We have major developments right now. Andrew, formerly known as Prince Andrew, has been arrested by British authorities on suspicion of misconduct in public office. The biggest shoe to drop to date. At the same time in the United States of America, the Department of Justice has been caught scrubbing allegations, serious allegations made against the President of the United States in the Epstein files and abroad. We're now learning in France that a co conspirator of Epstein's was prepared to testify against him and then he simply went dark. All while the United States is marching towards a large scale conflict in the Middle East. Make sure to like, comment, share and subscribe. Accountability is coming and we are fighting for it. The threats, the law, the threats of a lawsuit, all of that I will never stop. Because accountability must come. Let's start by talking about the biggest news of the morning. This morning, British authorities have arrested Andrew, formerly known as Prince Andrew, on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Tame Valley police previously said it was assessing reports that Mountbatten Windsor sent confidential trade reports to Epstein in 2010 when the former prince was Britain's special envoy for international trade. Those reports stemmed from correspondence between the two men that was among the millions of pages of documents released by the Justice Department. Quote, following a thorough assessment, we have now opened an investigation into this allegation of misconduct in public office. We understand the significant public interest in this case and we will provide updates at the appropriate time. Now, notably, the arrest this morning was not related to any sex trafficking claims or any abuse of children. However, in a lot of these cases, and I've as an attorney, I've worked on numerous federal investigations on the defense side at least, they almost never start out as, okay, we're going to just charge you with sex trafficking, right? Oftentimes you find the money, the money is, or in this case, the trading of trade reports, the providing of trade reports. This is kind of low level, low hanging fruit in a way. It's easy to prove that someone gave someone else a confidential report. It's easy to prove that someone evaded their taxes. So you get them on that and then the investigation reveals more. And well, this morning, a statement from Virginia Roberts Giuffre's family reads, quote, at last today, our broken hearts have been lifted at the news that no one is above the law, not even royalty. On behalf of our sister, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, we extend our gratitude to the United Kingdom's Valley Police for their investigation and arrest of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. He was never a prince. For survivors everywhere, Virginia did this for you. In a statement from the king, quote, I have learned with the deepest concern the news about Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and suspicion of misconduct in public office. What now follows is the full, fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated in the appropriate manner and by the appropriate authorities. In this, as I have said before, the they have our full and wholehearted support and cooperation. Let me say clearly the law must take its course. As this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all. Prior to his arrest, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said, quote, nobody is above the law. Told the BBC that the principle was very important and quote, has to apply in this case in the same way it would apply in any other case. Dahmer said that if British lawmakers in Parliament wanted a debate on Andrew's links to Epstein, he would not stand in the way. Now a lot of people are demanding accountability here at home and it comes as we're now learning that the Department of Justice has scrubbed a number of key allegations made against the President of the United States. According to Roger Sullenberger, he had found DOJ records showing that the FBI did not just interview the woman who made accusations against Donald Trump once, but rather four times. The FBI interviewed this woman who claimed that Trump forced her to give him when she was in her early teens, then punched her in the head at least four times. But here's the kicker. The DOJ's file associated with those records, a document cataloging information that the government provided counsel for convicted for Epstein's co conspirator Maxwell, has been removed. This revelation adds the mounting pile of evidence, undermining statements from Attorney General Pam Bondi and other senior administration officials, assuring the public that the Epstein files release would be transparent. As he reported the initial interview conducted on July 24, 2019, was entered into the FBI case files on August 9, the day before Epstein was found dead in his jail. FBI agents typically have a deadline. This was a 16 day gap. New material, which is no longer accessible on the DOJ website, shows the woman's other formal FBI interviews took place. On August 7, August 20 and October 16, she spoke to the FBI two days before her first interview was entered into the case file. The fourth interview is the only one that is not accompanied by interview notes in the Maxwell evidence record. That information has theoretically been scrubbed according to Roger Sullenberger from the files. Ask yourselves this question. Why? Why is the FBI scrubbing key information about interviews from someone who they deemed to be credible enough to sit down with four separate times? This person also received a large settlement from the Epstein estate. So there was credible evidence that she suffered abuse at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein and or Ghislaine Maxwell. And while she had significant allegations against the President of the United States, those allegations have now been scrubbed from the Department of Justice's website. Ask yourselves why. And it comes as the Wall Street Journal has now confirmed that an Epstein co conspirator, Jean Luc Brunel, was prepared to testify against him. Jean Luc Brunel was ready to turn on the man who had been his patron and partner. The French modeling scout was prepared to tell prosecutors what he knew about Epstein's sex trafficking. Brunel in 2016 was secretly negotiating with lawyers representing Epstein's survivors. Brunel's lawyer told them his client recruited girls for Epstein and had incriminating photographs. And then one day Brunel went dark. Years later he was found dead in his cell where he allegedly took his own life. It comes as the United States of America is marching towards war. This morning Poland told its people in Iran to get out fast. Take a listen.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has in the last few minutes said that all Polish people who who are in Iran should leave the country immediately. He said that in a few hours time there may be no more possibility to evacuate Poles from Iran. Donald has telling all Polish nationals to get out of the country as soon as they can. This of course comes as talks between the US and Iran this week have now come to an end.

Set against a background of looming war, the episode underscores the difficulty, danger, and necessity of seeking justice when power protects itself, and why the fight for transparency cannot be abandoned.
