Tonight's update is a very serious one, but it's a very important one. So I need you to watch it as much as you can. Because tonight, Virginia Roberts Giuffre has been vindicated. One of the most prominent Epstein survivors, she is no longer with us, but she tonight has been vindicated as bombshell. New Epstein files showed that she was telling the truth the entire time. She even when no one believed her. And tonight we're going to break down how we found this all. While the Justice Department this evening is in chaos, a significant rupture has emerged between the Justice Department and ICE officials as ICE and other immigration agents continue to violate the law, continue to violate court orders, and while Justice Department attorneys are overwhelmed, tired and begging for help. But I want to talk about probably one of the most important updates I make regarding the Epstein files. Virginia Roberts Giuffre is a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's and Ghislaine Maxwell's. She tragically passed away and she's no longer here with us. But tonight, the truth is coming out. This is a document, an email from Ghislaine Maxwell to what appears to be potentially either Jeffrey Epstein or someone else. It's unclear exactly who she's sending it to. The date is January 10, 2015. The title, draft statement. This draft statement is Ghislaine Maxwell outlining exactly why she did nothing wrong rebutting Virginia Roberts Giuffre's allegations throughout. Now, this statement is filled with lies, right? Ghislaine Maxwell. The evidence has shown in her criminal trial that she was integrally involved in in the horrific sex trafficking scheme perpetuated by Jeffrey Epstein. But there is one part of this draft statement that vindicates Virginia Roberts Giuffre. In 2001, I was in London and the redaction I can confirm is Virginia's name. When Virginia met a number of friends of mine, including Prince Andrew, a photograph was taken as I imagine she wanted to show it to friends and and family. This is what this is. This appears to be the photograph. Now, if you don't know much about the Epstein files and about this case, this photograph has been circulating for years. In the center is Virginia Giuffre. On the right is Ghislaine Maxwell. On the left is Andrew, formerly known as Prince Andrew. For years, everyone, including Maxwell and Andrew, claimed that this photograph did not exist, that this photograph was fake. And yet tonight we're learning that based on that statement sent by Maxwell in 2015, this photograph appears to be real and that vindicates Virginia Giuffre. At the time this photograph was taken, Giuffre claimed she was 17 years old. She was a child. Andrew previously claimed in an interview with the BBC that the evening that this photograph was taken, he was not with Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Instead, he claimed that he was at a pizza restaurant. In a 2019 interview, Andrew denied meeting Giuffre and suggested that the photograph or elements of it may have been faked. He said at the time, quote, nobody can prove whether or not that photograph has been doctored, But I don't recollect that photograph ever being taken. He famously claimed he was not at Maxwell's house, but at a pizza Express. In walking well tonight, Giuffre's sister in law, Amanda Roberts, says that the files have been a whirlwind. Quote, I felt like a moment of such overwhelming emotion because I wish she was here to see this. She fought so hard and so long and she was still so strong. We're proud of her and her accomplishments, but we miss her greatly in this moment. The family demanded that Andrew face criminal charges following this new reveal. But that's not the only part. Seemed like she knew what you were talking about in this email. Same time this evening, the Justice Department is in chaos. Why? Because ICE attorneys are or DOJ attorneys are overwhelmed. They're tired. They're telling federal judges that their job sucks. Julie Lee, the Department of justice lawyer who said that her job sucks, has been reassigned to another division. She was a novice prosecutor only assigned to Minneapolis. Last month, she was listed on more than 80 habeas corpus petitions filed by immigrants. She told the federal judge that she was so overwhelmed she already attempted to quit. Quote, I put in my resignation from the job too, but they couldn't find a replacement. She says getting ICE to comply with court orders or even respond to her inquiries was like pulling teeth. She stressed to ICE officials the importance of obeying the orders, often emailing officials in 24 point font and threatening to put their names the files she was born in Vietnam, immigrated to the United States in 1993, and said that she was troubled by the allegations that some iced attentions have been driven by racial profiling. I'm not white, as you can see. My family's at risk, as any other people that might get picked up too. So I share the same concern. I took that concern to heart. The chiefs of the civil division in the Minnesota U.S. attorney's office appeared in court alongside Lee, sought to explain her office's efforts to handle the infusion of immigration cases, but said, quote, I have not in my career, your honor, when asked whether she had ever seen anything like this before tonight, the Justice Department is in chaos and a rupture has emerged and Virginia Roberts Giuffre has been vindicated.
