Donald Trump continues to spiral out of control on this Monday morning. Here are just some of the headlines that are apparently getting under his skin. And he's lashing out, attacking people who work in air traffic control and saying that if you didn't work for free during the government shutdown, you're, you're now on one of Donald Trump's lists and he's going to go after you. But just take a look at some of these headlines from Monday morning. This is page one. In Austin, labor pains hope is fizzling. You see Texas Latinos who voted for Trump are regretting that vote. You're seeing Latino day workers in Austin are saying all of President Trump's promises are unfulfilled. And you're seeing people in general talking about a horrific labor market. We don't even have the Bureau of Labor Statistics data about how many jobs were lost last month. Could be as much as 153,000 jobs that were lost, according to some private reporting data. But we know the labor market is absolutely abysmal. Consumer confidence and economic expectations at some of their lowest levels in United States history. Some other headlines from this morning. Democrats reveal whistleblower details of Ghislaine Maxwell's prison luxuries. So we've now got additional emails, data that comes from Camp Brian, the minimum security facility where Ghislaine Maxwell was moved to, against Bureau of Prison rules because you can't have convicted sex traffickers in minimum security facilities. Here are the new documents that the Democrats and the House Judiciary got. Documents and whistleblower information that Maxwell is receiving special favors and benefits unavailable to other inmates. The warden at the prison is like delivering meals directly to Ghislaine. Um, she has access to a service puppy. She gets after hours private exercise areas just for herself. She has meals personally delivered to her. Um, and then you also have private meetings with visitors arranged by the warden, complete with snacks. The guests were allowed to bring computers, which Democratic Congress member and ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee for the Democrats says. Raskin writes, this is an unprecedented action that risked Maxwell having unmonitored communications with the outside world. Donald Trump is treating a convicted child sex trafficker better than he is 99% of Americans. He treats her like his oligarch buds. She's part of the club, right? She comes from a very wealthy, fraudulent family. This is how she's treated by the Trump regime. So with all of this being outed, with this data coming out, here's what Donald Trump posts this morning. He writes, all air traffic controllers must get Back to work now. Exclamation point. Anyone who doesn't will be substantially docked. For those air traffic controllers who were great patriots and didn't take any time off for the Democrat shutdown hoax, I will be recommending a bonus of $10,000 per person for distinguished service to our country. But for those that did nothing but complain and took time off, even though everyone knew they would be paid in full shortly into the future, I. I'm not happy with you. You didn't step up to help the USA against fake Democrat attack that was only meant to hurt our country. You will have a negative mark, at least in my mind, against your record. If you want to leave service in the near future, please do not hesitate to do so. With no payment or severance of any kind. You will be quickly replaced by true patriots who will do a better job on the brand new state of the art equipment that the best in the world that we are in the process of ordering. So where are you going to find these 20 to 30 year air traffic control veterans with lots of experience? Where do you think they exist? And who the hell would want to work there? If this is how you treat employees via threats on social media, I mean how again despicable is that behavior? That's why you can't make a deal with, with this fascist, with this maniac. I don't know how many times I need to repeat this to weak Democrats who always capitulate talking to those eight specifically, but I'm just speaking in general as well. You can't make a deal with this maniac. We are not living in normal times. We are living in times where we have ice, Gestapo, disappearing people off the street, shooting chemical weapons and at freaking children and kidnapping kids and throwing families in concentration camps. You don't negotiate. There's nothing to negotiate with. You fight for the people. You stand on business and you stand firm. When it comes to healthcare, when it comes to education, when it comes to people's pay, when it comes to people's civil rights, when it comes to equality, when it comes to the environment, you stand up, you use every lever of power that you had. There's no negotiating with terrorists, there's no negotiating with fascists. I mean, you know, I'll tell you about this story, for example, just one of the myriad of stories in the Trump regime that very rarely gets covered. But take a look at this one. Trump approves a pardon for an ex officer convicted in a Chinese government plot. So what happened here was a guy named Michael McMahon, a retired cop named was an Chinese agent to intimidate Chinese families for the ccp to try to get people who the CCP viewed as fugitives to return to China. And this retired cop would go around threaten and harass families on behalf of the CCP. He was convicted beyond a reasonable doubt, sentenced to 18 months. But because he attended a Trump event and said that he was full maga, he gets a pardon. That's just any other day. How about this one right here? In the final hours of Trump's first term, a violent felon used his family ties to Trump's son in law to receive a deal of a lifetime. Trump commuted the man's 10 year prison sentence. All he had to do was ensure he remained free was to stay out of trouble. But according to prosecutors, the man, Jonathan Braun, later sexually assaulted a nanny, swung an IV pole at a nurse, threatened a congregant at a synagogue, and made usurious loans to struggling small businesses. One of the themes with these people who Trump pardons and who are in this MAGA orbit, sexual assault, sex trafficking, over and over again. Like how about this example right here? A different individual, not to be confused with the individual I just mentioned right there. A guy by the name of John Benuelos of Illinois who was accused of Illinois, who was accused of firing a gun while amid the riotous mob on January 6, he became a fugitive and he was just found again after he was wanted for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault in Utah. Like all these people, these like Jan Sixers, a lot of them, aggravated sexual assault, child sex trafficking. I mean a lot of them have been recidivism, have recidivism on these types of charges. And by the way, you know, one of the thing too with one of the things too with like these eight Democrats folding in the Senate on the day where Donald Trump was booed at the commander's game. People hate this guy. In what world are you freaking living in? I mean, just to remind everybody, here was another angle that our friends at the Courier got of Trump being flipped off and booed by thousands at the NFL game. Play this clip.

And I mean just, there's every reason to boo this guy. Even just the little, the little things. I mean, when we talk about inflation surging, I mean just I'll give you this data point right here and it's a silly data point, but I could give you a million examples like this Italian pasta is poised to disappear from American grocery grocery shelves. Doesn't even. Italy's not going to send us pasta anymore. Because when you add up the various tariffs and other punitive measures by the Trump regime, it's basically 100% import duties on Italian pasta. And so the combined tariffs are among the steepest of any product targeted by the Trump administration. And I know it's like a silly thing like Ben, there's a lot bigger things than talking about Italian pasta. But it's just an example of in all of these aspects, Trump uses government to like take things away from people and like harm people's lives. And can you imagine if former President Biden did like any of this crap, any of it on any day? I was having a conversation, someone on my trial travels and I we were talking about, and this was someone who was alive during the Nixon era, very famous civil rights lawyer. And I was speaking to him and he said this is the worst he's ever seen anything by far. It's not even close. And I said, that's obvious. I said Watergate happens every single day. Under this Trump regime before 9am Before I make this video on the West Coast, Trump's done like eight water gates every single day at this point. And by the way, don't take my word for it. How about former Vice President Pence's chief of staff, Mark Short? Here's what he posted this morning. The President's current economic strategies, price controls, worldwide tariffs, state owned enterprises, instructing the DOJ to go after meatpackers. Trump's own economic advisers say we're entering a recession. It's time to replace his economic team and start over. And again, I'm just giving you what Mark Short, Pence right wing chief of staff has to say. I'll do a longer video on this this morning. But here's MAGA Mike Johnson refusing to take questions as reporters ask him if he would bring the ACA extension, the Affordable Care act subsidy extensions to the floor. Play this clip. Hey, and, and finally do the right thing and help us to bring an end to the pain of the American people. This has gone on too long. Too many people have suffered and it's long overdue. That's the update I wanted to give you this morning.

Thanks so much. And finally, I just have to show this to you because it's incomprehensible to me and it gets more incomprehensible and disgusting by the day when I see some of these people who were part of that group of eight that sided with the Republicans, like this guy Angus King, I mean, he identifies as an independent but caucuses with the Democrats. And he was asked, well, why did you do this? Like why did you side with the Republicans here after not getting any guarantees on healthcare? And he lit, I'll play with play for you what he says. But he goes, well, standing up to Donald Trump basically as we were doing, wasn't working. So we have to adapt our strategy and we had to figure out what we can do in order to gain something from. What are you talking about? It was epically working. It was a hundred percent. What do you think Tuesday was about? The American people were standing firm. We understood. We're not stupid. We understand the sacrifices that have to be made to stand up to a fascist regime. We get it, we understand. And people who were suffering were understanding and getting it that it was just gonna, the suffering would just be made worse if we didn't stand up. And then you did this. You're actually prolonging the people suffering. And this just shows how out of touch you are from the sentiment of how people actually feel out there. Every time I watch this, it frustrates me more. But I just want you to see it. Here, play this clip.

Well, Joe, you have to go back to what the strategy was at the beginning of the shutdown. There were two goals, both of which I support. One was standing up to Donald Trump. The other was getting some resolution on the ACA premium tax credit issue. The problem was the shutdown wasn't accomplishing either goals. And there was practically, well, there was zero likelihood that it was going to. In terms of standing up to Donald Trump. The shutdown actually gave him more power. Exhibit A being what he's done with with SNAP and SNAP benefits across the country. Oh, by the way, Joe, you're going to love this. Guess who's getting paid during the shutdown? Not, not, not the park rangers or air traffic controllers. The ICE agents. Under special law, under that big awful bill that they passed last summer, the ICE agents are being paid. Nobody else is. So standing up to Donald Trump didn't work. It actually gave him more power.
