The Mist Diaries

The Mist Diaries is a variety podcast dedicated to the things I've learned in my life. You will hear stories of my life and how I manage to stay positive throughout them by listening in. So who am I? I'll go by Miss Mist here on the internet. I have served in the United States Navy, became a mother to a high-functioning autistic child, overcame my suicide attempts, and had many more unique experiences. I believe in the power of energy and from time to time my podcasts will include deeper insight into these beliefs. I keep positivity at the forefront of everyday life and therefore, it is my utmost desire that by following me, you may be inspired to live and see through these, metaphorically polarized glasses I wear to perceive my life.
