On this episode we talk about our excitement of head coach Bill O Brien being fired and how the Texans NEED to start going in the right direction. More importantly, we discussed the features of building a winning team. Making sure everyone is on the same page and that there is alignment on ALL FRONTS. In order for things to work: ⁣

1. You have to have mutual interest between all parties. Everyone must have motivation to keep rolling together.⁣

2. Vetting out who you are working with by seeing who their friends/close people are. That says a lot about who you are working with.⁣

3. Communication is KEY and making sure you know where everyone is in the process.⁣

4. Making sure everyone is executing and staying focused! ⁣
