We have big developments this morning. The Trump China Summit has ended and one word can be used to describe it, a failure for the United States of America. Trump has given China a lot of what it wants, especially on Taiwan, now no longer unequivocally supporting Taiwan's independence and unequivocally supporting arms sales to Taiwan. At the same time, Trump has not secured any assurances from President Xi or China over Iran, all while President Xi called the United States a declining nation, something that Donald Trump is putting the blame on President Biden for, not on his own administration. Gas prices continue to rise and key Republican leaders are saying, well, that's just life. All while Trump is potentially insider trading. And the major new 8647 protest has emerged right outside of his Bedminster Golf Club in New Jersey. Lots of news to cover, like comment, share, get the word out and if you can, please consider subscribing to my substack. Click the link below to support my work. We're going to have some exclusive content coming soon and a major deep dive either tonight or this weekend into data centers which you will not want to miss. It's a really critical piece, so subscribe or gift a subscription today. I want to begin by talking about this Trump China Summit. President Xi referred to the United States as a declining nation, right? And Donald Trump and did so to Donald Trump's face. And Trump in response said, quote, when President Xi very elegantly referred to the United States as perhaps being a declining nation, he was referring to the tremendous damage we suffered during the four years of sleepy Joe Biden and the Biden administration. And on that score he was 100% correct. President Xi, Trump says was not referring to the incredible rise that the United States has displayed to the world during the 16 spectacular months of the Trump administration, which includes all time high stock markets and 401ks, military victory and thriving relationship in Venezuela, the military decimation of Iran and more. Trump says two years ago we were a nation in decline. Today, not so much now. That's not what President Xi was saying. President Xi was saying that the United States currently is a nation in decline. And the summit today, well over the past few days really did not bear any fruit for, for the President or the United States. Not many victories. Here's what we learned. Tariffs were not discussed surprisingly during the summit. Trump says they were not brought up at all. Importantly on Taiwan, Trump now after a two day summit in China says he has made no commitment either way on Taiwan regarding talks with Taiwan. And President Xi, here's what he had to say on military assistance to Taiwan.

What about the arms sales to Taiwan? I'll make a determination over the next fairly short period. Well, you're not necessarily going to go ahead. It was your proposal, make a determination. I'm going to say I have to speak to the person that right now is, you know, you know, who is that's running Taiwan now.
Political Commentator
It's no longer we're going to support Taiwan. Now the answer is I'm not going to make a determination. What's significant too is that during the summit, Trump says he spoke with President Xi about arms sales to Taiwan. That is a long standing break from, from American policy. Since 1982, the United States has had an agreement to never discuss arms sales with China as it relates to selling arms to Taiwan. That seemingly has now been broken. Trump also says he can meet with China's President Xi four times in 2026, invited him to the White House says that China has not purchased Nvidia's H200 chips despite US approval for sales. And they discussed the possibility of easing sanctions on Chinese companies buying Iranian oil, but no agreement there. Trump also said that Boeing agreed to buy 200 jets, but the problem with that is that it actually is less than what Boeing had thought China would agree to China, he thought that, or rather Boeing thought that China would agree to buying 500 jets, but actually China just ordered 200 jets. Now if you want to know where the President is at leaving the summit, he says, quote, China has a ballroom and so should the United States of America. It's under construction ahead of schedule and will be the finest facility of any kind in the United States. Scheduled opening will be around September of 2028. The man I am walking with is President Xi, one of the world's great leaders, President Donald J. Trump. Unlike Joe Biden, Donald Trump refused to call President Xi a dictator today, despite the human rights violations that have been long displayed and exhibited within China. It also comes as Republican lawmakers are being pressed on the rising gas prices. They are the highest they have been in years and they continue to rise because the Strait of Hormuz continues to remain closed. If you listen to what they're saying, however, they just say that's, that's just life. Take a listen to a Jim Jordan, who may actually be up for Republican leader if Mike Johnson leaves the leadership. Let's take a listen to what he

had to say about his promise in 2024 that if he was reelected, gas would be under $2 a gallon because of his policies.
Jim Jordan
Well, gas prices were coming down until we had to deal with this situation. But, you know, that's, that's life. That's dealing with, with world and the world we live in. I think the country gets the fundamental fact and I know, I understand this. President Trump makes decisions that are in the best interest of our nation. 250 years greatest country in history. He makes decisions that are going to help our country and the long term security and safety of the people. He has the. And I think you want a commander in chief like that. You want to come.
Political Commentator
Well, that's just life. That's just life. It comes as there's a large scale 8647 prison protest that has now been, has begun outside of Donald Trump's New Jersey golf course. This is what it looks like. It's right outside of the Bedminster golf course. If every time Donald Trump flies over, he will have to see this. Now, it was put up by a New Jersey artist who wanted to make clear that the term 8647 doesn't mean to kill or threaten the President of the United states, but rather 8647 means to impeach or rather remove the President of the United States. And it's a civil symbolic kind of notion that the indictment against James Comey, the former FBI director, for doing this 8647 Seashell post is just complete bonkers given the fact that many people use the term 86 colloquially to 86 something to end, something to take it off the menu. Or in this case to impeach and remove someone the President of the United States. Also, new filings have revealed that President Trump filed 3,642 trades involving stocks of public company between January 1 and March 31 of this year in the first quarter of 2026. Now transactions included hundreds of stocks and ETFs such as Nvidia, Microsoft, Broadcom, Amazon, Apple, Alphabet, Meta, Goldman Sachs, AMD, Airbnb, Palantir, Netflix, Costco, Walmart, JPMorgan Chase, DoorDash and others. The individual purchases included Nvidia, Broadcom, Amazon, Apple and others ranging from a million dollars to $5 million. There were also individual purchases of Goldman Sachs, Alphabet, Airbnb what does this all mean? Well, the President is actively trading stock his personal stock portfolio while executing deals with for example Nvidia on chips or Palantir on government contracts, raising the perspective the prospect of possible insider trading allegations against the President of the United States. So there is a lot of news to cover right now. A lot will be covered throughout the day. I'm going to be doing my data center deep dive shortly.
