The United States Pentagon has submitted a new rule to change the rules around the military draft, making automatic registration for a military draft a thing. Previously, any male between the ages of 18 to 25 would have to register via the Selective Service. Now that registration will become automatic. It comes as the United States of America is in a war overseas. Now, no draft is planned just yet, but that automatic registration will begin this year in December. And Donald Trump, for what it's worth, is saying that the military is excited for its next military conquest even as the ceasefire in Iran is almost non existent because Israel continues to strike Lebanon. And overnight Israeli strikes have killed more than 200 people in Lebanon, marking the deadliest days worth of strikes since the start of the war. And while a lot of people are making a lot of money on this war through betting markets like Polymarket, we're going to talk about that. Donald Trump is saying, quote, all U.S. ships, aircrafts and military personnel with additional ammunition, weaponry and anything else that is appropriate and necessary for the lethal prosecution and destruction of an already substantially degraded enemy will remain in place in and around Iran until such time as the real agreement reached is fully complied with. If for any reason it is not, which is highly unlikely, then the shooting starts bigger and better and stronger than anyone has ever seen before. It was agreed a long time ago, and despite all the fake rhetoric to the contrary, no nuclear weapons in the Strait of Hormuz will be open and safe. In the meantime, our great military is loading up and resting, looking forward actually, to its next conquest. America is back. Well, America is planning to automatically register all eligible men aged 18 to 25 into a military draft pool under a new rule change that would come into effect in December. The proposal was put forward by the Selective Service System, a quasi independent agency separate from from the Department of Defense that maintains a database of young American males potentially eligible for military service, raising fears about the prospect of mandatory call ups returning should the Iran war drag on escalate. Now, most American men within the qualifying age bracket are already required to register, but the shift to automatic registration was mandated in December of 2025 as part of the 2026 National Defense Authorization Act Act. And the timing of it is obviously peculiar to say the least, because right now the ceasefire in Iran is hanging on by a thread, if it exists even at all. Iran's president says this morning that the renewed aggression by the Zionist regime against Lebanon, referring to Israel, blatantly violates the initial ceasefire. Such actions signal deception and non compliance, rendering negotiations meaningless. Our hands remain on the trigger. Iran will never forsake its Lebanese brothers and sisters. And the Iranian national security chief says that three things. First, Lebanon and the entire resistance access as Iran's allies form an inseparable part of the ceasefire. The Prime Minister of Pakistan publicly and clearly stressed the Lebanon issue. There is no room for denial and backtracking. Ceasefire violations carry explicit costs and strong responses. Extinguish the fire immediately. What they're talking about is that in the past 24 hours Israel has killed at least 254 people and wounded over 1000 more in just 10 minutes in striking Lebanon, making it the deadliest day of the war. As Sarah Jacobs, a congresswoman, says, Trump needs to Tell Netanyahu to include Lebanon in the ceasefire and both leaders need to permanently end this war. Despite Trump claiming there is a ceasefire, Israeli strikes on Lebanon continue at this hour. These are deadly, deadly strikes targeting infrastructure, civilian infrastructure, and many residents on the ground even say, well, why are you striking this area? Hezbollah isn't here, this is civilian area. Why are you striking? It doesn't seem like Israel wants to stop at this hour. Well, a lot of people are making a lot of money on this war. Through an app called polymarket, a group of new accounts on the prediction market, Polymarket made highly specific, well timed bets on whether the United States and Iran would reach a ceasefire by Tuesday. They got hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits for new customers. The bets were made even though in the hours before a two week ceasefire was announced, Donald Trump's rhetoric had escalated sharply. Earlier in the day, Trump had issued a warning on social media that a quote, whole civilization will die tonight. Remember that warning? Well, a new analysis conducted by Politico, a publicly available blockchain data from Polymarket using the crypto analytics platform Dune, shows at least 50 accounts or wallets placed substantial yes bets Tuesday before Trump announced the ceasefire around 6:30pm they were the first bets made by these particular wallets. One of the wallets was created at 10:00am Eastern Time, well before anyone thought there would be a CeaseFire place $72,000 worth of bets priced at 8.8 cents. The buy in for betting ranges from zero to a dollar, reflecting 0% to 100% chance of what users think could happen. That $72,000 in bets got him $200,000. Another joined on April 6 won $125,500. Another wallet created 12 minutes before Donald Trump's CeaseFire posts made 31,908 of yes bets at 33.7 cents made a profit of 48,500. That folks, that is blatant likely blatant corruption. And not many people are talking about how so many people are actively profiting off of the war right now in real time. And well, Donald Trump today has set a deadline for European allies to provide concrete military support in the Strait of Hormuz, including deployment of warships. According to Der Spiegel, NATO Secretary General Mark Root informed European countries that political pledges made since the start of the conflict are no hunger sufficient. Donald Trump is lashing out at NATO allies, making clear that he wants more from them going back and forth again because remember he started out by saying that they need to support them, they need to help them, etcetera Etc. Etc. Then when our NATO allies said, we're not going to help you, we're not going to send warships to the Strait, we're not going to fight this war for you that we didn't start, he said, we don't need you, NATO. We don't need you. Screw you, NATO. Well, now he's saying we need NATO again to try to reopen the Strait. And NATO is still saying, I don't know that we're going to do that. I don't know that we want to do that. That, folks, that is a significant development. So we have a lot of news today to go over and I think the biggest news, other than the fact that the ceasefire is about to fall apart, that we have this automatic military draft starting, that Trump's saying military conquest is still happening. All the jazz is the money making that is happening in this war through polymarket. People need to realize that that prediction market is potentially creating massive amounts of corruption behind the scenes, creating windfalls for folks on the platform. So we'll see what happens.
