🌀 Write this down and sit with it: What is one thing you've been judging about yourself recently that the Eye, awareness itself, divinity itself, would simply accept? Journal your answer, then begin working toward releasing that judgment. There is no good or bad. It simply is. And when you're done, ask yourself the only question that actually matters: Am I growing?
