Book now@verbo.com Donald Trump's little ball that he wanted to throw for the crown prince of Saudi Arabia was ruined when Donald Trump was shocked with the news that not a single Republican in the Senate would object to the unanimous consent motion put forward by Democrats to release the Epstein files. Donald Trump was promised pinky promised by MAGA Mike Johnson that the Republicans in the Senate were going to block the release of the Epstein Files and the Republicans did not come through. Donald Trump thought they were going to put in poison pills into the resolution. When it reached the Senate, they didn't do it. The Senate passed the resolution, and now it's going to head to Donald Trump's desk as soon as MAGA Mike transmits it to the Senate, which I'm sure he's going to try to delay and obstruct for a little bit. It should have already been done. So now the question is, Donald, what are you going to do? Are you going to try to veto it? Are you going to try to delay it? The walls are closing in, and it's ultimate karma, right? This couldn't have happened on a better day when Donald Trump brings in the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, who Donald Trump's family is doing personal business deals to enrich the Trump Organization. They've got a $63 billion project they're getting involved in with the private investment fund of Saudi Arabia in the Middle east. And Kushner is involved in making all this money from the Saudis. So as the Crown Prince is there and Donald Trump wants show him, look at all my gold. Look at all of my gold. You have the Epstein file vote, which passes in overwhelming fashion in the House of Representatives. And then the Senate did not object to the unanimous consent motion. And this moved faster than Donald Trump's worst nightmare. Take a look at Donald Trump, just even the way he physically looks at this ballroom. You've got Don Jr. They're all dressed up. They're all living lavish lives and having caviar and the finest steak on the taxpayer dime while the American people suffer. But lingering in the background is the sound of accountability is coming. Accountability is coming as winter is coming. So Donald Trump, you know, he's trying to post away throughout the day. He's like, investment in AI is helping to make the US Economy the hottest in the world. But overregulation by the states is threatening to undermine this major growth engine. Notice how quick he turns it and blames the states. We were doing so good, but then all of a sudden, the states, they were the ones who screwed this all up. What we're learning about right now, and what many people have suspected, is that the AI economy that's inflating the rest of our economy, which is not doing good. There's 23, 24 states are currently in recessionary territory. Most economic sectors are in recession territory. But you have these AI companies that keep on announcing, doing deals with each other, and it keeps on pumping up the market. Until recently. Like, one of the things we learned is that Oracle is already underwater on its $300 billion Open AI deal. Since it was announced on September 10 that it was doing a $300 billion deal with Open AI, its stock has shed $315 billion in market value. Or as Governor Newsom says to Donald Trump, quiet, piggy. Quiet, piggy. And I love that Governor Newsom is bullying the crap out of Donald Trump because Trump thinks he's a tough guy. And that's how he refers to female reporters now, by calling him piggy and saying that he doesn't like their attitude and he wants their terrible people. Right. That's what he said to the female reporter yesterday who asked him, don't you feel it's, like, obvious conflict of interest that your family is doing business with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia and you're giving him F35 technology and nuclear technology apology? And he's like, be quiet, you be quiet, you. Where are you from? You're a terrible person. You're a terrible person. I mean, utterly despicable. Let's just show you some of the headlines regarding Donald Trump in the past 24 hours. NBC writes lame duck Trump inside Trump losing his grip on the Republican Party. Wall Street Journal, Trump's grip on the Republicans show first signs of slipping. Politico. Seven signs. Trump is losing his groove Fortune Trump lame duck status as affordability. And Epstein threatened to derail his tenure. And it's thanks to you for keeping the pressure up and making sure accountability and transparency is brought to this fascist regime. Just take a look at what some of the podcasters on the right wing and MAGA podcasters and just other podcasters are saying in general. Here's what Tim Dillon is saying, that this is the end of the Trump administration as he knows it. Play this clip.
E
It seems to not be doing anything good for anyone. This, this is the end of the Trump administration. This is the beginning of the lame duck presidency. It's obvious to everyone, even his most ardent, ardent supporters show up to the White House. Like Laura Ingram. She's kind of shocked, going, what the hell's going on? Now we'll start, you know, three years of talking about the ballroom. He will trail off. He will get older. He's going to, he's, he's adorned the White House in gold. Epstein's gonna suck the oxygen out of a lot of this. We're gonna talk about that a little.
B
Later on and just take a look right here as well as this latest poll, CNN poll about Americans. Do they feel that the economy is better or worse under Donald Trump. Overwhelmingly, overwhelmingly, people say worse, worse or had no effect. But at least 61% say things are much worse under Donald Trump. Play this clip.
D
Americans are clearly showing in public opinion polls at other places that they are not feeling the golden age of affordability that the president is speaking of. A CNN poll this month found 61% of Americans said that they thought President Trump's policies have worsened economic conditions in the country. And let's take a look while we're at it at market futures ahead of opening bell. We will get there. You go pointing down slightly right now.
B
And I'll just share with you a story that many Americans are facing right now. Like this is a couple that was looking for that was able to get health insurance thanks to the Affordable Care act subsidies. But now their premiums are jumping from $7,000 a year to $27,000 a year, just as we warned. Just as Democrats warned. Here, play this clip.
A
One that's not viable. It certainly can't be done.
F
This is your shock absorption.
G
Deb Dophany's is among those facing sticker shock as she and her husband try to get health insurance. They used to buy coverage for themselves and their employees at Bicycle east in Glastonbury, but it just became too expensive. Then the federal government offered subsidies under the Affordable Care act. So the Dauphinesses bought insurance through excess help. But if those tax credits expire, Dauphine says their premiums jump from $7,000 a year as a couple to 27,000 for plans that also carry a $6,500 deductible for each of them. If they reach that $40,000 total, Dauphiness says that's almost half their income.
A
Our option at this point looks to be simply being uninsured and taking the risk.
B
But while all of that's taking place, you had Donald Trump at his ball with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia. And again, the irony isn't lost that it was announced right around that time that the Senate would not object to the unanimous consent motion put on the table by the Democrats. But Donald Trump was there and he's like, we're going to announce tonight that the Saudis are deemed to be a major ally of the United States. There'll be, even though they're not part of NATO, we're going to treat them as close as though they were a NATO nation. That's what you're doing with the Saudis as they're doing business with your family. And then you defended MBS over American intelligence and said that Khashoggi was the journalist who was killed by MBS in Saudi Arabia, was a controversial figure. And you refused to allow our press to ask Khashoggi about the brutal murder of mbs, to ask him questions about the brutal murder of Khashoggi. Here, play this clip of what Donald Trump said, though, that he he was pleased to announce that we're taking on Saudi Arabia as a major ally. Play this clip.
A
And we want to keep it that way. So that's why tonight I'm pleased to announce that we are taking our military cooperation to even greater heights by formally designating Saudi Arabia as a major non NATO ally, which is something that is very important to them. And I'm just telling you now for the first time because I wanted to keep a little secret for tonight. I just heard him say, oh, that's nice. That's another point you won today. But and signing a historic strategic defense agreement, which we just signed a little while ago. So congratulations. It's out there.
B
Then. The way Donald Trump refers to the situation in Gaza right now, he goes, it's a little bit messy. It's a little bit messy. That's how you refer to the situation as just a little bit messy. How disgusting. Here, play this clip.
A
Things that happened to end the war in Gaza. Gaza, while it looks a little bit messy, it has for many, many years, I will tell you, many decades. But it's getting very close to being perfected and people are shocked. And even the great experts that have gone around criticizing badly every country and every president and everything, they're all saying that what's taking place in the Middle east is a miracle.
B
While all of that was taking place, you had people like Jim Jordan and MAGA Mike panicking on the House floor. Here's what Jim Jordan had to say. Let's play this clip right.
H
Get the truth, go after Trump, put it in. Same dynamic at work here. We're all for protecting innocent victims. We're all for exposing the bad guys who did bad things. But this is obsession with the left. For 10 years, it's going after President Trump. So vote yes. Make sure the bad guys are held accountable. We all want to do that. Speaker Johnson's right. I think it's going to be unanimous. But understand what they're doing because they had four years and didn't do a darn thing with that. I yield back.
B
Khashoggi's wife actually went on CNN and she was asked about Donald Trump's statements that Khashoggi was a controversial figure and that we should believe the Saudi intelligence over our own intelligence and ignore the fact that MBS killed Khashoggi and that Saudi Arabia was behind 9 11. But here play this clip. I'm wondering what your reaction was when you heard President Trump today asked about your husband's murder, calling him controversial and defending the man that US Intelligence says was directly involved in his murder. What was your response?
F
I was disappointed for two reasons. First, to kind of stopping a journalist to do her job by asking, and this reminds me some of a country in Middle east which we don't like to see this practice here in US and second, and to describe Jamal in such a way is not true. It's not related to Jamal. And kind of justifying the crime by presenting Jamal this way and saying he's controversial and some people does not like him, which has happened with every human being, does not mean to kidnap him, torture him and to take his life away. And Jamal was not this person has been described today. It was upsetting for me, I have to say. It was upsetting.
B
Yeah. Almost like blaming a victim for what happened to him, you know. And finally, in cities across the United States right now, Americans are reeling from prices surging like Donald Trump can claim as much as he wants from lavish ballrooms that prices are going down. They're not like, listen to this story about Memphis shoppers who share concerns that Americans across the country do about high grocery prices. Here, play this game. What are you seeing happening with prices today?
D
Oh, they sky high. I mean, even just in a short period of time, the produce has gone up. Everything has gone up. And, you know, I have a stable job. And some, you know, a lot of days I'm really thinking hard about what I'm purchasing. I'm buying more store brands and if it's not on sale and if I don't have a coupon, I'm really loathe to buy it unless it's something I really need or want.
A
It's worrisome. I don't know. Do they ever go down? Once they go up, do they ever go down?
B

Hosts: Ben, Brett, and Jordy Meiselas
This episode dissects what the Meiselas brothers call “the full collapse” of Donald Trump’s political and personal standing after a humiliating defeat in the Senate regarding the release of the Epstein Files. The hosts blend incisive political analysis with their signature banter, highlighting how a sequence of events—including bipartisan Senate action, economic woes, public polling, and Trump's entanglements with Saudi Arabia—has produced Trump’s “worst nightmare.” The episode emphasizes accountability, transparency, and the consequences of political and ethical hypocrisy.
