all realize what a pathetic human being this is? It pains me, and I will never understand how anybody could read what I've just been reading to you and go, hmm, this guy's got a good point here. The swampy Swampies, they're the ones keeping away the tariff rebate checks for me. I'm just gonna forget about the Doge dividend checks. I'm gonna forget about all his other lies. It's the swampy Swampies, everybody. Oh. And they're the ones who are preventing the Epstein files from getting out. Our dear leader, Donald, wants transparency. I mean, come on, how could anybody possibly believe this crap? And then Donald Trump's other email was. Please confirm receipt of this email. This is a test from Trump. I want to make sure my emails are getting through. If so, please respond. And then you click it and, like, it makes you donate money to him. Please respond, everybody. I don't think he's tricking a lot of people. I could be naive. Fox interviewed people who are really worried about the economy. Here's what's going on at the Ohio, at the Iowa State Fair. People are worried about their finances. Play this clip. Grocery prices. I'm retired now, so I don't have to. I'm not working anymore, so I have to watch my bucks a little closer.

And as this account, Maine explains. How is this real life? Donald Trump yesterday, waddling around the White House looking sickly, cognitively dysfunctional, holding up charts. He doesn't even know what the charts actually say. But he's trying to make the point that all the job numbers are rigged and all the bad economic data is rigged. So he just walks around with charts and he's like, you like this chart? Do you like this chart? Do you like this chart? What about this chart here, play this clip.

This one chart really says it better than anything. If you look at this. This is great. But this chart is pretty amazing right here. All new number.

Let's talk about the real facts, folks. Stagflation is coming to the United States. I think it's here already. Surging inflation, rising, unemployment, GDP getting lower. That stagflation for you folks, that is what is happening right now. If you speak to anyone who runs a business, the tariffs and the uncertainty around it, Donald Trump's attacks on business. Donald Trump's arbitrary, capricious, reckless behavior is anathema to business. It's crushing and killing businesses. If you just look as well at the share of the consumer price index items that are rising faster than 4%, it's ticked up recently. As Carl Quintanilla explains, It's near 40%. Hat tip to Kevin Gordon for that as well. It's near 40% of all things. Inflation's up above 4%. That's the direction where this is heading. Everyone's like, oh, well, we haven't seen inflation yet with all of the tariffs we have. First off, we have. Prices are up. I don't know what world you're living in, but the world I live in, when I go to grocery stores and when I go shopping, things are significantly more expensive. So I don't know what world you live in. But also now is when all of the stuff that Donald Trump did is taking effect. So we are seeing it month by month and we're going to see it now for the next several years that that's what's going to happen. And as Donald Trump severs relationships across the world that we're trying to be cultivated. I mean, we're seeing, I've done lots of videos on this, but we're seeing other world alliances form. Prime Minister Modi of India will announcing, yes, we'll be visiting China for the first time in over seven years. That meeting is confirmed. Trump's ire against India is mystifying and shortsighted. India will now distance itself from the US and draw closer to Russia and even China. I agree with that. That's from a Bloomberg piece. India had been planning to send its Defense Minister, Rajnath Singh to Washington in the coming weeks for an announcement on some of the purchases, on military purchases and war weapon purchases that has been canceled as well. And there's very little evidence that foreign exporters to the US Are reducing their prices. And that's an indication that foreign exporters realize that US Businesses and eventually consumers that are bearing the brunt of that are in. Consumers that are the ones who will be bearing the brunt of this tariff induced inflation. That's from CBS News right here as well. And then I just wanted to show you this because this is who this vile Trump family is. And as I've always said, all of the stuff that I believe I reported on should never be this is a red issue or a blue issue or a purple issue or a Democrat issue or Republican issue. I'm just letting you know the objective facts. Right versus wrong, good versus evil. Right. It is wrong and evil for Donald Trump to cover up the Epstein files and then release Ghislaine Maxwell to a minimum security facility. Waive the requirement that sex traffickers cannot be at this facility that's right by the Texas A and M campus and then offer her use immunity and potentially pardoner that that's evil, that that's bad behavior. And then you have Donald Trump's son, Don Jr. Who runs all of these. Like, uh, he's, he's now, you know, grifting and making all of this money and. And things adjacent to what his dad, what his dad's job. But then you have Don Jr yesterday posting on Instagram a photo of his dad on the roof of the White House throwing a green penis at female basketball players who are playing below the White House. And you go, oh, well, he's just being funny. It's not funny. There's no, you know, Donald Trump says he was being funny and sarcastic when he said he would end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours or when he would end the war in Gaza. That was sarcastic. That was a joke. Y' all are in very serious positions, and that comes with great responsibility. There's times and place we could have humor. Go to a comedy show, that's funny. You're around the dinner table and people are telling jokes. It's not funny when you have the President of the United States in real life on a roof, like earlier this week, pointing around saying, I paid for all of this. This is my money. I paid for all this. This is my money. What are you doing up there, sir? What are you doing up there, sir? He goes, I'm building weapons. What? Nuclear weapons on the roof. You're building what? Nuclear weapons. And the reporters were all like, he's saying, oh, he's building nuclear weapons. Okay, first off, as I've said, it's like you're viewing him like he's the gorilla at the Los Angeles Zoo. He smiled at me. Look at the gorilla. He went out with his little kids. He smiled at me. Okay, first off, that's ridiculous. Trump was really on the roof. Why are you posting as the family in the presidency, photographs of Donald Trump throwing green penises at female basketball players playing below him? It's not funny. It's not humorous to me. I don't get the joke. I think it's low class. I think it's. I just think it's gross. I think it's gross. And to me, that's not even a political point. They're just. They're gross, grifting, freaking people. And that's what it kind of comes down to me more than the. I wouldn't want these people to be around my family. Why would I want them to be leaders in this country? It's ridiculous. Anyway, hit subscribe. Let me know what you think. Let's get to 6 million subscribers.

The episode combines sharp political analysis with the brothers' characteristic banter, aiming to inform and engage their audience—the MeidasMighty—on critical issues affecting democracy and American society.
The episode opens with a Political Commentator addressing Trump's alarming behavior on a recent Friday morning:
[00:29] Political Commentator: "Donald Trump is having a disastrous Friday morning. He is panicking in public... If the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals rules against me, the United States is going to face a massive Great Depression worse than 1929."
Trump's aggressive rhetoric centers around his impending legal battles, particularly concerning his tariffs:
[00:29] "Donald Trump right now is threatening the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, which is going to be ruling shortly on whether or not Donald Trump's tariffs against the world are unlawful."
The commentator emphasizes Trump's strategy of scapegoating institutions rather than taking responsibility for economic challenges:
[02:15] Political Commentator: "Donald Trump is looking to scapegoat anyone, any source other than himself, for the horrific economic conditions that are now taking place."
The discussion shifts to Trump's actions against legal figures probing his affairs. The commentator criticizes Trump's move to initiate an open investigation into New York Attorney General Letitia James:
[04:50] Political Commentator: "Donald Trump has announced an open investigation, criminal investigation, into New York Attorney General Letitia James... Donald Trump is a complete and utter maniac who is only seeking retribution for his own crimes, for his own fraud, for his own past behavior."
Highlighting Trump's financial misconduct, the commentator references his losses in civil fraud cases and inflated property valuations:
[05:30] "Donald Trump lost the civil fraud case and owes what, $500 million or so, over $300 million for... fraudulent financial valuations."
A significant portion of the episode focuses on the economic repercussions of Trump's policies, particularly tariffs, leading to stagflation—a combination of stagnant economic growth and high inflation:
[09:45] Political Commentator: "Stagflation is coming to the United States. I think it's here already. Surging inflation, rising unemployment, GDP getting lower."
The commentator explains how tariffs have adversely affected both businesses and consumers:
[10:20] "The tariffs and the uncertainty around it, Donald Trump's attacks on business... are crushing and killing businesses."
Referencing data, the commentator notes the rise in consumer price index items:
[11:10] "If you look as well at the share of the consumer price index items that are rising faster than 4%, it's ticked up recently. It's near 40%."
The episode also examines Trump's impact on international alliances, illustrating how his antagonistic stance has alienated key partners:
[12:45] Political Commentator: "As Donald Trump severs relationships across the world... Prime Minister Modi of India will be visiting China for the first time in over seven years."
The fallout from canceled military purchases further strains U.S. relations:
[13:30] "India had been planning to send its Defense Minister, Rajnath Singh to Washington... for an announcement on some of the purchases... that have been canceled as well."
The brothers address Trump's personal behavior, portraying it as unbecoming of a national leader:
[14:00] Political Commentator: "Donald Trump was really on the roof... pointing around saying, I paid for all of this. This is my money."
A particularly jarring incident cited involves Trump’s son, Don Jr., engaging in inappropriate behavior:
[14:45] "Donald Trump's son, Don Jr., posted on Instagram a photo of his dad on the roof of the White House throwing a green penis at female basketball players... I think it's gross."
The commentator criticizes Trump's inability to balance humor with presidential responsibilities:
[15:10] "He smiled at me. Look at the gorilla. He went out with his little kids. That's ridiculous."
The episode highlights the public's concern over economic instability and Trump's erratic leadership:
[07:14] News Reporter: "On the employment side, I have a hard time finding employees for my apartment... letting go hundreds of people."
The commentators discuss how Trump's actions have eroded trust among his supporters and the general populace:
[09:00] Political Commentator: "Everyone's like, oh, we haven't seen inflation yet with all of the tariffs we have... things are significantly more expensive."
Economic Decline: Trump's tariff policies have contributed to rising inflation and stagnating economic growth, leading to concerns over stagflation.
Legal and Ethical Issues: Ongoing legal battles and accusations of financial fraud paint a troubling picture of Trump's business and political practices.
International Isolation: Trump's antagonistic approach has strained key international relationships, potentially undermining global alliances.
Public Conduct: Instances of inappropriate behavior and erratic leadership style have further damaged Trump's credibility and public image.
Media Critique: The MeidasTouch Network emphasizes the importance of holding leaders accountable, advocating for transparency and ethical governance.
