There's a growing push now to impeach Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of the United States of America. Why? Because she is actively trying to defy a lawful congressional subpoena into her handling of the Epstein files. And it seems as though Democrats at least now, are finally fed up and are now willing to move forward with impeachment of Pam Bondi. Now, will the impeachment succeed in a Republican House? No. But they are laying the groundwork for if they take over the House majority this November, articles of impeachment against the Attorney General will be brought forth and will likely be investigated and voted on. Because if you know anything about what's been happening with the Epstein files in the past few weeks, a bipartisan House Oversight Committee voted to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi. Five Republicans joined all Democrats to subpoena her. She, when getting that subpoena, went to the House Oversight Committee and said, I'm just going to come and brief you guys privately. Instead. That briefing happened last night. It was not under oath, it was not transcribed, and Democrats are furious. They say it's time to impeach the Attorney General of the United States. And I have the latest Like Comment, Share and Subscribe the more you like the more people see. Subscribe to my substack. Click the link below to support my work. Let's break it down. Democratic lawmakers are moving to impeach Pam Bondi after the fake Epstein briefing last night. Furious Democratic lawmakers are walked out of a closed door briefing about the Epstein files. Congressman Robert Garcia branded the briefing as an outrageous fake hearing. The committee voted to subpoena Bondi earlier this month, but she is not committing to honoring that subpoena. And as Congressman Suha Subramaniam told Axios, she is building a record. She basically set up a fake hearing under the guise of a briefing. She has defied subpoenas that we've put out already and then she has continued to be evasive and combative with us. Congresswoman Summer Lee has introduced impeachment articles because Bondi has already been obstructing Justice Shri Thanadar has also introduced articles of impeachment. Congresswoman Yaseen Ansari, Rashida Tlaib, Latifah Simon support the measure. Let's hear from Congressman Robert Garcia after he left the hearing yesterday or the

briefing doubt of what has been, quite frankly a complete disrespect of the process of one of our members. And quite frankly, the American public should be outraged at what is happening right now. I want to just start by saying that we opened up what was supposed to be a briefing by asking the Attorney General, which I did multiple times, if she would commit to follow the subpoena that is in place that compels her to answer questions that's under oath, transcribed and then made available to the American people. And she refused. It's also clear to us that this is being staged at some kind of fake hearing. We're in the hearing room. We're all, we've all been given three minutes of time by the chairman to ask questions. There's no briefing. There was no actual opening statements by the Attorney general or the deputy ag.
Congresswoman Summer Lee
No.
Unidentified Male Commentator
Okay.
Congressman Robert Garcia
There was no, of course she's not under oath and she would not commit to actually going under oath and following the law. This has been completely set up in a way that's been irresponsible and quite frankly, we believe a way for the Attorney General to get out of her answering questions under oath and to the public, which we will not accept. We look forward to asking all of our questions of the Attorney General when she comes in in a deposition under oath, transcribed and then made available to the American people.

I mean, there you have it. There you have it. She's trying to actually bypass a lawful congressional subpoena. Now, at the beginning of Garcia's statement, he made some. He said something interesting, which is the fact that right now or during the hearing, there is disrespect to a member of Congress. The member of Congress that was disrespected was Congresswoman Summer Lee, and she was disrespected by Congressman James Comer, the Republican leading the Oversight Committee. Take a listen to what Congresswoman Lee had to say, leaving the hearing to

our lawful subpoena in a deposition. So instead, I asked Chairman Comer if he would compel her to come to our deposition. If she did not come, would he force her to? Or if he would move for contempt hearings, as he did for other people who did not respond to our subpoena. Instead of answering as an adult, he said that I was bitching, which is, again, something that would not be allowed if we were operating under the rules of this committee, because engaging in personalities is actually something that we are not able to do. If C Span and the public were there, I'd imagine that he would not act that way, neither here nor there. We expected AG Bondi to be adversarial. We expected her to be confrontational, and we expected her to not offer us much information. But that's why I introduced impeachment articles, because she has already been obstructing justice and she has already weaponized the doj. She has already ended investigations into Trump and his allies. She has used this role essentially as one to help the President. She does not answer to the president. The DOJ does not have the right or the privilege of withholding information from an active investigation, ignoring the laws of our land, which the Epstein Transparency act is with our subpoena and from last July is. And the oversight Dems will continue to press for accountability, will continue to press for justice for survivors, while also keeping them centered in this. So at the end of the day, we are still here seeking answers for women, for girls, and for the American public who has demanded justice, who have demanded answers to this, and whether or not they will pretend that the documents that they've given us is enough. We already know that they have not complied, and we are asking other people to make sure that we do not let them off the hook right now. So we look forward to her on the record deposition with our committee in response to our lawful subpoena.

As you heard, that's what James Comer said to Summer Lee. Extremely disrespectful comment and really highlighted the sham nature of this private briefing. Hearing whatever you want to call it. Now, Attorney General Bondi did speak outside of the hearing briefing. The words can be used interchange interchangeably. Hearing here's what she had to say about her Justice Department's failures to follow the Epstein Files Transparency act.
Attorney General Pam Bondi
Less than 1% error. Todd, do you want to add to that?
Unidentified Male Commentator
Yeah, no, that's right. We said from the beginning that any mistakes that were made and there should be no mistakes. And so when you say lawyers have said something, that's not a fair question and you know it. Because we took pains to make to protect victims when we were identified, when someone identified that there was a victim, we immediately pulled that document down, fixed it and put it back up immediately. Immediately. And so, so of course we don't ever want to do anything to, to re victimize anybody that was victimized by, by the horrible crimes of Mr. Epstein. But. But. And we didn't. And we didn't to the extent that mistakes were made. And there were mistakes made because of the reasons the Attorney Attorney General just said. But when they were identified to us, we fixed them immediately.
Podcast Host/Commentator
There were mistakes made. I can confirm there were mistakes made because I've seen the mistakes myself going through the files. I've seen the failures to redact. I've seen the images of children, children that were released, child essay material that was released to the public. I've seen it personally. They have been revictimized.
