My name is Mackenzie and I started a GoFundMe for the adoptive mother of a nonverbal autistic child. The mother had lost her job because she wasn't able to find adequate care for this autistic child. So she really needed some help with living expenses, paying some back bills. So I launched a GoFundMe to help support them during this crisis. And, and we raised about $10,000 within just a couple of months. I think that the surprising thing was by telling a clear story and just like really being very clear about what we needed, we had some really generous donations from people who were really moved by the situation that this family was struggling with.

We have breaking developments this afternoon. The United States of America has suffered its worst day in the war in Iran to date. Multiple US Aircraft have been hit by Iranian air defense systems despite the fact that Donald Trump, Pete Hegseth and other US Officials claimed air superiority over Iran. Right now, there are ongoing search and rescue efforts in Iran for at least one pilot after an F15 aircraft was struck by Iran. In addition, military helicopters were struck and, well, it's not great. It comes as the United States economy is set to be moved to a wartime footing. Heading into the next budget negotiations, President Trump expects to ask Congress for $1.5 trillion for military defense spending. That money is meant to shift America's economy from peacetime to wartime as the President escalates, not de escalates. At the same time, Pam Bondi's exit from the Justice Department is not going as smoothly as many thought it may. Her photograph is already being thrown out in the trash. Literally. We're growing the team. We're doing some really good investigative work. So stay tuned. On that front this afternoon, Iran has announced that it has rejected the United States of America's request for a ceasefire. You heard that correctly. According to Sky News, the United states requested a 48 hour ceasefire in Iran. Iran has said no.
E
Breaking news coming out of the Middle east hearing in the last few moments from the Reuters news agency that Iran has rejected a US proposal for a 48 hour ceasefire. That's according to an unnamed source speaking to the Fars News Agency. Iran rejecting a US proposal apparently for a 48 hour ceasefire. We'll keep across that. That for you.
D
Iran has rejected a 48 hour ceasefire from the United States of America. If the United States was winning like the President has claimed, the United States would not try to seek out a ceasefire at the same time. The United States is not winning today. It's not winning today because the Air Force has suffered its worst day in Iran since the start of the war. Let me just talk to you about what we've seen today alone because several aircraft have been struck by Iranian air defense systems. Despite Pete Hexseth claiming that we had air superiority over Iran. An F15E fighter jet was shot down. A pilot was rescued. The search for the second remains ongoing. US Air Force A10 war hog crashed in the Persian Gulf. A pilot was rescued. The cause is unknown. At least one Black Hawk helicopter. We now know two Black Hawk helicopters involved in the search and rescue were also struck by Iran. Minor injuries to service members from that strike, but all of them were safe. In total, Iran has caused two military aircraft to crash. The F15 and the A10 hit two Black Hawk helicopters in a single day. Less than 48 hours after claiming that Iran had been completely decimated. Take a listen from what Pete Hegseth had to say recently.
F
The two most powerful air forces in the world will have complete control of Iranian skies. Uncontested airspace. I hope all the folks watching understand what uncontested airspace and complete control means. It means we will fly all day, all night, day and night. Finding, fixing and finishing the missiles and defense industrial base of the Iranian military. Finding and fixing their leadership and their military leaders flying over Tehran, flying over Iran, flying over their capital, flying over the irgc. Iranian leaders looking up and seeing only US And Israeli air power every minute of every day until we decide it's over.
D
That's what Pete Hegseth said recently at his press conference. But today was bad. Today was very bad for the United States aircrafts because we don't have air superiority. If you had four military aircraft struck in one day. Now, President Trump says this is not going to impact negotiations because, quote, it's a war. We're in a war. But that's different. What Donald Trump has said recently, claiming that this wasn't a war, but rather just simple military operation, whereas he likes to call it an excursion. And when we're talking about this excursion, the President of the United States is now putting forth a budget for the 2027 fiscal year of $1.5 trillion in defense spending. That is a significant increase from where we're at right now. I mean, massive. That is a lot of money for things like military weaponry, like aircraft, like drone technology, and so much more. And, well, let me tell you, this is not gonna pass right away. It may not pass ever, but it's what the President wants. America is actively shifting towards a wartime economic footing, a marketable difference from where we once were. Now, you may ask, how are we going to pay for that? It's a good question, because $1.5 trillion, that's a nearly half a million dollar increase. Half a billion dollar increase. Got to find that money somewhere, right? Well, the Trump administration plans to cut $73 billion from housing, education and climate programs. I'll rattle off some of them. Grants for farmers and agricultural research, $510 million, gone. Loans for rural small businesses, fully eliminated. Support for farmers and food markets, $61 million, gone. School meals and food education for children Abroad, fully eliminated. $659 million from community building grants. Eliminated. $15.2 billion for various roads, bridges and infrastructure projects. Eliminated. $1.6 billion from Noah. Eliminating. Eliminated. Look, local anti poverty programs, gone. Medical research, $5 billion from the NIH, gone. Programs to reduce homelessness. Housing services for Native American communities. Housing assistance for people living with HIV aids. Job training for at risk youth. Grants for sustainable and equitable infrastructure. IRS taxpayer services and enforcement. NASA space and earth science research. They want to cut NASA by 23%. 23%. That is what they're going to use to pay for this wartime economy. Well, as I mentioned, Pam Bondi had a rough go of things today at the Department of Justice. This is where they threw her picture at the Justice Department in the trash. That's where they want Pam Bondi. We're in a very serious situation right now. We are in a very, very serious situation right now. And I'm gonna have updates for you all night, all weekend because it's important. It's important that people know what is happening right now. So as always, make sure to like comment, share and subscribe and I'll see you soon for another update. And yeah, I may have had a technical difficulty right there, but I am back. Episode: Breaking: America has Worst Day During War as Iran Rejects Urgent Ceasefire Requests
Host: Aaron Parnas
Date: April 3, 2026
This episode addresses a crucial turning point in the ongoing US-Iran war.
