Donald Trump just gave what was clearly the worst Memorial Day speech in presidential history. He mocked our service members who made the ultimate sacrifice. And he tried to, like, do jokes during his speech. And he said, I don't see a lot of Donalds at Arlington National Cemetery. And he tried to, like, get laughs out of the crowd. It's Memorial Day. What are you doing? And then he messed up the name of the first individual he was talking about and called him Christ man. Here, play this clip by the name
A
of Private Christ Mann, Private William Henry Christman of Pennsylvania, who died as 19 years old. He was a great young man, they say beside him are more than 18,000 other young men named William. Over 20,000 named John, over 13,000 named James, joined over time by Isaac Elijah Earls, Hanks Helens, Juan's Margarets, Marius Donnells, not too many. And others whose names tell the true story of American greatness.
B
And greatness it is then Donald Trump kind of demeaned the sacrifice of the 13 service members who died during his catastrophic and unlawful war in Iran. And he was saying, look, it was only 13, and that's less than other wars out there. And look how successful I've been in my wars.
A
Me, me, me, me, me.
B
This isn't about you, Donald. This is Memorial Day. This is about those who made the ultimate sacrifice to our country. And here, play this clip.
A
In two wars recently, we've lost a total of 13 service members in Venezuela, which was a complete and total victory where we're working very closely with the Venezuela government right now. We took that over in one day. We lost no one. In Operation Epic Fury, we lost 13 wonderful souls, wonderful special people. These incredible men and women gave their lives to ensure that the world's number one state sponsor of terror will never have a nuclear weapon. Oh, and they won't. They will never have a nuclear weapon. I'm sure you. I'm sure you know that.
B
Then before Donald Trump gave his speech, he started once again falling asleep while others were talking. Here, play this clip. This day began as Decoration Day, when widows and orphans and other mourners placed flowers and ribbons on some 20,000 graves. He struggled to read the teleprompter throughout this speech. He couldn't read the word hallowed and just said, howl. Here, Play this clip right here.

Today, here at Arlington, a very special place that howled burial grounds, battlefields across the country.

And because Donald Trump refused to read the names of the service members who lost their lives in his catastrophe, catastrophic and unlawful war in Iran. Let us do that right here on the Midas Touch Network. Major General John Kleiner. Captain Ariana Savino. Tech Sergeant Ashley B. Pruitt. Captain Seth Kovel. Captain Curtis J. Anth. Tech Sergeant Tyler H. Simmons. Sergeant Benjamin Pennington. Chief Warrant Officer Robert M. Marzon. Major Jeffrey o'. Brien. Sergeant Declan Cody. Sergeant First Class Nicole Amer. Sergeant First Class Noah Tigence. Captain Cody Cork. That's what which you should have done, Donald. Then after this speech, he drove back to the White House, where for reasons that appear unclear, although I think we know what he was doing here, he started inspecting the pillars. And by the way, reporter Kelly Meyer just flagged why Donald Trump was inspecting the pillars. He's going to tear them down. The Washington Post previously reported how the Trump appointed head of a federal arts commission, is proposing to replace the pillars with a more ornate style favored by Donald Trump. Those modern decorative columns, a style known as Corinthian, are considered the most luxurious in classical architecture and appear on buildings such as the U.S. capitol and the Supreme Court. They have long been deployed on Trump's properties, and the president has handpicked them for his planned White House ballroom, too. So Donald Trump now planning to rip down the pillars of the on the White House, and he's inspecting them on Memorial Day. That's where his mind is right now. And while Donald Trump was inspecting the pillars at the White House, take a look at this photo right here. Construction crews are busy setting up the new UFC stage on the White House South Lawn. And in a few weeks, there's going to be a UFC fight at the White House. Look, Americans want healthcare. Americans want to be able to afford things. Americans do not want UFC fights at the White House. Do y' all remember former President Obama when he was doing the White House Correspondents dinner event and he showed what a Trump White House would look like, and it like, literally looks like what Donald Trump is turning the White House into. Now, remember that image right there? Donald Trump goes, this is all Donald Trump was thinking about clearly during his speech, not Memorial Day. He doesn't give a crap about our fallen service members. That was damn obvious from that speech. He's inspecting the pillars. Dude, what is this guy doing here? Play this clip. And then state regime media, which called itself Fox, tried to normalize Donald Trump's behavior and that Donald Trump was referring to Democrats as Democrats. And they read Donald Trump's Memorial Day message was happy Memorial Day, except to the Democrats. Do you know how pathetic you make our nation look when you behave this way every damn day? Here. This is what they were saying on state regime. Let's play this clip. The President has also shared his thoughts on the holiday posting. Earlier today on Truth Social, he said, happy Memorial Day to all, including the Democrats who are disrespectful to our military and all the tremendous success that has had over the last year. God bless those that have made the ultimate sacrifice. I love you all. Not too far from the White House, there's a special parade underway. More posts from Donald Trump. Rather than acknowledge our service members who made the ultimate sacrifice, he makes it about himself. A photo of himself and J.D. vance and Marco Rubio and Hegseth. And then Donald Trump writes, we are in good hands. And it's a photo of them. We are certainly not in good hands in this nation. Then he attacks former President Obama and former President Biden. Biden with weird AI memes where there's photos of them saying let's negotiate. And then there's like a photo of a terrorist which Donald Trump in a racist manner is saying is Iran. They go, I will blow shit up. I will blow shit up. And then Donald Trump in this AI deranged meme goes, I will blow shit up. And then he has the terror scope. Let's negotiate. Really? Cuz that's not what's happening right now. You gave up these straight up Hormuz. You've lost the United States security umbrella for the rest of the world. You've demeaned and alienated our allies quite literally. You couldn't have done it worse even if you tried. More Trump posts about Obama. He hates Obama and Biden. This is what this deranged lunatic is posting all day right now. As I mentioned in the video I made earlier today. Also, Donald Trump is now demanding that all Arab nations join in alliances with Israel or else the United States will not enter into a peace deal with Iran. I kid you not. Donald Trump's post is that Saudi Arabia and Qatar and Pakistan and any Arab nation that has not joined the Abraham Accords to have direct alliances with Israel must join if the United States will make peace with Iran. I mean, after Donald Trump and Netanyahu launched this unlawful and catastrophic war in Iran together, and then Rubio said, we did it because Israel wanted us to do it. Now you're saying the only way the US Gets out of the catastrophic and unlawful war in Iran is if Arab nations that don't want to do any deals with Israel until the genocide in Gaza ends and until the Palestinian state is recognized throughout the entire world that unless these Arab nations make an alliance with Israel, then you won't do a peace. So the American people continue to suffer. I mean, what in the world are we even doing here on this Memorial Day? And then it should also. That was this. That was Donald Trump's social media post. He posted that over and over again. I don't need to keep on reposting that. It's horrific. Uh, and then, just so you see what's going on in the rest of the world right now, like Donald Trump thought that he was special in his trip to China, despite the fact that Xi Jinping looked Donald Trump in the face and talked about America's decline. And Donald Trump just took it. He took it like the pathetic, weak loser that he is. Well, right now in China, while Donald Trump was giving that speech, you had Serbian President Vucic, sometimes referred to in Europe as Little Putin, for his alliance with Putin, he visited China and got his own ceremony with the little children as well, where Xi Jinping showed Vuchist far more respect than he did to Donald Trump. Here, play this clip. You know who's also in China right now? Pakistan. Yeah. As you're demeaning Pakistan and attacking Pakistan, as they are the mediators trying to reach a resolution between the United States and Iran. And as they once again, the same way, the mediator in Oman, the foreign minister of Oman reached a deal in principle between the United States and Iran. And then Donald Trump and Netanyahu bombed Iran in the end of February after a deal was made. Pakistan is now seeing that they're just the new Oman. They reached the deal in principle two days ago. Then all the warmongers and neocons and Netanyahu, all of those things combined, reached out to Donald Trump, said, no way you can do this. And in fact, Israel announced that it was going to be increasing its attacks on Lebanon. Right now, this is what Netanyahu and Defense Minister Katz talked about earlier today In Israel's Channel 14 is reporting that Netanyahu said in a video message he's asking the Israeli military to step on the gas. Even more than saying the war with Hezbollah continues, the IDF has prepared a broad strike plan targeting buildings and infrastructure it claims is used by Hezbollah and is recommending immediate implementation. That's what Channel 14 is saying. Drop site does a good analysis here. The news comes amid what the Israeli outlet describes as a particular difficult month in the northern sector. 11 Israeli soldiers killed mostly by explosive FPV drones, sustained attrition along the confrontation line, and growing anger among northern residents. Senior IDF officers and commanders have also voiced sharp internal criticism that current policy is not generating deterrence. And then also we saw in the past, what, 48 hours, all of those additional medics who were killed by Israel. I showed it in the video earlier this morning as well. In Lebanon. Horror, Horrible, horrible stuff. By the way, here is what's going on right now in China. Here's what Pakistan's president had to say during his trip. Let's play this clip right here are

two iron brother countries and this unique relationship. Is next to none. Your Excellency, last year I witnessed Chinese military prowess at the parade. I was invited there. And that showed the world that under your dynamic leadership, China is not only a world class economic power, it is also a military power meant for progress and peace in the world.
B
That was Pakistan's Prime Minister Sharif right there. And just to remind you what a deranged lunatic Donald Trump is on Memorial Day. This is what Donald Trump previously said about the Medal of Freedom, the civilian medal, being much better than the Congressional Medal of Honor, because the Medal of Honor is for people who are in very bad shape because they've been hit so many times by bullets or they're dead. But when you get the Medal of Freedom, like Miriam Adelson, who gave Donald Trump hundreds of millions of dollars to establish an embassy in Jerusalem, then that's a much better award than winning the than getting an award for actual sacrifice to our nation in the military. Here, play this clip.
A
I have to say, Miriam, I watched Sheldon sitting so proud in the White House when we gave Miriam the Presidential Medal of Freedom. That's the highest award you can get as a civilian. It's the equivalent of the Congressional Medal, Medal of Honor, but civilian version. It's actually much better because everyone gets the Congressional Medal of Honor that soldiers, they're either in very bad shape because they've been hit so many times by bullets or they're dead. She gets it and she's a healthy, beautiful woman and they're rated equal.
B
And finally, I'll just remind you what Donald Trump said on last Memorial Day, where he said grocery prices are down and gas prices are down. Let's play this clip.
A
You've lost 13. We lost in two major wars. We took over Venezuela. We essentially took over Iran. And we've lost, so far, 13 people. Some other somebody else would have lost 100,000 people. Okay? But I get a kick when I look at somebody on television at he's lost 13 people.

The Meiselas brothers break down the speech’s most egregious moments, analyze Trump’s actions at the White House, and discuss the broader political and international ramifications of his behavior. With their trademark banter, the brothers underline the gravity of Trump’s continued disregard for tradition, military sacrifice, and democratic norms.

The Meiselas brothers use this episode to scrutinize Trump’s Memorial Day performance, arguing it epitomizes his consistent disrespect for U.S. service members, democratic institutions, and basic presidential decorum. Their analysis moves between satirical banter and serious concern, weaving in global diplomatic developments to highlight the dangers of Trump’s ongoing influence. For listeners, the message is clear: the United States deserves better leadership that truly honors sacrifice and upholds democracy.
