included with prime important developments this morning about the State of the Union, Iran and more. First on the State of the Union. The ratings for the State of the Union were at its lowest point in all of Donald Trump's six years of giving a State of the Union address to Congress or a joint session of Congress. And that has the President of the United States lashing out at those who heckled him, who protested him earlier this week, calling for the deportation of folks like Robert De Niro Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib and others. At the same time, we have horrific information coming out of Buffalo, where Customs and Border Patrol dropped off a nearly blind refugee from Burma, miles away from his home, did not notify his family and days later he was found dead. Meanwhile, significant negotiations are ongoing in Geneva, Switzerland today over the future of the United States military presence in the Middle east and whether or not the United States will go to war in Iran. And right now, it seems as though any possible war may be predicated on false pretenses and all of that taken together. We also have Hillary Clinton's deposition beginning today in the Epstein Files investigation. A busy day. Make sure to like, comment, share and subscribe. I want to begin by talking about Hillary Clinton's deposition today. It'll be held in New York. Members of the House Oversight Committee will be present. Hillary Clinton, the former Secretary of State, the former first lady of the United States, will be deposed for several hours. That deposition is scheduled to last until about 3pm Eastern time. It will be behind closed doors, but it will be recorded and transcribed and the recording will be released afterwards. Tomorrow, former President Bill Clinton will be testifying in the Epstein probe in his deposition, also in New York, also behind closed doors, also transcribed and videotaped this afternoon. I'll be speaking with Congresswoman Yasmine Ansari, who will be inside Hillary's deposition today, and she'll give me a rundown of what was said and whether any information was gleaned. It is Interesting, however, that the same oversight committee that wants to depose Hillary Clinton is refusing to depose Donald Trump, despite the fact that there are actual accusations against the President of the United States that have been scrubbed from the Justice Department's website. Serious, horrific allegations of the President of the United States sexually abusing a minor. We'll get more information on that shortly. Now, meanwhile, new data from Donald Trump's State of the Union shows that it was his lowest watched State of the Union address or joint session of Congress address to date. It drew about 28 million viewers across eight major networks, according to preliminary data from Nielsen. By comparison, in 2019, his address drew 46.8 million viewers. His highest number, 2018, saw 45.6 million viewers. 2020 saw 37.2 million viewers. That was right before the COVID 19 pandemic began. 2025. Last year, his first joint address to Congress of his second term drew about 8 more million viewers than this year. And in 2017, his first state of the Union or joint address to Congress drew 33.9 million viewers. So his viewership this year continued to fall. And people may ask why? Well, there are two reasons. Number one, there were significant boycotts from the American public who just refused to watch the speech. That's number one. Number two, and I think this is a more important point, that many Americans are just tired of hearing the same thing from the President of the United States in the speech, which was a historic one in terms of length, two hours long, really just repeated many of the same grievances he's had. And while he wasn't too happy about these numbers, and he's lashing out, he put out this truth social post saying, when you watch low iq, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, as they screamed uncontrollably at the very elegant State of the Union. Such an important and beautiful event. They had the bulging, bloodshot eyes of crazy people. He attacked them. He then called for their deportation, saying we should send them back from where they came as fast as possible. He also said that they should get on a boat with Trump. Deranged Robert De Niro. So wanting to deport Robert De Niro, wanting to deport Ilhan Omar. Rashida Tlaib, clearly not happy with the fact that his ratings weren't too good. And it comes as we're learning about a horrific story in Buffalo, a horrific story in Buffalo where a 56 year old, nearly blind refugee from Burma was left dead by CBP agents and was left for dead, essentially by CBP agents His name is Nurul Amin Shah Alam, a nearly blind refugee from Burma who Border Patrol agents dropped off at a donut shop last Thursday. A week ago at a Tim Hortons in Buffalo, New York, they left him to find his way home. Only problem, his home was five miles away, right? Five miles away. So. So essentially what they did was they dropped him off five miles away from his home. They didn't notify his family, and days later he was found dead. Absolutely horrific. He had been missing since February 19th. A week ago, he was released earlier that afternoon from custody after posting bail in response to an immigration detainer that had been placed on him. The Erie County Sheriff's office contacted U.S. border Patrol prior to his release. But here's the thing. The charges he pled guilty to were not violent charges. He pled guilty to trespassing and possession of a weapon. The weapon, a curtain rod that he used as a walking stick. It allowed him to clear the detainer and avoid detention by ICE or any other immigration agency. After taking custody of Shah Alam, Border Patrol agents dropped him off at a Tim Hortons on Niagara street in the Blackrock neighborhood shortly after 8pm and despite that, his family lived in the Broadway Fillmore neighborhood on the east side. So about five miles away. Okay. They didn't notify his family. They didn't notify his attorney, didn't notify. They thought that he was going to be to an ascent to an ICE detention center. Instead, they spent Friday through Sunday searching for their father, their grandfather, their family member. They opened a missing persons case with Buffalo police and well, here's what happened. He died. He died. He was nearly blind, couldn't go anywhere. He died because of where Customs and Border Patrol agents dropped him off. A massive investigation has now been opened and hopefully we get justice for this 56 year old man because he should be alive today. Now, meanwhile, critical negotiations are going on right now in Geneva, Switzerland over the future of Iran. And I want to hear, I want you to hear from one senator who talked about what he thinks should happen in Iran. And I'll talk to you about it in a moment.
