We have major developments this afternoon that you need to be aware of. First, Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of the United States of America, has officially been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee concerning their investigation into Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice's handling over the Epstein files. This subpoena is not a voluntary subpoena. It's one that she has to follow and she will have to testify about. In addition, Donald Trump is, quote, more angrier than ever before regarding America's allies, specifically in Europe and elsewhere, turning down Donald Trump's demand that they go to the Strait of Hormuz, to Iran, and essentially support the United States efforts, the war in Iran. All while Trump is meeting with the Irish Prime Minister and well, he got a little lecture in the Oval Office. Make sure to like, comment, share and subscribe. I want to begin by talking about the big news of the afternoon, which is that Attorney General Pam Bondi has been issued a subpoena by the House Oversight Committee. The House Oversight Chairman, James Comer, sent the following letter to Attorney General Bondi, quote, the Committee on the Oversight and Government Reform Committee is reviewing the possible mismanagement of the federal government's investigation of Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell, the circumstances and subsequent investigation of Mr. Epstein's death, the operation of sex trafficking rings and ways for the federal government to effectively combat them the ways in which Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell sought to curry favor and exercise influence to protect their illegal activities and potential violations of ethics rules related to elected officials. On March 4, 2026, the committee voted to approve a motion directing the Committee to authorize and issue a subpoena to you for a deposition pursuant to this. Please see the attached subpoena for you to appear at a deposition on April 14, 2026 in just about 30 days or so goes on to say that the Committee has questions regarding the Department of Justice's handling of the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and his associates and its compliance with the Epstein Files. Transparency Act As Attorney General, you are directly responsible for overseeing the Department's collection, review and determinations regarding the release of files pursuant to the Epstein Files Transparency act and the Committee therefore believes that you possess valuable insight into these efforts. The Committee may use the results of this investigation to inform legislative solutions to improve federal efforts to combat sex trafficking and reform the use of non prosecution agreements and or plea agreements in Sex crimes investigations goes on to say that house Rule Clause 2 M1B Grants Committee of the House of Representatives the authority to require by subpoena or otherwise the attendance and testimony of such witnesses and the production of such books, records, correspondence, memoranda, papers and documents as it considers necessary. If you have any questions, please contact Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, majority staff. That's from James Comer. Now, at the same time, apparently, according to reports from NBC and others, Bondi and Todd Blanche, Deputy Attorney General, they're gonna be appearing in front of the House Oversight Committee tomorrow to brief them in private over the current status of the Epstein file. See, this is an issue that despite the fact that we're at war in Iran, it's not going away for the Trump administration, nor should it. There are over a thousand survivors who deserve justice and accountability. And we've reviewed 100,000 plus documents together. We've done that. We cannot stop. I talk to survivors regularly. I won't stop until they get justice and accountability. And, well, Pam Bondi can't just skirt the law here. She can't just say, I'm not going to appear at a deposition. Here's what happens if Pam Bondi says, I'm not going to appear at a deposition. What happens is the committee and the House of Representatives overall will vote to hold Pam Bondi in contempt of Congress. What will then ensue is potential five potential fines, thousands of dollars in fines, and Congress does. The House of Representatives has the power, inherent contempt, to go and arrest Pam Bondi if they wanted to. It's an archaic rule. It hasn't been done in a long. They theoretically can do that. So there are consequences. And Pam Bondi can't just run away from them. And it comes as Donald Trump is now angrier than ever regarding the allies, America's allies, refusing to support his efforts in Iran. This is from Lindsey Graham, one of the chief architects of the war in Iran. He said, just spoke to the President of the United States about our European allies unwillingness to provide assets to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning, which benefits Europe far more than America. I have never heard him so angry in my life. I share that anger, given what's at stake. The arrogance of our allies. To suggest that Iran with a nuclear weapon is of little concern and that military action to stop the Ayatollah from acquiring a nuclear bomb is our problem, not theirs, is beyond offensive. The European approach to containing the Ayatollah's nuclear ambitions have proven to be a miserable failure. The Repercussions of providing little assistance to keep the Strait of Hormuz functioning are going to be wide and deep for Europe and America. I consider myself very forward leaning on supporting alliances. However, at a time a real testing like this, it makes me second guess the value of these alliances. I'm certain I'm not the only senator who feels that way. So he's questioning whether America should remain in NATO. And it came after Donald Trump put this out, saying that the United States has been informed by most of our NATO allies that they don't want to get involved with our military operation against the terrorist regime of Iran in the Middle East. This despite the fact that almost every country strongly agree with what we're doing and that Iran cannot in any way, shape or form be allowed to have a nuclear weapon. Not surprised by their action, however, because I always considered NATO, where we spend hundreds of billions of dollars per year protecting these same countries, to be a one way street. We will protect them. They will do nothing for us in particular in a time of need. Fortunately, we have decimated Iran's military. Their navy is gone and their air force is gone and their anti aircraft and radar is gone. And perhaps most importantly, their leaders at virtually every level are gone. Never to threaten US or Middle Eastern alliance through the world again. He then goes on to say that we no longer need NATO, we no longer need Japan, Australia or South Korea and we don't need the help of anyone. But today he was in the oval office for St. Patrick's Day with the leader from Ireland. Well, he was kind of lectured about alliances. Take a listen.

Just. Could I hold it? Just make a number of points. First of all, I think notwithstanding what has happened, the transatlantic relationship between Europe and the US is very, very important on a number of fronts. And I think we've had issues over the last year or two where we settled them. And I think many of these leaders engage with a view, particularly on trade initially. Remember all the fuss last year, but we got a landing zone between Europe and us and I think we can get a landing zone again. And I think I just met with Keir Starmer last week. The British Irish relationship was a very important one. Churchill was a great wartime leader, although in Ireland it was kind of a different perspective in terms of during our own War of Independence he created his own bit of difficulties for us. But that said, he was a great wartime hero. Keir Starmer has done a lot to reset the Irish British relationship. I just want to put that on the record. But I do believe that he's a very earnest, sound person with it. You have a capacity to get on with. You've got on with him before, and you've got on with other European leaders of the wealth. And I think you have that capacity again. And I think everyone exists. I mean, you cannot have a rogue state with a nuclear weapon or the capacity for nuclear weapon. Iran was a sponsor of terrorism. We sanctioned Iran, all European countries did, as a terror, and the IRGC in particular as a terrorist organization. They sponsored Hamas, they sponsored Hezbollah, the Houthis, they created mayhem and most maligned for force in the Middle East. The Irish position has always been ultimately, can we resolve this? Can we get peace? And obviously there's preconditions before you get to that situation. We had our own conflict, which went on for 30 years, and we learned a lot from that in terms of how to try and bring about peace. And I think I've listened to you in terms of you're correct. I mean, our hearts go to the Iranian people who have been repressed and suppressed for so many years, culminating in that savage murder of thousands and thousands of Iranians some months gone. No one was in a position to do anything.
