Foreign. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a special edition of the Money Mondays. I am here with my partner on the man in the arena tour. We are going to dive deep into what normally on the Money Mondays, we go over three core topics. How to make money, how to invest money, how to give away a charity. That's not happening today. We are talking about one thing, one general concept only, which is, why are we filling up an arena with thousands and thousands and thousands of individuals? And then why are we taking it to Miami, Phoenix, Dallas, New York, maybe international? Why are we doing this? Why are we so passionate about it? And I picked the perfect person for it because. Let me give a quick backstory before I let him let loose. The last three years, I've had this idea stuck in my head. You know when you have the notes in your phone, one day I'm gonna do this. One day I'm gonna do this. Well, I had this concept for a man in the arena, and I was sitting on his couch, just got this big mansion in Miami. We're hanging out all day long. My baby's in there, everyone's in there. And all of a sudden, I just look at him like, oh, you're the one. And I didn't give him any context and just clicked in my head and I said, I wanna show you something that's been in my phone. Cause he was about to get back into events. Cause he's throwing events. For the last 13, 14 years, he's coached 70,000 men. And so who better to be the face and representative and the man in the arena for the man in the arena tour than the guy that literally coached 70,000 men over the years? So without further ado. I know I'm very excited and I'm rambling right now. Cause it's. The moment has come. We are not doing a normal podcast today. I want Garrett to just rip for the next 20 minutes about man in the arena, the concept, and why he said yes to me. Garrett White. Jay White. Go for it.
B
All right, so the moment. That was a moment. We had all my girls. I got four. Dan has new baby girl, and Erica. Th. And it was a moment because I had already been, like, I had built the prompt from God for about a year to unify and put something together at a. Like, a bigger scale that would lead to a global experience with men. There's so many people talking about men. There's so many people talking about them. Empowering men at the same time, attacking men. So when Dan, like, presented the idea, like, I was already in before he presented. I didn't know what he was gonna say next. And he said, man, Lorena, a minute. He said. I was like, yeah, yeah. No, that's it. That's the one. So the concept has been simple. This series that we're putting together, this tour is a focus on what I've already been doing for 13 years. But I wanted to, like, do it different. In between what Dan's ideas and my ideas were, it was the unifying concept of coming into the arena was to find a couple things. When you put a group of men together without women in the room. That proximity of purpose by putting only men in the room. Access is a permission slip in a man to be something more than he's ever been willing to be before. We call it the box of mirrors here at Warrior, which is the ability to wrap yourself up with other men who are committed to one fundamental truth, which is the truth. The statement of Wake Up Warrior started as a movement 13 years ago with one idea, which was, stop fucking lying. It's not complicated. Stop fucking lying. It's wild that I could even have a business that is founded in getting men to stop lying. And yet it wasn't just me. There's 26 other men's movements that have sparked off of what Wake up warrior started 13 years ago. So I said, what have we had? And I sat with Dan. I said, what if we put together and we brought 10 to 12 of the top men trainers in the men's space, men who have committed five to 10 years just training men, and we put everyone together inside the arena, and we created an experience for these men that was a unified, collaborative game. We had to have it be a brand that was different than any of the brands. Wake Up Warrior. Lion's Not Sheep, Limitless. The Edge, the standard. They. We are the they. All of these other brands, we had to unify us under a concept which Dan was the orchestrator of, which was man in the arena. Now, this comes from a quote. Talk to us about this, Dan.
A
Why?
B
Why was this quote by Theodore Roosevelt so empowering to you? We've all heard it before. But what. What was it about this particular quote that actually sparked fire in you as a concept A couple years ago?
A
I felt like I was living it the first time I heard it. And, you know, we have different types of businesses and we've lived different types of lives, but all of us have our own different version in our mind of the arena. And mine is business mostly, and charity and that whole realm of it and supporting so many people behind me, on the side of me, in front of me, and people that don't know who I am, strangers that I'm donating for charity. And so I feel like I'm in the arena, and I'm constantly having. Feel like I'm getting attacked left and right. Even though I'm the nice guy in the space, it doesn't matter. You still get attacked. You still go through lawsuits, you still go through fights, you still go through arguments. You still have so much tension goes on while you're fighting in the arena. And so when I heard the speech, like, I've heard it in the past, but then when I heard it a couple years ago, that's when I wrote it down to my phone and just started thinking through the concept of it. And I. You know, there's a lot of guys that have been in the coaching game, but none of it clicked for me.
B
Yeah.
A
And so when I was literally sitting on your couch is that moment. I could feel it. But when I said, you're the one, like, that's literally what I heard in my head, like, you're the one. And the. The concept of man in the arena is so powerful because all of us have that in our own realm. You might be 11 years old and still feel like you're in the arena because you're fighting for your brother who's getting beat up, or you're fighting for your friends at school, or you could be 92 years old and, like, you're fighting for your grandchildren. Everyone has their own version of them being in the arena, but I think you've embodied that more than anyone in history, and so that's why this all came together.
B
And if you look at what Dan's talking about with this idea of being in the arena, the challenge that we live today is the fact that most men live isolated in the arena. So you have men building businesses, building marriages, building families. You have young people now rising up in their late 20s trying to look for examples and role models with everything going on with only fans and the distraction on social media and political chaos, and all this is happening. And men have become more isolated in their little silos than ever before. We've also become addicted to the virtual game, and we listen to podcasts and we watch videos and we go to webinars and we attend virtual events. But there is nothing that replaces the proximity of men in one place. I mean, Operation Black Site with Dan and what they've done, that's not a virtual experience. Wake up, warrior. For 13 years our most powerful experiences were when men gathered. The question is why? Why is it so powerful? One, because where two or more gathered in my name, there I am also. This is a principle biblically where men gather together, grounded in truth. God appears, people are like, well, I'm not Christian or I'm Jewish or I'm Muslim or I'm none of those. It doesn't matter. The power that we're talking about, regardless of what you name it, how you label it, or what book you study to worship this name, it doesn't matter. What matters is the experience of it. See men that come to the arena, men who have been in the arena, you understand what it is to fight, you understand what it is to be attacked, you understand what it is to be betrayed, you understand what it is to be isolated and try to contain all of that in business and then come home and try to show up in some kind of way, either dating or show up in some kind of way as a husband or as a father, and it's fucking chaos. This trifecta of insanity. Those that have chosen to be married, have children and also run a business, you have put yourself in the arena of all arenas, right? Dan knows is now having a baby, like it changes things. And so here we are with all this chaos on the outside, but most of us playing isolated in this, we're trying to be confused about how to raise our teenagers as our girls are being told they might be bull, our boys are being told they might be girls. We've got toxic masculinity, feminism rising, the attack on the modern man. And in this place, the man in the arena tour is not an event. It's the initiation of a war, a revolution and a war, a revival for men to begin to find and reclaim the God given power of dominion that sits inside of all of us. And most of us have lost it. Most men have lost it. They've lost it so deeply and so passionately without even knowing. They become so sedated, even in their success. The hollowness, the loneliness, the dysfunction, the anxiety, the depression. Even men's mental health month gets covered up with lbgtq. Y, X C W to the end of the rainbow. Covered up. Nobody gives a shit. We've told you, shut up, Sit down. Your feelings don't matter. You don't matter. And this message of you don't matter is fucking bullshit. Because without men in the arena, this society doesn't work. And women can chant from the stands all day long, we don't need men. It's fucking lies. And we're watching our women become stressed out, anxious, depressed at levels they've never been because of the rise in their channeling of masculinity from a lie. I don't need men. Meanwhile, men being berated and belittled and put down and told, you don't fucking matter. Man in the arena is a declaration of war. It is a stand for what men are. And it's not just my show or Dan's show. It's a collaboration of some of the top, most powerful men either in the space or supporting the space men who live the arena life. But for most men, and many of you listening to this, you used to be in the arena. You got so fucked up in the arena, you've now joined and become a spectator. You're sitting on the sideline and now you're watching. You're scrolling social media, you're looking at all the guys who are still continuing to fight. I mean, how many times have you been sued?
A
15 for 15.
B
15 times. I just got sued again yesterday. This shit doesn't ever stop. The bigger you get, the more you're getting sued. Like, I already see the train coming. We already anticipate the next lawsuit that's coming. It's all bullshit. But this is part of the game. You either weaponize yourself as a man and you stand in the arena and you keep fighting, or what's your alternative? Quit. And then if you listen to this, you listen to Money Mondays, because you come for a place to find inspiration. You come because Dan is your guy, because of the guests that he brings. But what he and I are putting together and the men supporting this and the 7,000 men that will be in our first stop in Salt Lake City, Utah, May 17, that first stop will be the line of demarcation. In this country. The political game is being moved. People are moving in the government. We see people moving all over the place. God is moving this country. This movement will start. And you will watch this thing burn like a fire across this country. You will watch us run into 2026 as we do 12 to 18 of these same tour events. You'll watch into 2027 as this becomes stadium events that have not happened since the 1990s during the promise Keeper movement. A million Men March in Washington, D.C. only this will be a global movement of weaponizing men. To stand in truth, to stand in power, to stand immovable, Immovable in their marriages, immovable with their children, immovable in business, immovable with political ch. Immovable with persecution. And when a man stands in this place, immovable life makes sense because an immovable man can only be immovable if he stands on a foundation of the power of God. And truth is the access point to this. A man simply being in this room will activate truth. Marian Williams has said that a man who was liberated by. From his fears. Even the presence of this man liberates others. This is why I run with Dan. I run with Dan. Why? Because this is a man of truth. This is a man who's not only in the arena. This is a man who continues to be in the arena. This is a man who gets abused and abused by motherfuckers and still stands and fights. What is it that drives this fight in you?
A
The concept of I want to save the world, except I have a very practical way to do it. And so I want to showcase to the world through live events, through my charity events, through the world's largest toy drive to homeless backpacks for 16 years. I want to show 11 years of toy drives, 16 years of backpacks for the homeless. Like, I want to show that I can execute it. And the butterfly effect of that causes people to then go do it also far greater than I'll ever know. And that's what I want to ask you about. The butterfly effect by you making men better. What does that do to wives, children, households and offices?
B
People think at times they're like, why don't you train the women? I said, well, a practical one. I have a penis. What do I know about being a woman? Not much. I know my experience of being married to a woman and having four daughters. I know that. But what I also know on the second level is that when you wake a man up, the butterfly back effect is when this man becomes immovable. His wife, his woman, the girl he's dating, the woman he's with for the very first time can experience the true deep feminine nature of who she is. Women are attacking because men are weak. They move constantly. So when we weaponize a man, this man becomes a beacon to his marriage. When you weaponize a marriage or a significant relationship, it weaponizes the family, because the family can now stand in a place of truth with this man, knowing that they can trust him, respect him. Most women have lost respect and lost trust for their men. And so they've attempted to rise to replace this man because he won't move. Because every time she does or says anything, he's fucking everywhere. The markets change, he's everywhere. The government changes. Presidency. He's everywhere. And then there's men in the arena who Are like, hey, I preferred that person in office, or I didn't. But here's what you need to know. I don't fucking care who's in office. I'm still going to fight and win. And this attitude affects everything. If you look at this, you change a man and transform a man, you transform a relationship and a marriage. When you transform a relationship, you transform a family. The family unit now becomes immovable. When the family unit becomes immovable, neighborhoods and cities become transformed. When you transform cities like Miami, when you transform these places, they transform states, and states tip countries and countries tip the world. So it all starts with one man. 13 years ago, I turned on a camera. 11, 12 years ago, you decided to do toy drives. 20 some years ago, we both decided to be entrepreneurs. We made the decision to say, you know what, I'm full time gladiator. I'm going to eat what I hunt. What drove the original decision for you to throw yourself in the arena as an entrepreneur?
A
The efficiency of watching everyone else come and go. There was just, I was throwing these free events, the elevator night, my free events, throwing up 56 times now. And I watch what happened when I bring people together, the butterfly effect for them. People would invest in companies, people would do deals, people would date and get married. Things would happen when I brought people together. And so then I started throwing masterminds, then I started throwing bigger events and I got a part of the Aspire tour, then I got a part of this tour and I did the limitless arena with the muscle with Keaton twice at the Maverick center where we had 5,800 men, 7,400 men, sorry, men and women in those attendees. And that's why I wanted to be there first. I wanted that to be our first place because I know that arena inside out. So what better arena to go to than Maverick Center? Like the arena that I've been there twice already and brought in, was that 12, 13,000 people the last couple of times. And so ultimately it all stemmed from efficiency. I knew that if I could throw free events, then I could throw a hundred thousand dollar masterminds and I could throw $200 ticket versions. I could culminate people together. And if I did that, charity would happen, deals would happen, relationships would happen. Literally, babies were like, babies were being made at these events. Like things would happen from me bringing people together. And so that's why I'm obsessed with. I threw 42 events last year and now I just obsessed with man in the arena. It's just stuck in my head so much that I talk about it every single day. And I still have other events going on, but all I think about is this tour. Because of how impactful it is and how much passion you have for it.
B
It is going to shake this country. Like, I need you to understand. Don't listen to my words. Listen to the energy you feel from us. Don't get wrapped up in what appears to be hype to some of you. I can promise you this is not fucking hype for me. I've been bloodied in this game for 13 years, leading over 70,000 men. Personally, not people that watched my videos. Not that I had 200 million views. Fuck 99% of your views. Or 21 year olds from some country. That doesn't matter. I've let men, powerful men, entrepreneurial men, men who were in the arena and were getting destroyed, men who found themselves wounded and limped and bleeding, sitting in the stands, losing their marriages, losing their businesses, losing their lives because they had no one to lean on and run with. We've run hundreds of events in the last 13 years. 3,000 men events, 2,500 men events. We've run many workshops, seminars, boot camps. You name it, we've done it. And now coming back with the man in the arena tour, unified with the top men's movement makers in this space who have committed their life, their calling, their souls, to the ministry of men. Some people call this a ministry. It is. Is it a religion? No. Is it a church? No. It's a band of men who give a fuck about the liberation of men because they know the effect and the butterfly effect on humanity. You can try to change political things, you can change laws and rules, but if we don't transform men, none of it will matter. So unifying with Dan has been like the perfect business partnership of all time. I said I wouldn't go into partnership with anyone again. After My last partnership 13 years ago, I was like, I'm not gonna fucking do it. For the first time in 13 years, not only was it a yes, it was a yes. Right now and every day that goes by the way, he and I are running this weaponized by God. It is insanity. The attraction, the attention and the natural primal desire for speakers and businessmen and entrepreneurs to promote, to support, to attend this event because everyone's feeling it. It is more than just an event. It is a declaration of war. And men who feel this primally. The Money Mondays Podcast Summary: "Why Most Men Are Losing The Battle of Life w/ Garrett White"
Episode Information:
Introduction
In this powerful episode of The Money Mondays, host Dan Fleyshman delves into a critical examination of the struggles modern men face in various aspects of life. Joined by Garrett White, a seasoned coach who has empowered over 70,000 men, the discussion centers around the concept of the "Man in the Arena" and the newly launched "Man in the Arena Tour." This special edition shifts focus from the typical topics of making money, investing, and charitable giving to explore the deeper societal and personal battles men endure today.
Backstory: Initiation of the "Man in the Arena" Tour
Dan Fleyshman begins by sharing the genesis of the episode's theme. Reflecting on an idea that had been percolating for three years, Dan recounts a pivotal moment with Garrett White:
Dan Fleyshman [00:00]: "The last three years, I've had this idea stuck in my head... I just look at him like, oh, you're the one."
Recognizing Garrett's extensive experience in coaching men and his dedication to empowering them, Dan knew Garrett was the ideal partner to spearhead this initiative. Garrett's response underscores his alignment with the vision:
Garrett White [01:44]: "I've built the prompt from God for about a year to unify and put something together at a bigger scale that would lead to a global experience with men."
Defining "Man in the Arena"
The central theme draws inspiration from Theodore Roosevelt's famous quote about the "Man in the Arena," emphasizing the courage to strive valiantly despite challenges and criticisms. Dan shares his personal connection to the quote:
Dan Fleyshman [04:01]: "I felt like I was living it the first time I heard it... I sense I'm in the arena, constantly feeling attacked."
Garrett expands on this by highlighting the universal applicability of the arena concept:
Garrett White [05:27]: "Everyone has their own version of being in the arena... But I think you've embodied that more than anyone in history."
Challenges Facing Modern Men
Garrett articulates the multifaceted struggles men face today, including isolation, societal pressures, and the overwhelming influence of virtual interactions:
Garrett White [04:54]: "Most men live isolated in the arena... we've become addicted to the virtual game."
He further discusses the detrimental effects of societal narratives that undermine men's roles, leading to mental health issues such as anxiety and depression:
Garrett White [08:09]: "Most men have lost it so deeply and so passionately without even knowing... the hollowness, the loneliness, the dysfunction, the anxiety, the depression."
Garrett passionately asserts that the societal message undermining men is false and damaging:
Garrett White [08:09]: "This message of you don't matter is fucking bullshit."
The "Man in the Arena" Tour: A Revolutionary Movement
Transitioning to the solution, Garrett introduces the "Man in the Arena Tour" as a transformative movement aimed at revitalizing men's roles in society. He describes it not merely as an event but as a declaration of war against the societal forces eroding men’s strengths:
Garrett White [09:09]: "This is a declaration of war. It is a stand for what men are."
Dan adds that this collaboration merges their strengths to create a unified front for men's empowerment:
Dan Fleyshman [19:07]: "This was our special edition episode... we want as many humans as possible to be at this first one so that we can then take it to Miami, Phoenix, Dallas, New York and across the globe."
The inaugural event is set for May 17 in Salt Lake City, Utah, with plans to expand globally. The tour aims to equip men with the tools, tactics, and training necessary to reclaim their "God-given power of dominion."
The Butterfly Effect of Empowering Men
Garrett explains the ripple effect that empowering individual men can have on families, communities, and broader society. By transforming a man, the entire family unit and, subsequently, society benefit:
Garrett White [12:00]: "If you change a man and transform a man, you transform a relationship and a marriage... that starts with one man."
He emphasizes that empowering men leads to stronger marriages, stable families, and, ultimately, healthier communities and nations:
Garrett White [13:00]: "When you transform cities like Miami... it transforms states and countries... it all starts with one man."
Personal Motivations and Commitment
Dan and Garrett share their personal journeys and unwavering commitment to this cause. Garrett reflects on his extensive experience and dedication:
Garrett White [15:37]: "For 13 years, leading over 70,000 men... this is not fucking hype for me... we've run hundreds of events... weaponized by God. It is insanity."
Dan echoes this sentiment, highlighting the tangible outcomes of their past initiatives and his enthusiasm for the "Man in the Arena Tour":
Dan Fleyshman [14:14]: "If I could throw free events, then I could throw a hundred thousand dollar masterminds... bringing people together... that's why I'm obsessed with this tour."
Call to Action
Both hosts passionately invite men to join the movement, emphasizing the urgency and importance of taking action:
Garrett White [15:37]: "Brothers, it's time to get out of the stands. It's time to get back in the arena."
Dan Fleyshman [19:07]: "ManInTheArenaTour.com... you deserve to be there too."
They encourage listeners to secure their tickets, bring their peers, and actively participate in this transformative experience.
Conclusion
This episode of The Money Mondays serves as a clarion call to men everywhere to reclaim their rightful place in society. Through the "Man in the Arena Tour," Dan Fleyshman and Garrett White aim to inspire and equip men to overcome isolation, societal pressures, and personal struggles. By fostering a community of empowered men, the movement seeks to create a profound and lasting impact on families, communities, and the world at large.
