Happy Monday. A very busy week ahead and lots of news this morning. Tomorrow there'll be major Epstein seen hearings in Palm Beach. Trump is heading to China to meet with President Xi. The Iran war deal is at an impasse this morning. At the same time Trump MAGA users who purchased the Trump phone spending millions and millions of dollars on it. Well they're not happy this morning because they may never actually see that phone. Tensions rise on Capitol Hill as Trump is pledging to create a large scale election integrity army. His ballroom funding may be in trouble and well, even more hantavirus updates as one American has tested positive overnight. I have all the latest for you and more Like Comment, Share, get the word out and if you can subscribe to my substack, click the link below to support my work. Excited to connect with all of you and continue building this because we're building something much bigger right now. So subscribe, gift a subscription, upgrade your subscription, do whatever you can and let's Continue getting the word out. Right now, Donald Trump is working on building a large scale, what he calls Election Integrity Army. He says, during my historic election in 2024, when I won every single swing state and decisively won both the electoral and popular votes by wide margins, the Republicans had a, quote, election Integrity army in every single state to preserve the sanctity of each legal vote. We will be doing the same in 2026, but it'll be much bigger and stronger. He says all Americans should have their voices be heard by casting a ballot. Be assured this election will be fair. A lot of people have reached out to me about the statement and asked, what does that mean? What is an Election Integrity Army? It's not fully clear. The President hasn't really talked about it. But the one thing that is clear is that this is going to be very different from 2024, very different from 2020. Because as you may know, and as I've talked about repeatedly, a lot of the election guardrails that have been in place over the past many elections have essentially been gutted over the past 18 months by this administration. A lot of the people in charge of preserving the election system in the United States of America have been replaced with election deniers. And so a lot of the guardrails are gone. And so when I talk about what's happening in the midterms and the fact that local polling sites are having alarm bells go off and all this stuff, and some people say that's hyperbole, it really isn't, given the fact that these are the remarks being made by the President. So make sure to be aware. And I think the ultimate goal in a lot of respects is to prevent people from voting, to scare people not to vote. So make sure whoever you vote for, I would never tell you who to vote for. Voting is your right. Go out and make your voice heard this morning. At the same time, many in MAGA are not happy because after spending $59 million on the Trump phone, they may never actually get the Trump phone. If you recall, Donald Trump announced alongside his sons Eric and Don Jr. This Trump mobile Meet the T E T I Premium Performance Proudly American. They wanted their own phone company, so they started building it to apply for a phone. The lock in the Ti phone. Promotional pricing on the top left corner, it's $100, 590,000 people spent $100 each for a total of $59 million to purchase a Trump phone. But now we're learning that that Trump phone may never actually get delivered. And quietly on April 6, we're now learning that Trump Mobile updated its preordered deposit terms and conditions to say that a pre order deposit provides only conditional opportunity if Trump Mobile later elects in its sole discretion to offer the device for sale. A deposit is not a purchase, does not constitute acceptance of an order, does not create a contract for sale, does not transfer ownership or title interest, does not allocate or reserve specific inventory, and does not guarantee that a device will be produced or made available for purchase. In addition, the terms also add that binding sales contracts are not formed not only if customers complete checkout, submit full payment and Trump accepts and successfully processes that payment, but also if Trump Mobile makes the device available for sale, adding there's no guarantee of release, delivery or timing. Deposits are non transferable carrying no independent cash value. And so now you're at a situation where many folks who spent $100 each expecting to get their Trump phone, they will never likely get their Trump phone because as the company is now saying, estimated ship dates, launch timelines or anticipated production schedules are non binding estimates only. Trump Mobile does not guarantee that the device will ever be commercially released. Regulatory approvals will be obtained, carrier certification will be secured, production will commence or continue or delivery will occur within any specific timeline. At the same time, Trump this week is heading to China for a high stakes summit with Xi. At the same time, Checkmate in Iran. That's the title of the Atlantic, an American paper making clear that Donald Trump has lost the war in Iran. Right now there is a stalemate between Iran and the United States of America. As you know, yesterday Trump lashed out at Iran, saying that their response is unacceptable. Iran saying, well our response to your deal and what we want is for the Iranian people. It's not for, it's not to please the President of the United States. Now you have someone like Robert Kagan who is far from a anti war individual coming out and saying that there's Checkmate in Iran. And it's partially because the domestic impacts of the war in Iran continue to grow. The average price of a gallon of gas remains stubbornly high. $4.52 on average for regular, $5.64 on average for a gallon of gas for diesel. That's up 50% since February 28th. Regular's up 51.7%. Airfare continues to rise now up about $30 domestically since February 23rd, up $326 internationally since February 23rd, a 42.1% increase because jet fuel prices continue to rise. Meanwhile on Capitol Hill, moderate Republicans are continuing to threaten to revolt against Donald Trump's ballroom funding, especially after what happened in Virginia, where the Supreme Court overturned the Democratic redistricting effort. Now they're saying they can't vote for something so politically toxic and and are urging the president and the White House to remove it from the upcoming reconciliation package. Trump is demanding that that package be passed between now and July 1st. Right now there is no sign that it will be passed by July 1st. And right now, Donald Trump's ballroom project specifically is in trouble. If you want to know what the president was posting overnight, he did not post a Mother's Day message yesterday. He did not wish Melania Trump, his wife and mother of Barron Trump, a happy Mother's Day. He did spend the day posting these memes about how Trump is without a doubt the greatest president we have ever known, the greatest of all time, More and more kind of these love letters to himself. They were likely not created by him, but rather created by other folks on Truth Social and well, here we are. So this week is going to be a busy one. I'm going to be covering the Trump XI Summit for you. I'm going to be covering what happens in Iran for you. I'm going to be covering what happens tomorrow in the major Epstein hearing in Palm beach near Mar a Lago, hosted by Oversight Democrats. We're going to be covering that live for you. We have our paid subscriber only live. This Wednesday evening we're going to have our show with Jessica Tarlov's upset exclusive launching next week and so much more. And then at the end of this week, you're going to get a major deep dive into a story that I've been personally interested in for a long time, data center. So stay tuned and I'll see you soon with another update.
